This condo was one of the best that we have stayed at. The hosts were very communicative and thoughtful even leaving on the lights for us knowing that we were arriving late. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. The condo was also well equipped with the right amount of tools and pots/pans. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time we have stayed at this particular condo in PCB. Everything is top of the line, cleanliness is the best, and the hosts are always available to answer any questions you have before or during your stay. We travel and stay in condos in SC and FL and Cindy and Quinn’s condo is best by far.

It was beautifully decorated and every thing you might need available in the condo, including a welcome basket with snacks. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable ever. We were extremely surprised with all of the available ammenties. We would definitely never stay anywhere else when visiting PCB.

This condo was very clean and updated. The amenities were great and the owners really take pride in their property and accommodating the guests. We could not have asked for anything better. We will be back again.

I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay at this condo! We chose this one because it had two king beds and plenty of seating so everyone could have space to relax and we did just that…RELAX!
As far as cleanliness goes…you could eat off the floors this place was so immaculate! I’m a somewhat particular person and I have a hard time unwinding if things aren’t “right” and I felt completely at home.
You can tell the owners truly care about your experience and put work into the details both big and small.
We truly hated to leave and we cannot wait to return again!

This condo is the ultimate! The decor is beyond beautiful. Everything you will ever need for your stay is provided. You don’t have to worry about running out of any essentials during your stay. All appliances and kitchen ware are top of the line giving you a great experience. The beds are so comfortable to give you a great nights sleep. Cindy has included beach towels and beach service with her condo which saves 💰 when it comes to renting beach chairs. I can’t say anything bad about this beautiful place and the hosts are always available and communication is great. Last but not least, the hosts leave a welcome basket with snacks and bottled water for your arrival which is definitely appreciated after a long trip. I give the condo and our hosts a 10+

This is our 2nd stay in Tropic Winds, but we were in a different condo last time. This was the best stay! Everything was perfect in the condo, including an amazing welcome snack basket. The view on this 20th floor condo is incredible, and probably my favorite part of being at the beach. Thank you, Cindy and Quinnan....we will be back!

We travel and use VRBO and ABB a lot, this is by far our favorite place we have stayed in the PCB area.
We felt like we were at home as soon as we walked in!
Next time we won't pack as much because there were so many amenities! It's clear the hosts want you to relax and enjoy the beach, this felt more like a vacation than most.
With that being said, the hosts have taken a lot of care with the decorations/furniture and even soft towels - if you stay here, please treat it kindly and be respectful!

Our stay was fantastic. The layout of the condo was great with exceptional views and a relaxing atmosphere. The building was stocked VERY well with luggage caddies and elevators were NOT a trouble point. Beach access was very convenient and not to busy. Beach chair rentals did leave something to be desired. They open at 9am and usually follows with a significant line. First come first serve when it comes to location of your umbrella and chair. I advise bringing your own beach items and setting up away from the public beach access point. Exercise room is small with 2 treadmills and 2 bikes and no room for anything else. So I wouldn't come in expecting to keep your gym routine going. Pool was great but chairs get sucked up quick and never seem to empty; make sure you have your pool bands.... Location overall was great. Pretty much in the middle of panama city with the "party/tourist" part on one side and the "quiet/local" part on the other.
Only 2 warnings is for the parking garage and Thomas's Donuts. The parking garage is VERY tight and low... you will need to find an open spot near the building to do a "quick" unloading if using a roof carrier as you will most likely be in someone else's spot when doing so. There is parking across the street but that introduces some hassles with crossing and traffic.
Thomas's Donuts gets busy fast and moves slow. I advise getting there early and....... go inside. Yes they serve inside and it has A/C. You're welcome

I can’t say enough about this condo!!! It was very very clean. Owners were wonderful to work with. This condo has everything you would need!!! Beds were comfortable, bathroom towels were very nice, kitchen items were wonderful and the patio furniture was great! Everything in this condo was top of the line!!! We have been coming to PCB for over 20 years and never stayed at a place that was this phenomenal!!! Thank you for sharing your condo. We will definitely be back!!!

You can stop looking now, this is the one! This condo is IMMACULATE. The owners have thought of everything and then some. The condo is equipped with everything and anything you will need including a fully stocked kitchen, thick, soft beach towels and bath towels/wash cloths etc (and plenty of them) comfy beds and pillows, a washer and dryer, laundry detergent and even extra special touches like bath and body works foaming hand soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo is decorated beautifully and tastefully. The balcony is big with plenty of seating and the view of the ocean is amazing! The beach access is super convenient and the beach itself is beautiful. The indoor outdoor pool was so nice and clean. Parking is convenient and the elevators are fast. I’m telling you I don’t believe we could have found a more perfect place to stay. Oh and when booking we let the owners know that our daughter would be turning 3 while we were and they even had a birthday present waiting in the condo for her when we arrived! Cindy and Quinnan are the best! We would love to stay here again!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! This condo is absolutely beautiful and has amazing views from the living area and master bedroom. Large patio area with seating for 6-8.
Everything is pure luxury, all the bedding (super comfortable bedding), high-quality bath towels, even beach towels, furnishing, etc.
This condo is fully stocked with whatever you need (anything I needed was there, even binoculars to watch from the balcony to the ocean, additional beach chairs and umbrellas (you have access to 2 beach chairs, umbrella and table that condo sets up each day)).
All toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc are provided.
The owners are awesome. Great communication. They provide a cute welcome package with snacks and hand-written note, start you off with waters in fridge, coffee, book of things to do in area.
Only con was it was not as close to the Pier as I thought but you can drive wherever within 10-20 minutes! 😀

Loved our stay at this immaculate condo on the beach on the 20th floor! The owners are so nice and accommodating. The upgrades and perks in the condo are great! The view is outstanding! What more could you want... Maybe some beach toys for the kids (and adults who still want to be kids sometimes, LOL) and a couple of beds in the 2nd bedroom instead of only one, really though, those are not a big deal at all. This place was perfect and we hope to come back for another stay soon!

This 20th floor Condo exceeded our expectations. The unit was very modern. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The condo was spotless. A basket of snacks was supplied. A booklet with local information and restaurant suggestions is on hand. Just a pleasurable experience all around. A definite thumbs up!

The hosts are informative and personable and accommodating. They had decorated for Christmas and had left us wonderful snacks and water. The condo is beautiful decorated and new appliances and great dishes and cookware and 3 tv. Beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. Plush linens and towels. The balcony and patio furniture are wonderful. The view is great and the condo is right on the beach . I would definitely stay here again. Best vacation . Best hosts.

This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed. The hosts were so sweet, kind and accommodating. They even had a basket of snacks/treats and water for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back. In fact, we have already booked our next stay with them. Book this condo now! You won’t regret it!

This unit is absolutely amazing! We are definitely spoiled now that we have stayed in this unit! Communication with the Gee's was top notch. We knew exactly where to park and what we needed to do upon arrival. When we entered, we were pleased with the cleanliness and attention to detail. There was even a gift basket of snacks and goodies waiting for us, along with a nice welcome note! Cindy even worked with a local grocery delivery company (who we booked ourselves), as our groceries were delivered before we had even arrived on site! Cindy even texted me one morning to let us know that a manatee was swimming by! Very cool sight to see! We were able to meet them on our trip and they are the nicest people! So easy to work with! The furniture was great and the beds were very comfortable! Great stainless steel appliances and quality cookware made cooking (and clean-up) at the condo much less of a chore! And don't get me started about the view from the spacious, private balcony! Now, to start saving up for a return trip to this beautiful home away from home! Thanks again Cindy and Quinnan for an amazing stay! Hope to see you again on our next trip!

This condo was immaculate. It was very clean and had everything we wanted or needed. The balcony was large and had an excellent view of the ocean. When we opened the door of this condo, we couldn't believe how nice it was. It looked like it was for someone important. The owners were great and had good communication with them. It was also tastefully decorated. We cannot come up with one complaint. Out of all the condos we have stayed in over the years, this one was the best and would definitely stay again!

Our family trip consisted of myself, my husband, our soon to be 3 year old, and my parents. The condo was all we could have wanted and more. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout was perfect for us. Plus having a smart tv in each bedroom was an added bonus. The condo was decorated beautifully, and the view of the ocean from the large deck was breath taking. The owners were very sweet and available by call or text when we had questions. The location was great. Just a short drive to Pier Park and other popular restaurants. We definitely will stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay.
Cindy and Quinn have created a sanctuary with everything you need. The condo was spotless. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and calming decor. We loved the multi purpose bedside clocks that allowed for multiple charging methods. The bathrooms had everything one would use on a regular basis: soaps, travel shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, tissues and fantastic soft fluffy towels.
Living area was comfortable and well laid out. Dining area was very nice. The kitchen was fantastic! Everything we might have needed was at our fingertips. The hosts thoughtfully provided a great snack basket and cold bottles of water for our arrival. The laundry room was well stocked. Fluffy beach towels, chairs and umbrella were provided. Our favorite spot...the balcony!!! It was spacious and had very nice, comfortable furniture. The views were terrific.
Cindy and Quinn are wonderful hosts! My husband and I look forward to staying with them again.

Immaculate place to stay. Highly recommend
From very first contact until departure the Hosts were incredible they even gave us a thoughtful gift. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect for us, it is a close drive to everything, we even walked to Pier Park and back. Highly recommend.
