Molto bello, nuovo proprietario, così nuova decorazione e un aspetto tutto nuovo. Situato nella "B1", un edificio al quinto piano con una vista eccellente sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo del Messico! Ben arredata, cucina completamente attrezzata, tutti gli elettrodomestici, utensili e lavatrice / asciugatrice inclusi. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti. Ci sono due piscine in questo resort, campi da tennis e un porto turistico. Questo resort è situato su alcune delle spiagge più belle del mondo, una grande distesa di sabbia bianca candida e acque cristalline vi attendono.

The property management was amazing! They called the day before to make sure I had all the correct information with me. Also, just in case she emailed it to me. We were able to check in early!
What kind of surprised us was the dust and old carpet. Our feet were black from walking barefoot on the carpet. There was dust on various items, and mold in the master bathroom.
Overall, we had a great stay with an amazing view!

Very nice property. A little dated, but it didn’t take away from an incredible location - beautiful ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom and extremely close to the beach.
Overall, it was clean and satisfied all our needs.

The condo and broader property weren’t especially updated but were in decent shape nonetheless. The secondary bathroom in the unit left a lot to be desired. The private beach was absolutely amazing! The unit had some beach gear for us to use, which is always really appreciated.

First off, let me say this is not our first stay at Pinnacle Port. We LOVE this resort because it is so quiet, peaceful and family friendly. Unfortunately this unit had an awful odor. It had a very faint smoke smell but mostly it was a mildew type odor. It was strong snd has remained on the clothes we brought since we arriving home. We were at the resort with 2 other families and their units had no odor at all. One of them had a dehumidifier in their unit which I'm sure helped alot. Also, the master bedroom mattress really needs to be updated. It was an old spring mattress that had bumps and left our hips and shoulders sore. I have NEVER left a bad review of a stay before. If this issues get addressed then it would be a great unit to rent.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times. This unit was laid out nicely, decorated well, clean, and a great location. The view from the balcony was excellent. I would definitely rent this unit again. The only downside was the elevator which had issues throughout our stay.

Nice resort and great location. Burks Beach Rental for chairs and umbrellas is a must. I'm afraid owners aren't getting their money's worth from cleaning service. Food found in living room under coffee table and in kitchen under cabinets. When we walked across kitchen floor our feet were dirty. Fridge was dirty inside and out. Nice having a full bathroom for each bedroom.

Bath towels were left unwashed in the washing machine when we arrived. I had to wash them with my own laundry supplies. Other than that it was clean and in a great location. Also someone came into our condo during the day. Thank goodness the door was chained.

Cannot say enough great things about our stay here. When you're away from home there's always hiccups that are bound to happen. For us the coffee make was broken and a storm the first night knocked out the wifi. On both situations the management was prompt in correcting. The view is awesome - from the balcony all you see is beach and ocean. Very quiet, and allowed us to re-charge our batteries. Will definitely be back!

Everything about the stay was top notch.The condo was roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed.The view was, of course, spectacular. The beds were comfortable. Both bedrooms were equally equipped, having two bedrooms with private bath and both having queen bed. So staying with my dad there was not fight over the "master bedroom"...The key-pad entry was also convenient; not having carry your keys when going for a walk on the beach. Highly Recommended.

From start to finish this was seamless. The communication from reserving all the way to check out was better than any previous reservation made. The Pinnacle Port unit was as described. Great views of sunrises. Perfect spot for our family to gather.

The condo looked just like the pictures. We wanted a clean, comfortable getaway for two with a Gulf view and this fit the bill. No complaints worth mentioning. If you want a quiet beach getaway (during school anyway), this is your place.

But not bad enough to give a rating below a 5!! The lady at Seagrove Rentals was so nice when I called to get the door code more than once. The beach was more private than others we had stayed at in PCB. A really great place!!

We have been coming to pinnacle port for over 20 years and this condo was as nice as any we stayed at . We love the amenities here and love the private beach area past the condos. So thankful for Seagrove beach property for working with us last minute when another condo had a water leak and cancelled the day before leaving. A very nice location, accommodations were good, beachfront, everything neat and clean. The only problem was the kitchen sink stopped up and the elevator was not working after a storm. It was fixed in a timely manner and all was well.

Overall, happy with our stay. The location is spectacular for beach-lovers, and the management was very responsive to questions beforehand. However, the property is a bit dated and the appliances, showers, and closets could use and update. The wi-fi signal is weak making streaming videos on multiple devices challenging (if you have kids). We'd probably stay again just for the location.

Overall the condo was fine and worked well for us during our stay. When we arrived there was a strong smell of smoke, the managers sent an air purifier which seemed to help quickly, and the condo was not as clean as I would have expected. The internet wasn’t working, but the company was sent to repair it the same day. There were just some things with the unit that I would have hoped to not have to deal with given the price point, but the management did their best to remedy everything. We walked over to the playground area a couple of times and twice the kids couldn’t play as the area was covered in food and trash. It seemed like a group had used the grills nearby and then threw their leftover food and trash all over the playground. The location was terrific and the beaches were great, my family had a fantastic time and will be back again next year.

Our daughter graduated from college on 5/14, headed to PPB1-506 on 5/17. The condo was great for 4 adults. Plenty of space, clean, and ocean view was fabulous. Candy, was very helpful on some questions that I needed answered; very friendly! Riptides were for the whole week so we made good use of the pools. Thelma & Louise pool food was a bit overpriced for what they have on the menu, but was good for a quick snack.
