Loved the stay here, everything from the coffee machine to the bedding was absolutely high end, the views were stunning and great central location. There was extra unexpected bits that were in place like drinks in the fridge, teabags bathroom accessories pretty much everything you can think was available. Beds were so comfy too. A couple of small negatives was I think I’d advertise this house as a 3 bed really the fourth room didn’t really work well for my son who found it very uncomfortable but perhaps that’s just down to his own personal comfort. Although the inside was spotless, the outside lower deck doesn’t appear to have been cleaned very well, there was leaves all over the furniture and cigarette butts left in the ashtray from obv a previous visit, although it had no affect on us just something to note. In all we would go back thank you for making our stay so nice !

My husband, teen nephew and I stayed at this beautiful, modern home for 4 nights. Kelly and G were helpful and communicative. The house itself was simply perfection. Very high-end furnishings and design. It had everything you could want and then some. The owner’s taste was very much my own, except better. Lol. The location was off of Hollywood Blvd and made travel to the 101 very easy. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

We were so happy we selected this house. It was beautiful and centerally located to all the places we planned to visit. Kelly and G met us on arrival and gave us some wonderful suggestions to visit. They provided great walk thru plus instruction on all the amenities the place had to offer. My family enjoyed the rooftop views at night. The beds were so comfortable that they made it easy to rest after a long day. The kitchen was filled will everything you needed. We hope to stay here when we return.

The house is beautiful and centrally located. We were able to walk to Hollywood Blvd ( though there is an incredibly steep hill to climb on the way back). The coffee machine is fabulous and easy to use. Our kids said this was the most “bougie” house we’ve ever stayed in. This mama was more about being safe, and we all felt very safe and comfortable.

Came from NC to LA for two weekend events at the Hollywood Bowl. Kelly and G met us on arrival and could not have been more gracious. They provided full walk thru with instructions for everything needed. The house in the Hollywood hills offered excellent views and we very much enjoyed our week there! Within walking distance of Hollywood Bowl, Runyon Canyon and excellent restaurants. Will definitely stay again!.

Family of four (two adults, two teens) in town to visit relatives and knock out some college tours. Kelly and G were both welcoming, attentive, and so warm and friendly with all of us. The location was perfect - amazing views, great outdoor space and walkable (if you don't mind a steep hill!) to restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. The house was in great shape and we all had plenty of privacy with all en suite rooms. When there were some issues with the hot tub our hosts were all over it and very communicative. Great hiking nearby (Hollywood sign in one direction, Runyon Canyon Park in the other). Super charming neighborhood. We'll be back!

Loved this property and the amenities were great. Rented because it had four beds/bedrooms for my adult children. One room is a den with an air mattress. I was very disappointed having someone have to sleep on that. When I reviewed the listing, you have to click on the fourth bed to see that it’s an air mattress. Please revise the listing to be more accurate.

Everything about the property was 5 stars. The beds were comfortable, the view was unreal and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The fancy espresso maker and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Kelly and her husband were great hosts! Would definitely recommend this property!

Hosts were delightful and very kind. One of the neighbors is a bit much on noise control but overall a great stay, great accommodations, conditions of the housing is great shape.

This house is amazing! Best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently with our family. The location is excellent and close to great hiking trails and attractions. We are both physicians and kind of picky but this house exceeded our expectations. Beds and bedding were so comfortable and high quality. I am missing the espresso machine already! Multiple decks with amazing views at each level. I have a teenager and a toddler who both loved the home as well. The decor was very cool and perfect for Hollywood. Kelli and Georgio were helpful and great to work with. When we visit again we hope to return to this home.

Beautiful home with beautiful view

Kelly and G are incredible hosts and all around fabulous humans! The property is stunning, immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated .. views are phenomenal. The overall vibe of the house is so relaxing … filled with such contagious positive energy. We loved every second of staying here.. and can’t wait to come back ! Thank you , Kelly and G, for creating such an amazing space to share with others.

The host (Kelly) was very responsive and understanding, when we arrived in LA and wanted to do stuff before checking in. Kelly arrived just before we got there (GPS was helpful but having someone to greet us was priceless). She gave us the tour of the house, showed us all the amenities and patiently answered our questions. Georgio/host spouse came later explained everything about the garage and the hot tub. We were able to prepare breakfast, without wanting for utensils, pots, skillets, etc. - they had everything (for any meal during the day; we were gone during the day and snacked at night)! The espresso machine was very convenient (watching YouTube described the "how to" of any displays, e.g., accessing everything, adding water, etc.). We shouldn't have bought shampoo, conditioner, etc., as it probably was either provided by the host or left by the last occupant(s). The stairs to the bedrooms downstairs were a good aerobic activity (not a complaint, but a benefit). It rained most of the time and only one of us used the hot tub (teenage boy). The dishwasher and washing machine/dryer worked and helped greatly. Having separate bathrooms for each of the two adult couples was another feature. The two girls and one boy shared the lower bathroom and wasn't too much of a problem. There are three full and two half (commode and sink) bathrooms. The views are priceless and the neighbors didn't bother us at all. Lots of hills around for more aerobic activity. The garage was problematic for us, as we drove an 8-passenger SUV and the walls are not a right angles. Initially, entry and fitting it in was a learning experience. Probably, 8-inch clearance back and front, and the there isn't a sensor to stop the door as it's coming down. Overall, I would stay there again, as it had everything that we needed, very affordable for us, was very clean, great/convenient location to sightseeing venues, etc. I give it 5+ stars out of 5 - as it more than met our expectations and more!

This home was meticulously maintained with fantastic outdoor space. I really appreciated all the detail that was spent designing and decorating this lovely property. The owner was so kind, met me at check-in for the grand tour.

Lovely hosts and experience. Great location and clean environment. Each room was spacious and had a connected bathroom. We were able to park our rental car in the garage which was a great addition. I recommend this property to everyone!

The home has an amazing coffee maker, a great jacuzzi and is in a perfect location to hike the Runyon Canyon trails, visit Hollywood Blvd and walk to Yamashiro Hollywood for a wonderful dinner.

Kelly and G are great hosts and provided us with all the necessities for a short stay. The house was equipped with top notch appliances; especially the Miele espresso machine, which was the highlight of our mornings along with the breathtaking view. This is a great place to stay for a small group. Thank you again Kelly and G!

Great launching pad for our teen family to explore the north side of LA. Terrific hosts who were available to help us navigate LA. Close enough for us to walk down into Hollywood and the Hollywood Bowl. Very clean and modern. Perfect for our teens. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This could not have been a more perfect or ideal rental for us on our quick business trip to California. Gorgeous Home, perfectly located (for us), clean, modern and very attentive hosts!!! Will be coming back to the area and renting this spot again - 100%!

Very communicative loved our stay

Had a nice girls weekend in LA at the house. The home is centrally located to everything. Easy access to most LA attractions and great restaurants. Yamashiro is close and awesome! The home is spread out on three stories. Nice outdoor areas with views. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The owners responded promptly and were helpful. They met us at the home and gave a tour. Helped with luggage- which was a lot. My only disappointment was that the 4th bedroom is more of a lounge than a bedroom. The lounge sofa was not comfortable for sleeping. Two of us shared a room instead, which was fine.

The property was quite special. It is comfortable, clean, well stocked, with very gracious hosts. We are so happy we went with this property. It is easy to get to, close to Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Runyon Canyon, and so much else. Even though it is so close to points of interest, the home is also quiet and off the beaten path. We would easily choose this home again on our next stay. Kelly and G are excellent hosts and stewards of the property.

Beautiful home, very clean, nicely appointed. I would say if anyone has any physical issues, this home has a few stairs as it’s on a hill and 3 stories. Did not pose an issue for us! Would recommend this home!

Great house with a lot of amenities. I dream about that coffee machine. That was the only thing that kept me sane with two jet lagged babies. Kelly gave a thorough tour of the house and is always reachable via text.
