L'Unità 706 nel bellissimo condominio Sanibel è un condominio appena acquistato e splendidamente decorato con tutti i comfort di casa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e vanta ripiani in granito. L'intero soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo è tutto fronte di vetro aperto che si affaccia sulle acque color smeraldo del Golfo del Messico.
Un accesso alla spiaggia pubblica con passerella e doccia si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. La spiaggia ovest è un quartiere molto tranquillo, con poco traffico ed è circondata da case sulla spiaggia, ma è a pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni locali. Non ci sono condomini direttamente di fronte a Sanibel, quindi la vista è mozzafiato. L'ampio balcone è uno dei preferiti dei nostri ospiti e una vista spettacolare sia delle albe che dei tramonti può essere ammirata direttamente dal balcone.
Questa unità è di proprietà di una coppia cristiana che fa parte del personale di una chiesa battista del sud a Enterprise, AL e si vanta di offrire un ambiente pulito e sicuro per la tua famiglia per godersi una vacanza sul golfo. Affittiamo di notte e di settimana e anche i noleggi estesi sono i benvenuti! La pavimentazione è costituita da piastrelle di ceramica e moquette.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this condo very much! The location was perfect for morning, afternoon, and evening walks. We loved having the lagoon behind us for fishing and nature watching and then the beach in front of us for balcony water watching. We walked the “loop” from the condo to the beach to west beach bridge to the lagoon pass path and back again many times. We did experience double red flags during the majority of our stay and the weather was cooler than normal summer temps, but we didn’t let that hinder our time. We fished, ate lots of yummy seafood, and crab hunted at night. We enjoyed dinners at Desoto’s and The Catch. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with our family. We were thankful for a relaxing environment while there for a ball tournament!

What a fantastic place to stay, it was easy to get to really close to the beach. The view from the seventh floor was amazing and every part of the trip was fantastic. Good communication from the host, highly recommend would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 6; including children ages 9 and younger. The walk to the beach was short and simple, you can even see where you are set up on the beach from the balcony if you need to run back to the condo for something. The fact that a washer/dryer and a full kitchen were available was huge for us. If you do plan to cook while there I recommend bringing extra dish soap, trash bags for the big trash can, and paper towels. A tiny pack of dish soap was provided, but with the size of our family we definitely needed more. The location was great and not far at all from restaurants or grocery stores if need be. Craig was great with responding and informing us about information needed prior to check in and touched base with us during the stay to see if everything was going smoothly or if we needed anything. We had a wonderful trip and are already looking to come back again.

Great condo with great owners. It was perfect for our family of four, offering clean and comfortable accommodations for everyone. Not to mention, a great view and balcony, which is perfect at all hours. This place also offers a short walk to the beach and a great W. Beach Blvd. location that's just out of the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, but still very close to everything. We'll likely be back and when we do, we'll have fishing rods to take advantage of the fishing access just steps to the northeast of the building.
