Ti diamo il benvenuto al The Ledges Resort & Marina! Siamo situati sulla St. Il fiume Lawrence di fronte al castello di Boldt. Abbiamo una vista sul castello, sul Sunken Rock Lighthouse e sul principale canale di navigazione. Abbiamo ponti, banchine, amache e gazebo. Sono fantastici per osservare la nave o pescare. Abbiamo piscina interrata recentemente rinnovata. Ci sono pozzi all'aperto dove è possibile riscaldarsi sotto le stelle. Forniamo persino legna da ardere! Il Loon Cottage è un bellissimo cottage in stile loft con una camera da letto e un camino in pietra con vista sul fiume. Ha un letto matrimoniale al piano di sopra. Al piano inferiore c'è un divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso in memory foam. Ha una cucina completa con frigorifero / congelatore, lavandino per grembiule da fattoria, cucina, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, bollitore per tè e forno a microonde. C'è un HDTV da 39 "con televisione satellitare Directv.
Sul ponte esterno c'è una griglia e un tavolo da pranzo con sedie per godersi la grigliata estiva. C'è una firepit con sedie Adirondack per godersi le smores con la famiglia.
Shampoo, balsamo e sapone per le mani di lusso sono forniti da Beekman 1802. I letti sono preparati con lenzuola fresche. Vengono forniti anche asciugamani da bagno, asciugamani e salviette.
Tutto è preparato e pronto per rendere la tua vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Basta portare te stesso!

Stunning property & marina on the St Lawrence Seaway. Clean & efficient units on large & spacious grounds. Spectacular views & scenery abound. The owners were easily accessible & friendly. Our unit was as advertised, with Dish Network TV, gas fireplace, all new exterior & interior. Spacious bathroom, fabulous shower, plentiful towels & washcloths. Kitchen was well appointed, outside grill & firepit with plenty of firewood & kindling.
Beautifully decorated grounds added to the total experience. Watching ships go by, shopping in town or just exploring the area & walking in town. Alexandria Bay, The Ledges, Boldt Castle made for one Excellent Vacation

We loved staying at your property, it was very cute and clean cottage, the location was perfect and our dock space was convenient, best of all our yorkies were able to stay with us and they enjoyed the vacation also, Thank You So Much 😊

The property is kept squeaky clean.All the cabins are spotless and all necessary items are there for your convenience. Will return with my entire family again every year. The location is fantastic and the castle can be seen clearly. Great hosts and friendly staff!

We traveled up from Maryland to celebrate our daughters wedding at Boldt Castle (which you can see from the property) and were awe struck by the location and coziness of this cottage. Nick and Amy were very responsive to any questions that I had. We're looking forward to visiting again to explore the town more in depth.

Wonderful experience. Well equipped & cozy cottage with everything you might need. Lots of homey touches like houseplants, tea & coffee supplies, bonfire setup. We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds, ship-watching, sunset viewing, lounging in the hammocks, kayaking, and bonfires at night. Nick & Amy are wonderful hosts--very responsive and friendly. We can't wait to come back!

Loon Cottage is beautiful! Modern, clean with excellent views. There are plenty of windows that allow breezes to flow and a gas fireplace if the temperature dips. It was nice having a kitchen, fully equipped with everything. The bathroom is large with an amazing shower. The Ledges Resort property is scenic and meticulously maintained. I really enjoyed my four night stay.

Loon Cottage is beautiful! Modern, clean with excellent views. There are plenty of windows that allow breezes to flow and a gas fireplace if the temperature dips. It was nice having a kitchen, fully equipped with everything. The bathroom is large with an amazing shower. The Ledges Resort property is scenic and meticulously maintained. I really enjoyed my four night stay.

Property was very attractive and extremely well maintained. Staff was very responsive to minor problems detected. Dave and Eric are very personable and hard working. They should come to Buffalo and teach hospitality training out here.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Loon Cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Everyone working there was very friendly. The view was awesome (great for watching ships and sunsets). We used the outdoor fire pit every night, and appreciated that they always replenished our wood supply. The property is beautiful- there’s a ton of space to walk, and the landscaping is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Loon Cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Everyone working there was very friendly. The view was awesome (great for watching ships and sunsets). We used the outdoor fire pit every night, and appreciated that they always replenished our wood supply. The property is beautiful- there’s a ton of space to walk, and the landscaping is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Wife and I needed a break. Work, Covid, crowds. Read about Alexandria Bay an saw this on VRBO. Glad we did. Spent a pleasant get away in the Loon cottage. Totally relaxing. Cooked a few meals and ate on deck watching the boats go by and sun set. Built a nice roaring fire by the private fire pit. Place is worth staying at. Clean, friendly folks and quiet. Thank you Nick and Amy. Had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Looking forward to come up and stay there again.

A little piece of heaven
The place was exactly as described. No surprises. Everything you need is right there. The one thing I missed was a full length mirror upstairs. The view is beautiful and if you are a ship watcher like we are you will not be disappointed. ABay is about an 18 minute walk. It was wonderful. No complaints.

The owners were very friendly and it had a beautiful view of the river! The location was very close to attractions and could even see Boldt Castle from the premises.

Clean, comfortable cottage across from Boldt Castle
The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a great deck and campfire ring right outside the door. I would recommend bringing flip flops for the shower. The river rock was beautiful but a bit painful to walk on. The property was an easy walk from Alex Bay, although there is plenty of parking at Uncle Sam's if you are taking a boat tour (which we also enjoyed).

This is an amazing cottage located on a private marina! It is exceptional! Chris, who checked us in, was so friendly and full of great recommendations! We really enjoyed chatting with him :) The owners have done a phenomenal job! Perfect placement of the cottages allows for breathtaking views and sunset campfires! Wow! What a gem!

The cottage was beautiful!
The Loon cottage was exactly like the photos. Very clean, newly furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and the owners provided coffee, tea, and some snacks. The bathroom was very nice - spacious shower with rain showerhead, lovely bath products, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The living space was cozy, and the fireplace was perfect for autumn weather. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely, well-maintained, and comfortable cottage on the St. Lawrence river. Nick and Amy were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions .We had such a great time, we plan to return in October.

Lovely Modern Cottage, Ideal Location
Almost new, this 675 SQ ft loft style cabin was well designed and maintained. The bed and furniture was comfortable, the view of the St Lawrence was picturesque. Beautiful grounds were enjoyable for morning strolls with our dog. Close to all of the amenities of Alexandria Bay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Good value as well!
