Questa adorabile e semplice casa si trova in Dodd's Addition, incastonata tra Rehoboth e Dewey, appena ad est di Rte 1. (Il miglio dimenticato!) È un quartiere fantastico con vicini meravigliosi e amichevoli. È esattamente un miglio e mezzo a piedi dalla sabbia, intorno al lago e attraverso un quartiere ombroso e tranquillo. Forniamo un "carro da spiaggia" per tirare la tua attrezzatura.
Con una cucina nuova di zecca, bellissimi nuovi pavimenti in legno e un delizioso portico riparato, sei sicuro di goderti il tuo tempo qui.
Il ponte anteriore è stato sostituito, e sembra fantastico, solo alcuni tocchi finali per andare!

L'ampia planimetria open space ha 2 camere da letto, (una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, l'altra ha due letti singoli) una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. Ogni camera ha un bagno collegato "Jack and Jill". Il bagno al piano superiore ha una vasca / doccia, mentre il piano di sotto ha una doccia. La doccia esterna spaziosa è la preferita.
La cucina ha un piano cottura elettrico / forno, lavastoviglie super silenzioso, forno a microonde, grande frigorifero con acqua e distributore di ghiaccio, smaltimento, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Per quei piatti, abbiamo una griglia a carbone nel cortile sul retro.
Si prega di notare, per ora, la scala non è in moquette, che può essere una considerazione per alcuni, in particolare i bambini piccoli. Inoltre, abbiamo cani che hanno trascorso del tempo lì, anche se non ci saranno lì quest'estate.
Il vialetto ospiterà 2 auto, oltre a un parcheggio gratuito in strada.
Facciamo del nostro meglio per mantenere una fornitura completa di prodotti di carta, prodotti per la pulizia e per il lavaggio delle stoviglie, nonché spezie e condimenti di base.

We had a fantastic family vacation here. The house is beautifully kept with all the necessary amenities and more! The property and layout worked out really well for us for a week long stay and the location is perfect. It’s close to the beach as well as downtown Rehoboth. We will definitely be back!

Staying at this property made it very easy to enjoy our stay in Rehoboth. The 15 min walk to the beach was made easy thanks to the wagon and chairs provided, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a long day was a dream. The layout is also ideal for a small group to cook a meal, eat together, and play games outside in the screened in porch. We all had a great time staying here!

The house was very clean and inviting. It was a short walk to the beach everyday. And the outdoor room on the back patio,we spent every night there. Great space. Highly recommend it for your Delaware vacation

We had a fantastic stay at William F Cottage. Owners are great communicators. Property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with our family of five. The screened in porch offered many hours of Catan game playing and the outdoor shower was a great way to start and end the day. Location is easy access to walk into Dewey. A quick bike ride into downtown Rehoboth. Air conditioning works great, beds are comfortable, and the gourmet kitchen fully stocked for the at-home Chef. Convenient to Liquor store, Fifer's farm kitchen, and Rehoboth Ale House. Thanks John and Murph! We had a great summer 2023 vacay!!

Property was as described and perfect for our 4th of July getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was about a 12 min walk to the beach for us and very easy with kids (8 & 10).

We liked everything about the cottage. It is clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. The interior felt spacious, and there is plenty of outdoor space. Just bring your clothing and linens. Everything else is provided. The neighborhood is great with many well landscaped properties. It is very quite, even though you are close to Route 1 Highway. There is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach, but that was not a problem with us. Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay there again when visiting Rehoboth Beach.

This place is a true gem, 15 min walk to the beach, well stocked kitchen and everything was exactly as advertised. Hosts were extremely responsive (within the hour) and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

We loved staying here. So neat and clean. About a 4 minute drive from the beach. The house was very nice and the owners were very informative and friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying at William F.l Cottage and had a wonderful time. The house was I'm excellent condition and perfect for a family get away. The house really has all you need so only had to bring linens for the beds and towels n such. Can't wait to come back next year. Thanks a bunch John and Murph!

The cottage is really nice inside, well appointed and clean, and it worked great for the 4 adults in our group. We had dinner most nights in the screened in pavilion out back. We used the front deck in the mornings/early afternoons.
The walk to the beach was pleasant and felt relatively quick (we walked via the Silver Lake bridge to the beaches at the southern tip of the Rehoboth boardwalk).
There is a bit of noise from Rt 1 if you’re sitting on the front deck but most of the time it wasn’t bothersome.

The environment was quiet and easily accessible to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches.

We stayed here for a ladies long weekend beach trip. This is a very nice house. Very clean. It had everything we needed. John and Murph responded quickly both before and during our stay. Checkin was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous home! Great location in a beautiful neighborhood near everything you might need. Lovely walk to two different beaches - wagon, umbrellas and chairs available. Outdoor shower is divine. Best appointed kitchen we've ever had in a rental. Comfortable in every way - can't wait to book again!

Loved the house and the location! Everything was as described, clean, spacious, and comfy. Great to have all the beach gear (chairs, wagon) and an easy walk to the beach. Everything was ready and working, had all the check-in info, and didn't need to bug the hosts at all.....it was all ready for us!! Would love to stay again and again!

Wonderful beach home.
The check in process was a breeze and the homeowners responded to all communications within minutes. We traveled with my mother-in-law in law who is disabled, having the downstairs bedroom with attached bathroom was a godsend. Definite recommend.

My fiancée and two other couples stayed at this house that is both very close to the beach and also near by to the main hubs of Rehoboth and Dewey beach. We were pleased we were able to find any sort of cookware and beach equipment in the property while also enjoying the cute covered porch in the backyard. Great place to kick back and relax.

Kids loved the location
This short vacation was intended to let the kids bring a friend to the beach and have their own rooms. This house fit the bill perfectly with quick and easy access to Rehobeth to the north and Dewey to the south. The kids rode their bikes to both places, cruised the boardwalk (until 10am) walked the neighborhood. With all the other families also walking and biking the majority of the vehicle traffic was driving very slow in the area, which helped us allow the young ones to go out on the bikes with their friends.

Great house, well appointed. So nice to gather with old friends. Spent hours in the screened in "Fun Hut"in the back yard, playing cards, music and sharing meals. Easy walk to town the beach and the local farmers market. Can't wait to visit again.

Great house, great hosts
We love returning every year with our family of 4. The house is clean and well appointed. The host are accessible and helpful. Great location for proximity to towns and beaches, and equally peaceful atmosphere for relaxing at home.

Wonderful Capecod with a "Clubhouse"
The house was perfect for our trip with 4 adults and 2 young kids (3 and 1). We really enjoyed the updated feel of the house and it clearly is maintained with pride. Our oldest loved the screened in porch and referred to it as the clubhouse. we look forward to staying here again. It was an easy walk to Dewey Beach and close enough to walk to Rehoboth board walk.

Small Family Reunion within a Family Reunion
This cozy house was everything that was advertised and more. It was perfect for our small party consisting of a grandmother (me), my adult son and daughter-in-law, and two grandsons (ages 7 and 9), in Rehoboth to attend a large family wedding. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the house was spotless. We enjoyed the short walk through the neighborhood to and from the beach (and were grateful for the beach umbrellas/chairs/toys and wagon provided). The owners went out of their way to ensure our comfort, including calling us soon after checkout to alert us to an item we'd inadvertently left behind. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
