This is an amazing property with a great location. The house is large and in great shape. It's located just north of Colorado Springs.

The property was spectacular, well kept, clean and spacious. We were excited by the surrounding area, the spectacular views and the location was close to many of the attractions and stores. The views from around the property were breathtaking and we would highly recommend this property to all.

Our family was so pleased to stay at this house. Most mornings we'd brew a pot of coffee and enjoy the views from most any window in house. There were 6 adults. Marie and David's home allowed plenty of space for our family to spread out. It also has family areas large enough to visit and play games. It was centrally located which allowed us to enjoy activities in the Denver area as well as Colorado Springs. We were especially thankful that the bedding was washed in "free and clear" detergent. We normally have to bring detergent and wash things as soon as we arrive.

Very easy comfortable home. All we needed to do was hit the grocery store and we had all the comforts of home. Spacious. Beautiful neighborhood. Great location.

We were very comfortable in this home, which is saying a lot. There were a few issues that we made the owner aware of and I'm sure they will address them going forward. Loved the common living area/great room, the deck and spacious bedrooms. Also extra living areas if you have a lot of family, which we didn't even use during our stay. Need shampoo, conditioner, a lotion? They leave a generous supply of anything you might need. Also pleased to see condiments in the fridge and we left some for the next renters. Hate to throw out food at the end of a stay and who needs to buy another ketchup at their VRBO? Owners were super easy to work with and always gracious. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful with plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Everything you need is within minutes. David and Marie where extremely helpful and gave great pointers about the area. The family had a wonderful time!

We want to thank Marie and David for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home in Monument Colorado. The home and setting was comfortable and we had mule deer nestled in the shrubs. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended at Spruce Mountain Ranch.

Gorgeous very roomy property! We had plenty of space to be together and to be apart. Chef's kitchen along with views out of this world. Only 1 mile to our daughter's wedding venue - Pinecrest- and fast and easy access to COS via the interstate. Would heartily recommend this property and the hosts.

This home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay in Colorado for our son's wedding. The neighborhood is quiet and was very close to the wedding venue - Pinecrest. The home was just as described! It had everything we needed to feel at home - it was so clean and beautifully decorated. If you rent this lovely home, you will not be disappointed!

The house was as advertised. It is a large house with plenty of room and privacy. The grounds are beautiful and resides in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked with notes about any questions you may have. I would recommend this house to others staying in the area. We used this as a home base for a visit to the USAA and it was only about a 10 min drive. A good amount of restaurants and shopping near the house.

We had an excellent experience with this property. We were a group of seven family members attending a wedding at Pine Crest. We had great communication with the owner - especially a couple questions that had to do with mobility issues for an elderly member of our party.
The house is spacious, well apportioned and very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture, Good cookware and kitchen/dining utensils. Outstanding views from the balcony and every room.

There were only 3 of us instead of the 6 as planned and the house was huge. Easy access to grocery and shopping and walking around the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was everything we had hoped for. We were in the area to host a wedding approximately 5 miles north of the house and house several family members for the event. Preparation and celebration required excursions to Denver, Castle Rock and Colorado Springs, so the location was ideal. The house is equipped as advertised. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for our family vacation near Colorado Springs. The house is very spacious and it is in a very scenic location with Mountain views. It is well decorated and extremely clean. The owners are also very nice and quick to respond. Thank you David and Marie!

We stayed at the O'Donnell's home for our family vacation last week. Words can't even describe how spectacular the house and the views were. First of all, the O'Donnell's were amazing and made the process so easy. Secondly, we were so amazed by the house and the beauty of the neighborhood. We were busy sightseeing every day, but were able to come home and relax at this beautiful home in the evenings. I had coffee on the deck and watched the sun come up every morning, and we had supper on the deck in the evenings. The kids and I also walked around the neighborhood in the evenings just taking in the breathtaking scenery. We have already decided we will be back and will definitely be staying here when we do. We have used VRBO many times and this is by far the best home we have had the opportunity to stay in. We made so many incredible memories and can't wait to come back!
