Ubicato in Indian Rocks Beach, questo delizioso condominio a 348 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Questo bellissimo condominio all'ultimo piano costruito nel 2000 è situato proprio sulla splendida Indian Rocks Beach. Una vista completa sull'oceano con porte scorrevoli in vetro che si piegano nel muro per una vista spettacolare. Questa unità è un terzo piano, unità d'angolo, il che significa che ci sono finestre aggiuntive e i soffitti sono più alti rispetto alle unità standard. Questo ti fa sentire come se fossi in una casa rispetto ad un appartamento. (Significa anche che non ascolterai il rumore delle persone che camminano sul piano di sopra, perché sei l'ultimo piano). Lo strato di vernice fresca, la cucina ristrutturata e la modanatura a corona lo rendono un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e ammirare panorami mozzafiato. Lo sentiamo ripetutamente che le foto non rendono giustizia. Suppongo che dobbiamo fare delle foto migliori :(

C'è molto da fare per tutte le età ... oppure puoi semplicemente rilassarti in spiaggia, in piscina o nella veranda sul retro e goderti la vista migliore intorno.

Our first time traveling to Indian Rocks and loved the place!
We experienced 2 days of full sun and 2 days of cold rain which allowed us to hang out in the apartment and do more than beach activities!
The apartment was spotless, the master bed very comfortable and the view from the balcony is breathtaking.
We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub on the cold days and walked to some local restaurants and shops afterwards.

Perfect location for people with small children, easy quick walk to beach/pool. Unbeatable view. Rooms were nice sized and beds were comfortable. Kitchen supplies were decently stocked- a few dirty utensils in drawers and only 4 spoons. We had a little issue with one toilet- unable to fix but communication with owner went well.

This top floor condo is beautiful and was perfect for five adults and one child. Can’t beat the amazing view overlooking the beach and ocean! Some excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. When we wanted to go further we used Lyft and Uber which we found to be very reasonable. We all would like to return some day!

Our time here was really nice. Great weather and great views of the water. They were doing construction very close to us but it didn’t interfere too much. The condo was perfect for us as we had 4 kids with us and 3 adults. The pool was awesome for the kids and the hot tub was a nice plus for the adults. The only complaint I had was that there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 7 of us staying 5 days. Other than that, it was great! Gordon communicated and answered all my questions. Nice place to stay.

Can't beat the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool and hot tub. It was great being on the top level and not having to hear footsteps above you. Condo was well appointed with everything you would need for a stay.

We had such an amazing relaxing stay! We had young children and the condo had toys and plenty of room for each of us. The pool is below and breathtaking beach views. Very convenient for baby to come up to nap while other children stayed down at the pool with husband. We will be staying again at this specific condo! Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. It was better than the first time (was 2017, I think--love the new couches!). We did not want to leave! The whole condo is beautiful! Plenty of room, clean, has just about everything you need. The balcony and the view, as is the proximity to the beach, cannot be beat. You can literally be on the balcony, be in the pool 5 min later, and be on the beach 5 min after that. My mom, in her seventies, is getting really old, and did not want to come at first, but she did, and had a wonderful time. We already want to come back next year! You will love this condo!

What an amazing place! The condo was everything and more than we expected. It was so clean and Gordon was great at communicating and making sure we didn’t need anything.The sunset views were absolutely amazing!! This will always be our go to for an IRB vacation!

Spectacular views, awesome location and accommodating host sums up this property! We spent the month of February there and really enjoyed waking up and going to bed with the spectacular views of the Gulf. The property has all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway. The communication with the Host was phenomenal. Highly recommend for you next get away!

This is a lovely setting and the view of the beach is fantastic. The location is very convenient - able to walk to pickleball, seafood restaurants, bakery etc. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Owner did respond to inquiries promptly.

This property was perfect! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We were disappointed with the cool cloudy weather but took advantage of the hot tub and heated pool just below our balcony that looked out to the beach. THE SUNSETS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Being on the 3rd floor definitely has its perks...the view was spectacular from sun up to after the sun had set. We had 2 vehicles and there was a parking place for both right beside the elevator and stairs. The condo had everything we needed and the property owner was very accommodating. Comfy new couches were scheduled to deliver during our stay and he made that quick and easy. We left for a bit and returned to beautiful new furniture. The area is quiet and there are many great places to eat within walking distance. 5 stars

The views from the glass-surrounded living/dining areas are amazing, enhanced by a several-paneled sliding glass door that opens the entire living room onto the generous balcony where you have a front row seat for every sunset.
The kitchen has plenty of equipment, utensils, dishes and glassware to cook/serve meals at the condo but there are also many great choices nearby for dining out (several within walking distance). The pool and hot tub are well maintained and the gulf is mere steps past the pool gate. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler are in the condo, ready for use.

This is the 6th time we’ve visited Sunset Paradise with a large group of friends. We love it and it’s perfect for our group. The only complaint we had this year was that the pool and hot tub were a bit icky. Otherwise we had a great week!

This is our fourth stay at Sunset Paradise #17 in Indian Rocks Beach! We will continue to come again and again because we love the area (beach and restaurants) and love this condo. Gordan is awesome to work with. He is always accommodating and easy to communicate with every time. We love the vibe of Indian Rocks Beach. We cannot wait until Summer 2023! Upon entering the property, we were blown away by the ocean views from the wall of sliding glass doors. They open to a patio with views of everything - the pool, beach, ships, and wildlife.
The unit is literally steps from the beach and will spoil you for any other property that claims to be oceanfront.
The area is very quiet, safe, and walkable. You can easily stroll to restaurants and stores. Go to Guppy's restaurant - it is the closest (right across the street) and the best.
The condo is well stocked and furnished with everything you could need. Plenty of space for a large group The owner is very gracious and communicates well.
Go to the beach or at least sit on the porch at sunset. It's breathtaking. You can also see dolphins from the porch. Others reported seeing a shark and manatee.

We had such a wonderful time at the condo. Great location, communication with the owner, wonderful pool and beach. Condo reached all expectations. Very clean and well stocked. Would love to return! The only bad part was leaving and flying home.

This was a great place for my family. 2 adults and 2 small children. We came from out of town and they had toys to play with, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It made our travel very easy. Loved the close restaurants. The pool was never crowded and the beach sunsets were beautiful!
