Questa casa fronte mare multilivello per famiglie si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulla Costa Smeralda. Ospita comodamente fino a 18 adulti ed è ideale per due famiglie. Sotto nuova proprietà a partire da ottobre 2018, la casa di questo designer è perfettamente pulita e ipoallergenica. Ospita nuovi arredi, compresi tutti i nuovi materassi, cuscini, biancheria e mobili imbottiti. La porta d'ingresso si apre su un luminoso ingresso con scale su entrambi i lati. La scala a sinistra conduce a una grande suite padronale con un proprio bar e cucina con Keurig. Oltre al letto matrimoniale, c'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale. Il bagno privato offre un doppio lavabo e un'ampia cabina doccia. Questa camera ha una splendida vista frontale sul golfo e si apre sulla sua terrazza privata con un divano letto all'aperto. Tornare indietro nella hall e salire alcuni gradini, e c'è una graziosa zona soppalcata con due letti gemelli con due rotelle gemelle, perfetta per i bambini. Torna giù nell'ingresso, la scala a destra si accede alla zona giorno principale. Si tratta di un ampio open space con sala da pranzo, grande TV a schermo piatto, angolo bar, divano letto queen e molti posti a sedere per godersi le numerose finestre e la loro vista. La cucina in stile cucina offre molto spazio di lavoro e un bar per la colazione. Ci sono altre due camere da letto fuori dalla cucina; una con un letto matrimoniale e una poltrona letto doppia e una con due letti a castello completi. Queste camere condividono un bagno sala. C'è un altro mezzo bagno e zona lavanderia al livello di entrata. Il ponte laterale del Golfo è grande e aperto, ideale per tramonti e grigliate. Exactly like the photos...and the layout gave us tons of space for our family to relax together (and apart 😉). Kitchen is well appointed, beds are very comfortable, couches are conversation (and nap) conducive, and the taste and generosity of our hosts was apparent throughout our stay. We would absolutely rent this place again!

Paradise Beach Homes does an amazing job of making sure that the house is super clean and vacation ready. The gift basket is a lovely touch and this year because we arrived on the same weekend as the Blue Angels they arranged for the keys to be located at the home since we had paid in full. That was a FABULOUS touch and saved us from the dreaded traffic.
The owners have made sure that there are plenty of kitchen items, and there were even some beach towels which we did not need, but it was a nice touch.

This house was the perfect place for my daughter's wedding! There was enough room for everyone and the huge kitchen and open family room was the perfect gathering spot. It had everything we needed including a fantastic view of the ocean and sunset.

This home looks just as good in real life as it does in the photos. The house exterior paint wasn’t quite as white but otherwise all the same. Location is amazing! Close enough to the restaurants and fun next to the bridge but far enough away to minimize the crowds.
During our stay the owners had beach towels available and a small garage bay with about 10 beach chairs, beach blankets, and beach toys. Add to that the very generous gift basket and so many aspects of this home were things the owners didn’t need to do but we sure appreciated that they did.
Beach location is stunning. We had a sargassum bloom in the water the first part of our week so we did the Fort and other activities then the water cleared up towards the end of our week when we maximized beach time.
Our group of 8 that included adults and teenagers really enjoyed the house and loved this trip. We had 2 boys in the upper room (with no bathroom) and girls down in the bunk room off the kitchen. Boys shared the bathroom with their parents in the big room on upper level.

Great house to quarantine in!
As our original travel plans got canceled due to Covid we decided to do a last minute trip to Florida and found this house. It was meant to be! We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked and pretty organized. The house had a few nice surprises. We had an issue with the garage and they were quick to have someone there to fix it. The downstairs kitchen area was great to come in and make lunches and drinks to carry back out. Take house shoes, the stairs are really hard on the feet. I would recommend fixing the hose connections it seems to stay on a lot to be able to rinse but the connection to the house leaks, I bet that could become a problem in the future.
I would also recommend more pictures on VRBO the ones on here don’t give it enough justice. Great house and the company managing it did a great job!

Salt and Light is a beautiful home - and the views of the Gulf are breathtaking! This house worked great for our 3 families - plenty of room to hang out together and plenty of smaller nooks for quiet time (if that’s what you wanted). And what’s better than walking out the back door and right out onto a sandy beach?! We also loved that this area of the beach was not crowded. Perfect place for a relaxing vacay!!
