Tranquillo cottage tropicale con accesso al fiume, fauna selvatica, serenità, a Bonita Springs vicino alla US-41, che offre un comodo accesso all'area Spring Training Center e Coconut Mall, nonché agli outlet Miramar. È al centro di alcune delle migliori spiagge, Fort Myers Beach, Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key State Park e Golf. Abbiamo anche biciclette, kayak e attrezzatura da spiaggia. Guarda la fauna selvatica locale sul molo privato. UNA PISCINA PRIVATA schermata, ha un tavolo e sedie e una favolosa vista sul fiume. In un quartiere tranquillo su una strada senza uscita, a pochi passi da negozi di alimentari, a breve distanza in auto da bellissime spiagge e campi da golf, oppure prendi l'autobus a solo mezzo isolato dal Key State Park dell'amante.
Camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e una seconda camera con due letti singoli. C'è l'accesso al garage con apri e accesso al cortile e dock / fiume.
Proprio sul fiume imperiale, che ti porterà direttamente al golfo!

Wonderful visit to tree tops. The property is located at the end of a cul de sac right on the river. Pictures from the listing don’t really do it justice, the sitting area by the water, pool area and dock are all lovely places to sit and the property is at a point on the river where it is very quiet and you can really enjoy the sounds of nature. Sitting on the dock our first night I saw a manatee swim right by. Kayaks are comfortable and easy to launch and retrieve and we enjoyed an outing on the river to see much more wildlife. Everything you could need for a day at the beach is provided including chairs, coolers, umbrella/sunshades, boogie boards, and even fishing poles. Our hosts were super accommodating and we received a lovely surprise of fresh mangos as a little gift one night as we were fortunate enough to be around at the moment they were perfectly ripe. Parking is a breeze and the location puts you in a great spot to get to the beach or all sorts of other fun activities.

Our stay at Tree Top was comfortable and relaxing! Karen met us when we arrived and took us on a tour. Our living space was perfect for two, comfortable furniture, plenty of space as well as a nice TV. The beautifully landscaped backyard was available to us, with plenty of seating near the water, it was lighted at night and a fan was available! There were many birds and a bunny that entertained us while we enjoyed the scenery. The swimming pool was so nice, cool and clean! Kayaks and bicycles were also available, the hosts were always accessible but never intruded.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It is attached to the hosts house and they were there to greet us when we arrived. Karen gave us a quick tour of where we were staying and showed us all of the amenities. The pool was absolutely beautiful and they have a great patio set up right by the river. We hardly saw Karen and Don, but when we did they were so kind. We even had a beer with Don by the river! The house we stayed in was very clean and included everything we needed such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels, beach towels, chairs, kayaks and so much more. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future. PS. The decor in the house and all around the outside was beautiful and was such a vibe !!

The property was quiet and peacefull with river access and plenty of bikes and kayaks for adventuring. The apartment, which is attached to the main house has its own entrance and felt secure and was simple to access for those that can climb stairs (not for wheelchairs or those with mobility issues).
While the pool and hot tub were in an enclosed linai, the pool was murky and seemed like it might not have the right chemical balance. For this reason we did not want to risk a bacterial issue and made the decision not to swim. Not having a safe pool definitely lowered the value of this property. The inside of the property was also quite dusty, which was surprising given the high $250 cleaning fee. We really enjoyed our kayak adventure, but the access to the river is quite rustic and we got very muddy trying to get in and out.
Overall a pleasant stay and a calm and serene environment.
