Questa è la nostra casa per le vacanze di famiglia, la usiamo regolarmente e continuamente
aggiornare le aree per renderlo il miglior posto dove stare. Vieni e divertiti un mondo fantastico
luogo, crea alcuni dei ricordi duraturi della vita.
Pulito e confortevole cottage 4 camere da letto. Cucina moderna completamente attrezzata
con lavastoviglie, microonde e 2 'frigo. Ampia sala da pranzo con zona pranzo
stufa a legna e s / s r / c aria cond. TV
Due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale e due camere da letto ciascuna con una
letto a castello e letto singolo (3 posti letto), tutte con coperte elettriche, doonas e
cuscini più coperte di ricambio (biancheria esclusa: BYO o noleggio disponibili).
Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, due bagni con
doccia e uno con vasca. Due servizi igienici, barbecue sulla veranda, ampio gioco esterno
area, cortile recintato.
Siamo in grado di ospitare comodamente 4 adulti e 4 bambini con 6 letti singoli (2 a castello) e 2 letti queen size, con un massimo di 8 persone (ideale per 2 famiglie piccole).
Ottima posizione e facile da trovare vicino a Police Stn. & Res., Circondato
dal parco mantenuto, una breve passeggiata al centro commerciale, servizio Stn.,
Lago Jounama e unica Chiesa Interdenominazionale. Min. camminare verso
Country Club, campo da golf, campi da tennis, parco giochi per bambini e
sport ovale.
Adoro la tua pesca, canottaggio, sci nautico, passeggiate nel bush, bicicletta, fotografia,
tour? Divertiti visitando città uniche, luoghi storici, costruzioni
meraviglie, viste spettacolari e bellezza della natura? Sentirsi euforico in un inverno
paese delle meraviglie, sci sulla neve, slittino?Tutto questo fuori dalla porta principale con uccelli e animali selvatici nativi che spesso fanno visita.

Large comfortable house with plenty of rooms and everything you need. Easy access to Talbingo and Blowering fishing.
We have stayed here several times now.

Overall a great stay.
Only feedback I could give is the two rooms off the lounge room need heaters as they get very cold at night, winter time.
But great place for two families to stay, great fireplace.

Property was perfect for our family to get together and enjoy the space. Plenty of room to enjoy our extended family time together. Highly recommend to others.

Just a lovely place to spend a long weekend, longer would have been better. The house had everything we needed and the fire was beautiful. Highly recommend for a chilled family or group holiday.

This house is right next door to the police station and walking distance to the shops and the club. It is very deceiving from the front, it looks small but it is 4 bedroom house with heaps of room. The yard is massive, we had our 2 cars and boat with still plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Property was all good and clean, check in process was a breeze. Russ great at communication advising how far snow resorts are and if we are really prepared for the daily travel which was 3hours one way to thredbo/perisher and we were at the slope for two days in a row. the drive was a bit tiring but we enjoyed it as we have seen all sorts of wild life during the drive home at nights, brumby's, foxes with prey in its mouth, brush tail possums in the middle of the road, wombat crossing the road, feral cats crossing the icy roads, roos, wallabies to name a few (got it all on dashcam). house was a bit old. my son, wife and i all saw silhouettes/ human figures crossing the hallways and sounds of some bearing or metallic dragging across the floor when we were all in the dining area and reckons the house is a bit haunted/inhabited by something unseen which was very scary and disconcerting. As much as we like the house i don't think we'd be in a hurry to re-book a stay just for that reason that the house might be haunted. In my opinion it needs to blessed by a catholic priest. other than that snow holiday was great and the talbingo community was great a bit expensive with some items though like rice $20 for 5kilos for example. We spent money on the shops to support the local community which is what everyone should do when they go on holidays i reckon.

Communication with Russ was great before , during and after our stay .
The cottage had all we needed , comfy beds large lounge area with Tv and excellent outdoor area with fire pit .
The property was very clean, tidy & so close to everything in town
We would highly recommend Russ’s property to have a break away .

We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely do it again as well as passing the word around.
We didn’t want to leave in the end. There was a day where we did absolutely nothing and just chilled at the house. Playing UNO.

We stayed for 5 nights in high summer and found the house well kitted out, comfortable and in a handy location near the shops and a short walk to the club. (Don't be put off by proximity to the police station, which must the be quietest little cop shop in the country.) Highlights: aircon in living room and two of the bedrooms, loads of space, great lounge and entertainment system, two bathrooms, two fridges, and a layout that allowed the Olds to go to bed undisturbed by the teenagers' movie marathon. And Russ is an absolute pleasure to communicate with.

Great property for a larger group, loads of space.
The 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, large living and dining area and 2 fridges make this property fantastic for larger groups.
The multiple air conditioners made for a very comfortable nights sleep.

Return to Talbingo after 40 years
Owner Russ was absolutely wonderful to deal with and nothing g was too much trouble.
The property was such a pleasant surprise with an abundance of comfortable seating. 2 outdoor areas to enjoy the lush views and wildlife. My elderly parents had no problems getting around with their walking sticks and walkers. Loads of information available for you to Organize how to spend your days.
My granddaughters were thrilled to have so many toys available to play with.
Kitchen was stocked with essentials.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay.

We had a lovely time staying at Kinder Cottage. Very clean and well appointed. Perfect for two families, plenty of room.
Also, well heated, love the wood fire and the electric blankets, lovely to come home to after a day at the snow !!

Close to the snow and is nice and comfortable.
This accomodation is fanastic we stayed three nights we enjoyed a lot and I would like to go again next year. But two of the rooms didn’t have an A/C so it would be great to see the that next time.

Cosy yet spacious cottage in ideal location for exploring northern snowy mountains region.
Our two family group (8 total) stayed here for two nights to enjoy some skiing and snowboarding at Mt Selwyn. The accommodation is very comfortable with A/C and a log fire to keep you warm and dry out the snow clothes. The premises is clean with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The owners have thought of everything you need (utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, DVD selection, Foxtel) for an enjoyable stay. They are renovating the cottage so some parts look incomplete however this doesn't detract from the experience. Talbingo is a lovely village and we'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely roomy house!
Enjoyed plenty of room to move with many seating options throughout. A good variety of toys for the children to play with. Very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked ie: utensils etc. We had a very relaxing stay!

Thanks for a lovely weekend where we caught up with friends and went to the snow. There was plenty of room and lots to keep the kids busy and away from tech.

Great house for skiing and seeing local area
Kinder Cottage is a great option to stay in at Talbingo. It is close to Mount Selwyn ski fields and close to other attractions like the Snowy Hydro Scheme and caves. It fits two families and the two bathrooms are a big help. I would go there again.

All that you need
We had a great stay for 3 nights after Christmas. It easily accommodated 2 families and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Kids had plenty of space to play plus close to shops, golf club and park. We will be back

comfy and homely
We had a lovely stay in Talbingo, visiting Kosciusko National Park and Selwyn snowfields.
Kinder cottage was an excellent base, sleeping 3 adults and 5 children easily. Heating was via wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. We self catered using the well-equipped kitchen. Russ and Lyn the owners were friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this property!
