This hotel was a surprise, beautiful location and very nice room overlooking the river. It is not modern but very well maintained and charming in its age.
We were the only western guests at the end of the Taiwanese national holiday weekend and felt very welcomed by staff and fellow guests. Lovely hot springs pool area.
The room shower has a strong odour from the spring water which was unpleasant. We got around this by showering in the hot springs facility.
Breakfast was buffet style and fairly basic.

Location. Comfortable room. It was a passing visit. We arrived 8pm and left at 6am. Balcony was nice.
The receptionists shouted a lot to our driver. Told us to wear a coat and hat out to dinner. It was 19 degrees ahd we are from England. The bed was on a platform not great in the night. The balcony had nothing to sit out on.
