Nuovi proprietari, orgogliosamente autogestiti. Dipinto di fresco in tutto. Sorprendenti viste panoramiche sul lago e pochi passi dal villaggio e dal lago! Quattro camere da letto, due bagni e mezzo. WiFi, sala giochi con biliardo e biliardino, camino a legna, TV HD, lettori BluRay / DVD, lavatrice / asciugatrice. Cucina completamente attrezzata con fornelli / forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde, pentole, frullatore, tostapane, caffettiera, piatti nuovi, pentole / padelle e altro ancora. Grande ponte avvolgente con vasca idromassaggio e barbecue a gas.

This was a small family getaway. 6 of us total. The location is perfect for access to the marina, the lake, and the Village. We walked to most locations as they were typically within a mile of the house. The house itself is situated in the forest and felt very private. Neighboring homes did not feel too close. Parking and access to the house were very easy. The view of the lake and mountains from the back balcony deck were great. The cabin is nice, but could use a bit of a refresh. Many items were in poor shape. Windows were quite dirty and most did not work properly. Outdoor table and bench seats were in pretty bad condition and pretty dirty. Kitchen utensils must not have been checked prior to our visit as there were remnants of food on many of the forks and knives that were in the drawer. The bedrooms did not have shades, only sheer curtains, which lacked privacy. We used some of the extra blankets to create our own blackout shades for overnight. The pool table and pool balls were in pretty bad shape. I feel like the pictures shown on VRBO may have been taken some time ago, and I didn't feel like they properly represented the interior of the property in it's current state. All of that being said, the family had a great time in Big Bear, and I am not trying to nitpick. I just want to give an honest review of the place so others may know what to expect, as I read other people's reviews when I am looking for places to stay as well.

I highly recommend this one! Everything was perfect 🤩. The views were amazing. The host made the stay extremely comfortable. We were traveling with a family member who has dementia and the host was excellent at accommodating our needs. Very grateful ! We will definitely be returning

Hosts are very clear about expectations and procedures. Keyless entrance is convenient.This rental is budget friendly.The hot tub is nice, but not at all private. The kitchen is older, but appliances are good. Living room has big comfy sectional, but the recliner doesn’t recline. The washer is located in a bedroom with the dryer located in the game room, so laundry has to go up & down two separate flights of stairs to complete a load. The game room has a strange odor and the pool table was very worn. None of the four bedrooms have a private bathroom. Two queen rooms share a jack-n-jill; primary is upstairs next to the bunk room. This level shares one bath accessed through the shared landing. Carpet is newer. Beds are ok
