Raggiungerai la nostra casa, costruita nel 1946. Era la terza casa costruita su Manasota Key.
Benvenuti nella nostra vacanza in spiaggia molto privata.
La bellissima Manasota Key è una pittoresca isola barriera. La nostra casa si trova a circa metà della lunghezza della chiave. Non è lontano da 4 aeroporti principali: Tampa (TPA), Sarasota (SRQ) e St. Petersburg-Clearwater (PIE) a nord e Ft. Myers (RSW) a sud.
La nostra casa è accogliente e piacevolmente rustica. È perfetto per una coppia o una famiglia. Ci sono 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La cucina è grande e contiene praticamente ogni strumento o apparecchio che si possa desiderare. Per cucinare all'aperto, c'è anche una griglia a gas. Adiacente alla cucina è il soggiorno, che si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico attraverso una doppia serie di porte scorrevoli in vetro. Fuori dalle porte di vetro c'è un grande ponte.

La spiaggia privata si estende per 1-1 / 2 miglia a sud e 1/2 miglia a nord ... il che significa che non c'è folla. La spiaggia totale si estende per circa 2 miglia a sud, terminando a Stump Pass e circa 7 miglia a nord. Troverai le calde e solitamente limpide acque blu del Golfo un luogo perfetto per le tue vacanze! This was our third stay. Wonderful property right on the ocean. We could not ask for a more perfect vacation rental home.

My family has been coming to Manasota key for years and this is THE most amazing place we’ve ever stayed! The check in process was a breeze and the owner was so nice and helpful. The house is right in the sand. You can literally step out on the back deck and there’s the sand and the ocean. This place is so private and peaceful and quiet! The kitchen is well stocked with lots of spices and a keurig coffee pot as well as a standard one. There’s a laundry room with an oversized washer and dryer. We will definitely be returning!

We were very fortunate enough to stumble across Jim’s VRBO ad following a week long cancellation. The cottage is more than we could have hoped for. The location is RIGHT on the beach and the cottage definitely has an Old Florida charm about it. The beach front is uniquely private. We were so enchanted that we signed up for two weeks later this year and two weeks early next year.. Jim and Don are wonderful hosts. If you can find dates that work for you GRAB them! You will not be disappointed!

What a great location! This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is only steps away from the beach, some days it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves! Wonderful sunsets, great dinning down the road, just a great place to relax!!!
Our family would definitely like to come back to this place.

Steps from the gulf.
Not to many places you can stay this close to the beach. If that's what you will love this place. It isn't super fancy but that's not why we stay steps from the beach..
Other then a bit of communication issues in the first day, it was perfect. Neighbor was a great resource for information. The flowers, the turtles, the dinning. We loved it. We won't hesitate to book again.

Very Quiet and beautiful sunsets!!
We had the most wonderful time. It was very relaxing and the property manager was fantastic. Always quick answers to any questions. We had the most beautiful sunsets and the water was great!! Saw some dolphins just swimming by and turtles made nests at night in from of the house!! We will definetley be back!!

Quiet, private, and only steps from the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better view and overall relaxing getaway. It’s awesome that Jim allows pets- we enjoyed many beach walks with our dog and met so many nice people walking their dogs too.

This property is ON the beach. Jim the owner was very helpful as well. We found a ton of great shells and sharks teeth and dolphins swimming right by. The water is shallow by the beach due to a sandbar that runs parallel to the island and is also extremely clear. Great powdery sand as well. The property itself is functional but definitely needs updating. Washer and dryer are new and top notch. We would definitely stay here again. The beach was practically empty and very private.

This property is ON the beach. Jim the owner was very helpful as well. We found a ton of great shells and sharks teeth and dolphins swimming right by. The water is shallow by the beach due to a sandbar that runs parallel to the island and is also extremely clear. Great powdery sand as well. The property itself is functional but definitely needs updating. Washer and dryer are new and top notch. We would definitely stay here again. The beach was practically empty and very private.

The view/location is absolutely fabulous! The home is old but has its charm but also comes with its quirks of an old home. Overall we had a wonderful experience and hope to be back!

Had an amazing time. The home was warm and welcoming with the old charm through out the house. We tried to reserve for December 2021 but was booked. Loved the deck out back, right on the ocean. We could see dolphins every day. We enjoyed hunting for sharks teeth and shells. I surf fished a couple of days. We were welcomed and felt safe. Hardly anyone on the beach. We love to stay again

From the moment we drove thru the 'jungle canopy' driveway up to the beach house itself, we were excited as teenagers visiting a remote island get-away... From the greeting cries every morning of the beautiful huge Osprey Fish-Hawk in the trees just over the walkway from the car to the house, we were pleasantly surprised daily at all the beauty , tranquility and peacefulness of our 'hidden get-away find... The hospitality of Don next door, the amazing beach/gulf-view just fifty yards from our deck, the awesome/tranquil private fishing peer across the street on beautiful Lemon Bay, the roomy beach home itself was an awesome 25th anniversary present my wife & I enjoyed together tremendously. We loved the 1940's built home and at first were worried that with temperatures projected in the 90's all week, would the older home remain cool-comfortable enough for our stay when we escaped the hot beach... we were NEVER uncomfortable and Don & Jim wisely had a beast of an HVAC system installed that kept us cool & comfortable anytime/every time we we were inside... not to mention the ceiling fans were all in working condition and gave off an awesome breeze in every room. Yes, the home is aged, but we could feel the love & memories at every step we took and it had all the amenities needed plus more for us to enjoy our time away like no other... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cool Denison beach hide-out and we definitely plan on revisiting here again in this beautiful part of the country very soon. Beautiful private beach house
We loved the vintage vibe and wonderful terrace overlooking the beach. Very comfortable and good air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen and rain-head shower! It’s a funky cool place and makes you feel like you’re back in Florida in the 50’s. We would definitely come back!

Tranquillity
This is the perfect place for those who want a peaceful getaway with breathtaking views. We stayed for 7 days and rarely saw another person. It is like having you own private beach. Manasota Key is a private beach, so we were able to bring our dogs onto the beach on their leashes. They thoroughly enjoyed the water. I found some great shells and shark teeth while snorkeling. My Husband enjoyed fishing. I would recommend this to anyone. They house is dated, however it is clean and quaint. The locals are very friendly and there are some great places to dine. We will be back!! Thanks to the Garrison Brothers for sharing a piece of your families history!

This property is perfect if you want privacy and a more home-like feel for your stay. It's back off of the road a bit and has landscaping that gives a tropical vibe. It is exactly as listed. Cozy, quaint, all up to date appliances, very, very comfortable bed and the beachfront view is breathtaking! You are literally about 20 ft from the water's edge! The sunsets are magnificent. The beach is extremely private. Public beach access is up the road a ways, so no worries at all about overcrowding. We saw maybe 5-8 people walk by on the weekends. Less during the week. We felt like we were in our own private beach bubble for 10 days. There are lots of activities you can do. You should definitely do a fishing trip with Captain Cameron of Fishing Charters. He knows the waters and will ensure you catch plenty of fish! The locals are friendly and there are a few good restaurants to choose from if you want to eat out. We mostly purchased fresh seafood from the seafood shop next to allure rentals. All in all, this has been one of our favorite trips and have already booked the same times frame for 2021.
