Room was very nice for us. Beautiful view, convenient to the beach. Parking space was super tight for our big SUV but my husband managed. Pull out couch was easy to pull out and put away and my teen didn't complain about the comfort. There were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and there was a company down by the beach that rented out chairs and umbrellas which was very convenient. It was a good place for a quick trip for our family of four.

The floors were so filthy they turned our feet black. And guests using the hot tub at all hours (1am-3am) of the night kept us up 4 of our 6 nights. With no onsite employees overnite it was up to us to confront them or call the police. Most of.the guests were older or families so its up to luck if you get stuck with inconsiderate guests. But if they would shut off the pool lights or time lock the pool gate at 10pm they could eliminate that issue. We ended up confronting the people in the hot tub one night and calling the police the next.
