Splendidamente decorate 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni unità fronte mare con ampio balcone privato. Questa unità si trova all'11 ° piano e può ospitare 8 persone. La seconda camera offre un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli.

Check in was great! Condo was clean and was really nice! My family had a great time and will definitely be back!

The condo was everything we hoped for, plus some! The pictures and description are very accurate, with a few extra touches. The kitchen is well stocked with all the comforts of home, including a toaster and blender. Items like dish towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and softener are provided to help you get started on your vacation. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The water pressure is amazing!! And that view… incredible.The condo is located perfectly on the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. You can easily take a day trip to Pensacola or Mobile (we highly recommend checking out the USS Alabama), or jump on the ferry to Dauphin Island. Rainy day? No problem! Hop across the street and play some games at the arcade. My husband, three children and I had a great time and look forward to returning! Oh! And a helpful tip, the parking pass is inside the envelope on the kitchen counter. It looks like a piece of paper with check-in/check-out info and can easily be pushed aside if you’re not paying attention.

Our family of 5 had a blast on vacation. This property is very clean for being along the beach. The only complaints our kids had were the outside pool was cold and no outdoor hot tub. The basketball/tennis/pickle ball court had a very nice surface.The best thing about the property was the ocean view from our balcony, absolutely amazing!! It was a slice of paradise to wake up in the morning, to sit listening to the waves while drinking a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up. The beach is so beautiful and very clean. As for the condo itself it was a perfect space. The only complaint for us adults is the kitchen could use better lighting. We cooked majority of our meals and the under cabinet lights were just a little to dim. Overall, we all felt it was the perfect place for our vacation and would recommend it to anyone!

The Shoalwater was extremely clean, safe, and in a great location. The construction disclaimer talked about noise and possible closed amenities. Our outdoor patio space was considered an amenity and closed from 8-5 on weekdays. Work on our unit and limited outdoor space lessened our experience.
