Quinta del Sol è un complesso condominiale di fronte spiaggia di lusso situato sulla spettacolare color smeraldo acque limpide di Fatima Bay nella comunità esclusiva gated di Puerto Aventuras.
Unità 216 è una 3 camere da letto, 2 unità bagno con alti soffitti in mattoni a cupola e ricca di dotazioni di lusso come 3 televisori a schermo piatto ciascuno con (canali statunitensi, canadesi (inglese e francese)) CD / DVD e servizio via satellite, frigorifero in acciaio inox con la macchina purificato acqua, una lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice, e molto altro ancora! Tutte le camere dispongono di aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. Guardare e ascoltare il mare e godere l'incredibile vista sulla piscina dal tuo salotto, camera da letto matrimoniale e balcone.
La casa bella e spaziosa è arredata in uno stile confortevole e contemporaneo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, ideale per mangiare a casa in tutta comodità. Ci sono 2 sgabelli al bancone della cucina e anche un tavolo da pranzo per sei persone.
La master suite sontuosa con di bagno con vasca / doccia, ha un letto king size e walk-out al grande balcone. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto king size. C'è anche una piccola terza stanza con un letto full size. Dalla grande e molto confortevole salotto, è possibile ritirarsi allo spazioso balcone privato per puro relax o semplicemente scendere e divertirsi nella piscina incredibile architettonico progettato o sulla splendida e incontaminata spiaggia costeggiata di palma. La barriera corallina con pesci colorati invita snorkeling da esplorare.

Very nice StayMy wife and I stayed for 3 weeks at Serge and Laurianne’s condo. The unit was well stocked with everything that we needed. We liked the location of the condo as we could walk easily to the marina area where all the restaurants and bars are located. We enjoyed having direct access to the beach. The heated pool was very nice also as it was a little bit cool the first week of our stay. The people that stayed in the same complex were all very nice and we enjoyed there company. The only slightly negative was the sargassum washing up on the beach, but that happens everywhere in the Caribbean. The grounds keepers did a nice job trying to clean it up, they also keep the grounds up really nice, and they were all very polite. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved our four weeks at Laurianne and Serge’s beautiful apartment. Highlights of our visit included enjoying the spacious ocean/pool view balcony, proximity to the beach/swimming/snorkelling and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had everything we needed. We had excellent communication with the owners and no problems with our arrival and departure. We shopped for groceries at the large Chedraui across the highway (short walk there and taxi home) and enjoyed the delicious fruits and veggies at the local market on Wed and Sat (near Pampa restaurant). Lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance. Thanks again for such a great vacation and we would love to stay again.

Beautiful beach front property, relaxation at it's best, love the heated pool.

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we had expected. First, there were no directions on what to say in order to get through the guard shack. Every time we went through, we had a difficult time trying to get them to understand where we were staying. They do not speak any English. Second, the tv/ satellite didn’t work. This was fixed 4 days later. Third, the washing machine didn’t work. The part had to be ordered. There were bugs on the floor in the living room. The beds and pillows were extremely hard. Lastly and probably worst was the failure to tell us about the sargasso. The sea grass covered the entire beach. There were some efforts to clean it up, but it was smelly and ruined our beach enjoyment. I believe we should have been told about how bad it is.
The owners did try to fix the tv and washer in a timely manner. The views would have been amazing without the sargasso. The pool at the front of the property was amazing and saved our trip.
If we were to return to Puerto Aventuras, we would not stay at this condo.
