Fantastic stay. Property is beautiful and well appointed and equipped. Was just our family of 5 for Thanksgiving but can comfortably accommodate much more. Golf carts were a great bonus and the pool was perfect. Our new favorite Destin rental property!

The home overall was ok. The guest house was not useable due to the moisture and associated smell. Communication with property manager was not great. One golf cart was broken and the governor on them are set below the speed limit on main roads.

Beautiful home that my entire family enjoyed. Very clean and well stocked. Two golf carts allowed for easy beach access. Bedding was comfortable. Pool was clean and the kids loved it. Location was convenient not only to the beach but to restaurants and supermarkets as well.Glad Casa was rapid and efficient in their responses to our needs. I highly recommend.

We loved having our family in this home. Great location, great neighborhood, we liked the golf carts included and bikes. The only negative I would say is the home had some things that needed fixing. -the grill only worked on one side and took forever to grill for everyone-the fridge and freezer drawers were very difficult to roll in and out - the fridge in laundry room leaked - the mattress on the pull out sofa in master bedroom was horribly thinThose are easy fixes and would make it even better. Minor stuff but great space and it was good having the pool toys and beach supplies there. It would help to add to the listing what the house includes so guests know what they do and don’t need to bring. We would absolutely stay here again! Loved it!

Our stay was amazing! We had 15 people total- 7 of which were children. The home itself had more space than expected and everyone was surprised at area of individual space/rooms/beds. However the best part was that there was large areas where we all could gather and spend time together. The house was located in a cul de sac on a quiet street. It was not far from the beach or from our favorite restaurant. The golf carts were great and provided a faster/easier/more fun way to get around.

The property was just as pictured (except the size of the pool is a bit tinier than it looks) Very clean.
There was plenty of room for all eleven of us! Plenty of sleeping space. And plenty of room to get to yourself when needed.
The kitchen could use a bit of updating on items, but it was still great!
We enjoyed our week, just wished we had been able to book longer!

This is a great house with wonderful amenities. The pictures accurately reflect the house (except as other reviews mentioned-the pool fountain didn't work). Very spacious house-great living room with seating for everyone. Well-stocked kitchen-had air fryer, crock pot, plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. They only provide a few dishwasher soap pods and laundry soap pods so you need to bring your own if you are staying more than 1-2 days. Also might need extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Lots of beach equipment available-several chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, 1 boogie board and 1 skim board plus corn hole. Ping Pong table in garage but we couldn't find the net holder to set it up. (2) 6-seater golf carts and 4 bikes included. It was great to take the golf carts to the club area about .7 miles from the house and the beach about .5 miles from the house. Club area has the tennis courts/basketball hoop (they have lights and are open until 10 pm), fitness center, hot tub, movie theater room (reserve your own time between 10AM-3PM). Outdoor pools not heated except for Spring Break so couldn't swim in them Thanksgiving week, but hot tub was nice. Great to take golf carts to beach. Can walk also, but easier to bring stuff in the golf carts. The home's pool would be warm to swim in if you pay to have it heated. The bedrooms were great--the bunk room has twin over double beds x2 plus 2 twin trundle beds underneath. There is also a little pull-out couch in the master BR on the main level. The pool house is perfect for more privacy for 2 people. The only stressful thing was I had to call the emergency number posted on the house because they didn't send me the codes to get in. But they called back within 5 minutes and gave me everything we needed so it was fine.

Host was responsive to the issues we did have. We did not get our chec-in code until well after 5pm and that's because we called. They INSISTED that they sent them all out to their guests by 130pm, like they INSISTED. I explained that we had not received ours....then he found the SYSTEM error and got us our code. Hot water barely worked in the guest house but they came and tried to fix it quickly. They left the cold water running while filling the pool...for hours. It was 68 outside, we paid a steep fee for a heated pool and could not even use it one of the days. They did come address that quickly. One of the golf carts was damaged when we checked in and they knew about it and came and fixed it. The other golf cart broke on first use due to worn grommets, windshield smashed but nobody got hurt. They were great once you called them, but to have all of these issues to begin with? It was just little headaches and inconveniences that we didn't expect.

The property was very spacious. Easily accommodated 11 adults and 1 one child. Enjoyed the private pool. The six and four passenger golf cart made it extremely easy to get to the beach. I would definitely return.

Fabulous time in Destin
Our family vacation in Destin East was a huge hit with the entire family! Our proximity to the beach, the spacious living areas and built in pool were fabulous! We were slightly disappointed in the “tired” conditions in the property, not all of appliances worked properly and furniture was in less than ideal condition.

Nice house, big open concept suited for a large family group. Private pool was a plus for the kids. We wish it had been closer to beach but golf carts were helpful for carrying everyone to the beach. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to others if you have a large group and don't mind a short ride to the beach.

Better Than Expected
The pictures don’t do this home justice even though they look great. In person is even better. Absolutely loved everything except the toilet paper that was a step down from gas station TP as if that is possible. Otherwise we loved the spacious kitchen with its large fridge, two ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers and independent ice maker (super convenient). The living room is spacious and comfortable to relax and recover from a day at the beach. Also enjoyable was the whole house sound system. Loved this stay!

It was excellent, the only suggestion I have would be to consider the handicapped . One handicapped toilet downstairs would have been a luxury for the aged vacationers. The toilets were extremely low and hard to get on and up from.

Quiet neighborhood
The gated community was quiet and peacefully. I felt safe the whole time. The house was beautiful and clean. The golfs carts were great beach access easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was nice! We had a rainy week so the games and breezeway were great to have! We loved having 2 golf carts for when it was not raining it helped get us all and our stuff back and forth to the beach or community area. There were a couple minor issues- living room TV cable or internet would not work, we couldn't figure out the sound system, the fountain on the pool wouldn't work and pool had poor circulation. Overall I loved this place and would consider staying there again in the future!

This vacation home was a great pick. Everyone enjoyed it. The family room was huge and spacious enough for our party of 14. The golf carts that were provided had good speed to them. Lots of beach gear in garage in case anyone forgot theirs. Pool was small but nice for its size. Community pool and park was great but be sure to have your bracelet on. Overall a great vacation and the management were very helpful. The people with xplorie for the activities were great also and very accommodating. It was well stocked with dishes. Only a couple suggestions to make it an even greater place. Locks for some of the doors such as bathrooms. Large parties it would be nice to have a lock to prevent walk ins. Blackout shades for the bedroom windows. Luggage racks on golf carts to help take beach back and forth. Two trash cans for trash pickup

The master bed and bath are amazing and we were glad it was on the first floor so my 79 yr old mom did not have to use the steps. Upstairs bedrooms were okay but nothing special. The living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. We reported that the TV in the living room did not work (as many before us have) and a third party repair company did show up on the 3rd or 4th day to fix it. The pool is very small and dirty! We cleaned it daily but the filter could not keep up. I understand that this has been a problem for other guest as well. The location is not convenient to the beach so the old slow golf carts are a necessity.
Rules for this house are excessive so allow time to read about everything you could be fined for upon arrival.
We are not likely to rent this house again.

Beautiful Vacation Home
Home was clean, very well stocked, and had plenty of room for our party of 8. Beautiful spacious rental with plenty of room for multigenerational family of 14 people. We loved the common areas and oversized sectional and kitchen for the whole family to come together. The two fridges, two disheashers, and two ovens as well as an ice machine were excellent additions! The master bedroom and bathroom were incredible. We loved the location in Destiny East a 5 minute golf cart or bike ride from the beach. Destiny East was stunning and immaculately maintained. The community pools, tennis, etc were very nice as well. We loved the pool at the house but it did not filter well. It was heated to a great temperature and the kids really enjoyed it. The jets and filter were not functioning properly so the pool would not skim and would get kind of grimy at times. We told Destiny Palms and they advised that the owners knew about the pool issues for a year and have not fixed the problem. Another issue we had was the outdoor shower to rinse off before getting in the pool was not working. We reported this only to be told it would be fixed when we left. That was not helpful. They need a better way for people to rinse off before entering the house or pool after being at the beach. The golf carts provided were an amazing bonus but please note they are older and definitely not in the best condition. One we had to put a block behind the tire because the parking brake did not work. We really enjoyed using the golf carts to go to the beach each day though and it kept sand out of our cars and made parking much easier to find! One big complaint we had was the kitchen was incredible but was terribly stocked. They had one dish towel, only 1 pyrex dish, not enough utensils, cups, etc... you would expect it to be better stocked with that fancy kitchen! No Keurig, and very outdated coffee maker, no griddle, etc... it's fine but plan ahead and bring things before coming. Small details like that would make this rental a 5 star! I still would highly recommend this place.

The house is very nice and worked well for our extended family. There were a few minor things that were responded to almost immediately. Home was super clean and has tons of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots pans etc.
