Il Sea Oats Condominium si trova a Gulf Shores, a sole 3 miglia a ovest della "T" sull'autostrada 59. È una zona tranquilla, a bassa densità delle Costa del Golfo. Il complesso si estende su 7 acri di proprietà situati su Little Lagoon con un accesso alla spiaggia che attraversa una strada a due corsie a basso traffico. Sea Oats offre 50 posti barca, varo privato, pontili per la pesca, 2 gazebo, aree picnic con griglia, due piscine olimpioniche e parcheggio coperto. Sea Oats è un ottimo posto per portare la famiglia e i corridori Wave!
Le camere sono spaziose con un letto king size nella camera da letto principale e due letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto. Il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze di cottura. L'unità offre anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. I televisori con cavo si trovano nel soggiorno principale e in entrambe le camere. Dal balcone, l'unità si affaccia sulla piscina.
Sea Oats è una destinazione ideale per le vacanze in famiglia. È tranquillo e ha un'atmosfera rilassante sulla spiaggia. C'è un sacco di sabbia bianca e splendide acque per offrire alla tua famiglia un buon divertimento. Non dimenticare la tua canna da pesca!

The property location was well maintained and close to the beach. We had an excellent time, and our dog, Charlie enjoyed it too.

The condo itself was very clean, cutely decorated and furnished with most everything you need to be comfortable. Dan was a very good host who explained the check-in process and other issues quickly and fully. The only negative thing I can say about the condo, and it is definitely on me, is that it is a 2nd floor unit with several stairs. When searching for places, I should have specified no stairs or handicap-accessible. My husband and I have both had knee replacements, and though the stairs were in good shape, having to carry our luggage and other items up and down the 2 flights, were a bit overwhelming by the time we were done. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We booked Dan’s condo for a night, on our way to St George Island. Dan was easy to communicate with, gave us great instructions. His condo felt very homey. (We have stayed places that there was not an ounce of character. White, blank walls). We enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely stay again, for more than the night.

We were at the end of a three month cross country trip and had stayed in MANY homes, condos, etc before arriving here. Location was good for us at this condo but the condo is definitely in need of attention and updating. An air freshener in the living room went off on a timed basis— when you have something like this, you are trying to cover up odors and the smell of it was disagreeable to me. All random throw rugs in bath and kitchen needed to be washed. There was dried food on the inside of a kitchen pot; extremely moldy bath mat just needed to be thrown out and mold on ceiling in bathroom. The bath towels were stained ( except a couple newer towels) and wash cloths were random colors and tattered in one of the bathrooms— have never seen this anywhere and at first thought they were rags! Needless to say, we survived but it was the dirtiest accommodation we had rented! Perhaps the owner will make some updates and improve their cleanings before next year.
