We loved our stay because it was so conveniently close to the boardwalk and the place was very clean. An added bonus was that they had bikes and beach equipment to use that was perfect. My daughter and I took a bike ride each day on the boardwalk. The only thing tough thing is that its located on the 3 floor so that was the only challenge. Everything else was great.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We had 8 adults in our group and we had plenty of space to move around and to store all of our things. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked. The family room is very comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the Ferris wheel.
The property owner is amazing! He was very quick to answer questions. We had an issue with a shower hose and he came out that day and replaced it.
This condo is on the third floor and there are a lot of steps. If anyone in your group has mobility issues it might be a good idea to stay somewhere else. The only other issue is the garage, it is very difficult to get in and out and the clearance was low. If you have a tall car, you might have a clearance issue. I have a Honda HR-V for reference. You can walk to almost everything though so once our car was parked it wasn’t an issue.

The property was exactly as pictured. The living space was larger than expected given the photos online. It had plenty of space for my family & some overnight guests.
Very close to the boardwalk/beach & quick bike ride to Asbury Avenue for shopping. There was a grill, bikes & beach equipment available for use. Kitchen was well stocked and there were extra dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, napkins, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. I found that to be a nice touch. Plus 6 beach tags.
I really liked the bar table behind the couch. It made for a lot more entertaining space. I also really liked the layout of the rooms and the beds. You have a view of the ferris wheel from the master bedroom. I thought that was cool.
There are A LOT of steps to get up to the unit, but when you get there, you have a nice view and no neighbors above you.
The cleaning people could have done a better job. If you're cleaning the house each week when guests leave, there should not be dust everywhere. Also, the placemats were not cleaned at all. These are nit-picky things but when you see it, you feel like the cleaning people are cutting corners.
The couch could use a deep clean or replacement. It was big and comfy, but it has seen a fair share of messy guests.
I'm VERY picky with cleaning so most people would say it was fine. I do have to say it was clean where it counts, the showers & sinks were clean, the beds looked newer, and the kitchen was clean.
Overall, I would stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful visit this season at Chia’s place. They were very thorough with their communications and the place was clean and very spacious. Great location, close to the beach and boards. Will definitely be in touch next year!

Wonderful place, very clean and organized. Minimal items that could have potential to break, making it easier on us with all the little kiddos. Very clean place if I didn’t say that already!!

We absolutely loved our week at this rental. The owner was communicative and took great care with all the details. The rooms were spacious and clean. The living area was comfortable and had plenty of seating. The kitchen was set up nicely and was very usable. The stairs up to the unit were not at all difficult. We will be back!

This property is right down the street from the wonderland pier. It's excellent! Some things to note. 6th street is a surf beach so either have to walk two blocks to Brighton or 2 the other direction to Plymouth for swimming! The owners were super super responsive and helpful with all questions. Even FaceTime me to help fix a silly tv problem after 9 pm!! The house had lots of sand in it but I mean it's a beach house 🤣 the kitchen was well stocked too! Fair warning after walking 15k plus steps all day the walk up the third floor is daunting. But the view makes it worth it!!!

The location of this property is ideal. Short walk to the beach! The property manager could not be better to deal with, very responsive and accommodating! We have already made plans to return next summer to this same place. This is our 3 year in a row. We found a place we love and plan to go back!

Family was comfortable and property’s description is accurate. Third floor was tiring and difficult to get luggage up. Closeness to boardwalk was a big plus for us.

Overall not a bad place. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I really don’t hold the owner of the property as much as accountable as the cleaning service that she hires. Especially during Covid I was expecting a very clean place. The dust and dirt underneath the couch and the beds looks like it has never been cleaned in over three months. We found silverware, glasses, and even a bowl underneath the master bedroom. My lovely fiancé could not live this way and she spent two hours cleaning the place disinfecting the place and we actually left the place cleaner than when we got there. I really feel the futon in the one bedroom should be replaced for As it is broken. I also feel that the living room couch the stains on the couch and the condition of the couch should also be replaced. I know these are all expenses for the money that is being asked for these properties for a one-week stay it’s a very small price to pay to keep clients happy.
As far as location to the Beach and Boardwalk it was very close about a block and a half walk which was nice for the grandkids. Parking was difficult but to be expected in Ocean city.
Having the garage that did hold two cars was a great asset. Being on the third floor was wonderful views however my legs got a great workout lol. Overall the place was really a nice home but just needs a little upkeep.

We had a lovely stay in Chai’s property this past week. Very spacious, four bedrooms that can accommodate many people very comfortably, super clean, and a very convenient location to everything! It is apparent that this is a well-cared for property. I had the most minor issue and Chai was very responsive and fixed it immediately (troubles closing the garage door, the code just needed to be reset). my family and friends felt very safe and comfortable in this beautiful home and location.

Beach and Boardwalk a stones throw away
This is a very nice overall property. I would recommend it to others. Just be aware it is up three flights of stairs if you have any people in your group that would be an issue for. Also the garage is large but due to the angle it can be hard to fit a large SUV or Truck into there. However overall its a great property, clean and nicely decorated, and close to everything Ocean City has to offer. I would rate it 5/5 stars.

Clean house in a great location
The house is great! I'm a super neat / clean freak and there was no issues at all, I didn't have to clean before unpacking :) Will definitely try to rent for next year. 2 minor downsides: garage really only fits one small car, there is a 3 story walk up.

When we arrived the cleaning crew was still hard at work going above and beyond to ensure the place was clean and ready. Especially this summer it was truly appreciated and we didn't mind the wait.
The views were fantastic and the walk to the boardwalk and beach was as short as promised. There was plenty of space for our family of 7, even when we had to spend the day in, waiting out a tropical storm.
My only caution is the garage easily fits two cars IF you can navigate the extremely tight turn into it. We had to play musical cars to fit our SUV in and thankfully the second vehicle was a Prius and easier to fit. All street parking was already occupied and you cannot park in the drive way as it's the access for two other units.
Overall we were very impressed with the unit and the responsiveness of the owner and would highly recommend it!

Wonderful distance to the beach!!
My family and I stayed in this home for one week and had a wonderful time. The house was a great distance from the beach and boardwalk, and also a good distance from the bay. The home had plenty of seating which was perfect for family time. There were a lot of stairs though since the apartment is located on the 3rd floor ( not for old people or those who have joint or pulmonary problems )!! The only complaints I would place are that the outdoor showers had no roof and were right next to an outdoor staircase so open for anyone to see in and that the garbage cans were right next to the entrance door which left a foul appearance and smell. Overall a great experience!

Easy book, owner answered questions within minutes, location was perfect, space was exactly what we needed. Clean, modern, off street parking. If there is anything I missed complementing, assume it was great! Hoping to be there again next year.

Awesome House Awesome Host
Our Family loved staying at this beautiful beach home. It was clean, close to beach and the board walk, and all the shops on Asbury Ave and the kitchen was fully loaded with all the things you need to cook with. Chia was an awesome host and responded to us right away if we had any questions. We will definetly be staying here again!! Thank you Chia for a great beach vacation!!

Great location
My family with 6 adults and 4 kids just had a great week at this house. Location was close to everything and easy walks to the beach. Right by surf beach too if you do that. We did a surf lesson at the 7th St Surf Shop and it was great. Top floor is great for views and a little more quiet. House was clean. Great communication with owner if needed. Garage is tight, but doable for 2 cars with some skilled parking. Lots of stairs just means a better workout everyday. :) I would highly recommend.

OVNJ Vacation
Very nice property, well maintained and very clean. Owner was very responsive when we had a problem with a toilet and when we managed to lock ourselves out. The only negative would be even though there is 2 car garage, you would need two very small cars if you wanted them in the garage. The turning angle made it impossible for us to park 2 mini vans in it. The place was great and I will definitely consider renting it again.
