Ti invitiamo a essere nostro ospite nella nuovissima torre di Beach Colony nella nostra unità di East End. Solo 2 anni, questo edificio fu costruito dopo Ivan. Dal sovradimensionato (300 mq) Ft.) Balcone, vedrai alcune delle migliori viste di una delle spiagge più belle del Golfo. Dall'angolo per la colazione, vedrai viste mozzafiato sulla Baia di Perdido e sul Johnson Beach State Park.
Mentre attraversi la porta d'ingresso, ti sentirai come a casa nel nostro condominio confortevole e ben arredato. Attraverso le doppie porte sulla destra, entrerai nella nostra grande camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno principale ha una vasca idromassaggio e una doccia indipendente. In fondo al corridoio opposto, troverete le altre 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali ciascuna. Queste camere sono dotate di bagno privato e TV a schermo piatto da 23 "con DVD. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha ripiani in granito. La zona giorno ha un ampio divano avvolgente con TV a schermo piatto da 32 ", DVD e impianto stereo.
L'esclusivo Beach Colony Resort si trova su 11 acri di favoloso lungomare. La torre est ha 2 ascensori con solo 4 unità per piano. Situato sulla proprietà sono 3 piscine (1 riscaldata), campi da tennis in terra battuta e un centro fitness.

We cannot wait to come back and stay! The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked and the views from EVERY ROOM were beyond what we could have every imagined. We will certainly come back to stay. Linda was quick to respond and accommodating to any question we had. Highly recommend!!

The unit itself was exactly as stated. Plenty of space for the six of us. Access to the beach, renting chairs & umbrellas was so easy. The only downfall of the stay was the elevators. One was not working and the one that was had issues. Could not always get the numbers to push to get to your floor. We weren’t the only ones almost everyone else was having trouble. Worked maybe 50% of the time.

We will stay there again. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for family meals. Comfortable setting for the entire family and loads of space for all your beach gear.

This is a beautiful condo in the East building on the 11th floor.
Check in was easy with the lockbox code provided.
The temp was in the high 90s all week and the condo stayed good and cool.
The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking and eating. They don’t provide trash bags, or dishwashing detergent. Lots of linens, towels and extra pillows were available.
We loved hanging out on the big balcony with pretty views of the ocean and pool below. The pool has no shade until about 3:30, then the whole pool starts to shade. Hot tub and indoor pool are located at the middle building.
There is a beautiful sunrise from the breakfast room window.
Two elevators with hardly any wait time, but they were hot with no fan or air.
Nearby restaurants were Jellyfish, Oyster Bar, Lillian’s Pizza and Shrimp Basket. We went to all and they were all delicious.
Very nice area and condo, we would definitely stay again.

This property is wonderful. Check in was very easy - keys were in lockbox on door. The condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. It was also very clean. Rooms were large and furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The balcony has a wonderful view. We stayed 4 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters (13, 10 and 4). Everyone loved it. We will definitely be renting this again in the future.

We have stayed at Beach Colony in several buildings and condos. We have stayed in this unit before and the condo has had some decorative updating. This unit has the prettiest view from all sides. It isn’t in the newest building, however, as stated in the description.
We did not have to contact the property owner/manager, but all written instructions were easy to understand and it was nice we didn’t have to go to an office nearby to check in or out.
These units and this building lobby entrance and elevators are showing some age related wear. The glass is cracked in both elevators and the tile is cracked and broken on the lobby floor and the steps out front which are hazardous especially since these surfaces stay wet.
Overall, Beach Colony is still one of the best locations in Perdido Key. We will be coming back to enjoy the area fishing and beautiful beach.

Loved our stay in this condo! Beautifully & tastefully decorated. Exceptionally clean, well equipped & comfortable. Outstanding location with gorgeous view, just steps from the beach and well kept amenities. Owner was quickly responsive to all communications and questions. Our only disappointment was that the pictured six comfy patio chairs on the balcony are no longer there. We were six adults & were looking forward to each having a comfortable chair for relaxing & dining on the balcony together. We were able to make due with the bench & 5 seats that were available though. All other parts of the condo were as pictured. We would definitely stay at this condo again, and hope that we can indeed do that sometime in the future. Thank you for such a lovely place to enjoy Perdido Key!

Family Vacation
We had the best time in Perdido this year! The condo was perfection! The water was beautiful and clear. The Jellyfish restaurant right down the street was great too. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Linda again soon!

My family and I were thrilled with this condo. It was lovely, beautifully decorated, clean, has a spectacular view, and the amenities are excellent. We cannot say enough positives about our host. She was very responsive before we arrived and responded to our questions during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely unit in a building where we’ve stayed several times and always been happy. Very clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Owner very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to return!

The property was just as seen in pictures and as advertised. We had a great time overall and loved the area. However the only black mark on our experience would have been with the items not included in the rental. I read in the description that we may want to get additional toilet paper and garbage bags, well that was unbelievably true. We only received 1 small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and (1) 13 gallon trash bag for the whole week and no tissues to be had anywhere. That was completely unacceptable for a family of 4 adults. Also, I’ve stayed at other Vrbo’s and other condos and I’ve never had a leftover dirty sponge from the last person or persons left for me to use for the dishes as I did at this condo. I’ve always been set up with a new sponge, a small dish detergent and a starter pack for the dishwasher to start the week. I mean how much does that cost? Pennies in the grand scheme of things and would have saved me from going back to the store (as I shopped before I got to the condo and we got in very late) another round while I should have been enjoying my vacation with my family! Not a great start to the vacation and it just put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the week.
