Questo bellissimo condominio a 3 letti / 3 bagni, che è stato appena completato a dicembre 2016, si trova al secondo piano nell'edificio 1 di Trailhead Lodges. C'è anche una tana dotata di 2 set di letti a castello gemelli. L'unità può ospitare 12 persone perfettamente, ma può ospitare fino a 14 con il divano letto matrimoniale. L'unità è stata costruita con straordinarie finiture tra cui ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui una gamma di gas, pavimenti radianti riscaldati e un camino a gas. Questo condominio ha un letto king size nella camera da letto principale, un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto, cuccette queen-size su misura nella terza camera da letto, una camera da letto bonus al largo della cucina, che contiene 2 set di letti a castello e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Forniamo anche un pacchetto e gioco per neonati / bambini piccoli. C'è una TV a schermo piatto girevole da 55 pollici a parete nel soggiorno, così come uno schermo piatto da 32 pollici in ciascuna delle tre camere da letto. Forniamo Wi-Fi in tutto il condominio, così come Google Chrome su ogni TV, in modo da poter trasmettere programmi / film per i bambini.

La città di Winter Park sta anche costruendo un nuovo palcoscenico per eventi musicali tutto l'anno, che puoi vedere dal tuo avvolgente ponte o isola cucina. Ti piacerà anche la comodità che la nostra unità offre di una breve passeggiata di un isolato fino alla fermata della navetta, nonché di camminare a soli due isolati dalla tua scelta di negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti.
Siamo inoltre situati proprio di fronte al parcheggio dalla Clubhouse. Lì troverai una vasca idromassaggio, piscina riscaldata tutto l'anno, palestra, tavolo da biliardo, cucina per l'uso da parte di tutti i residenti del complesso, buca per il fuoco all'aperto e griglie per uso pubblico.

Very nice condo with super well-appointed kitchen.

Everything was great. The bunk room was TIGHT. Okay for kids, but we had 2 adults on the bottom bunks and used the top bunks for luggage. It is hard for adults to get in and out of the bottom bunks; LOW clearance. It would be great if the top bunks could be raised 12 inches. All in all, a great stay, nice rooms and bathrooms, sleeper sofa comfortable temperpedic type mattress. Great location, about a block to the shuttle bus stops. Easy walk to restaranuts and shopping. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked a lot. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo is my #1 Winter Park getaway stay! It has enough room comfortably for 3 adults and 3 grandkids and is always super clean! Plus super convenient location!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Communication was excellent. As someone else said, it's much nicer and bigger than the pictures would suggest. My only suggestion for improvement is to supply some storage containers. There was nothing with a lid. And since we assumed there would be, we didn't notice until after we got our groceries or we would have bought some aluminum foil (which we did the 2nd day) to cover the few containers that are there. There are plenty of pots and pans, but they could use an upgrade also. Everything else met or exceeded expectations.
As a tip to future guests, the red line drops off the closest. Pick up in front of McDonalds is great because multiple lines stop there on the way to the resort, but they seem to stop at various places (other than what the maps shows) coming back, so you may have a half mile walk unless you come back on the red line. Oh, and the app is very flawed. It will say bus arrival in 2 minutes, and it might be 40 minutes until it gets there. While waiting for the busses, I heard quite a few people complaining about it. The one good thing it's good for is showing the actual current locatiion of the busses so you can see where they are and where they're headed and make your own judgements for when to be at the stop.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Club house had issues. Boiler is not big enough (per Maintenance) to keep the hot tub and pool heated. Elevator was not operational during our entire stay.

We first stayed at Tracey's place back in 2018 and then every year at another Trailhead Lodge unit next building over until our friends sold their unit. We are back again at Tracey's unit since we had my sister's family of 2 young kids and Tracey's 3 bedroom + den/bunkroom was PERFECT for us! There was plenty of space for everyone and 3 bathrooms, so everyone can take a shower without waiting! This is the building closest to Hideaway Park- the kids spent every day sledding and playing on the playground! Her unit is also on the second floor- so it wasn't too bad to haul gear up and down the stairs and the elevators are finicky in their operation (at no fault of the owners as HOA is just a little slower to get someone out on the holidays). The clubhouse was great to take a business call and the older teens had a blast with the pool table. Tracey's beds (Master and Queen Rooms) are memory foam, which was a delight after a day of skiing! Her kitchen had more than the basic necessities to cook meals at home, along with oil and spices. Safeway is pretty close for grocery shopping (but I recommended if you're driving to buy bulk of groceries including cases of water before coming up as all bottled water was out of stock that day we went). The fridge has a fresh filter and the water tasted great (unlike the chlorine we are used to in Texas). Tracey even had extra blankets in the closets which really helped when the Artic Storm blasted in bringing temps to negative degrees and wind chill to -50! The radiant heating worked amazing! Thank you so much, Tracey, for extended your ski place to us! We will be back again next year since my niece and nephew really really like skiing so much!

Very well maintained house with plenty of room for our large family. Close to most restaurants and stores. The contact for the house was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this house in Winter Park.

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is absolutely wonderful and I am super picky. It actually has more than three bedrooms the heated floors are sweet little touch and the location is super convenient to everything. It was an easy drive to the base of the mountain and we had no trouble parking even during peak spring break season. I can’t say enough about how nice places is! An absolute gem!

Wonderful condo for a large group to stay in Winterpark! Tracey is very helpful and the property is very nice, clean, close to everything and the skiing was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Winterpark!

We came with our 4 boys and several of their friends ages 12-18. The condo was spacious enough that the 12 of us never seemed cramped. All in all it’s a. Beautiful condo with a great pool Rec area steps away from everything.

This place is perfect!

Spring Break 2022 Family Ski Trip
Wonderful condo for a large group to stay in Winterpark! Tracey is very helpful and the property is very nice, clean, close to everything and the skiing was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Winterpark!

Great location, well stocked
The host was wonderful, very responsive, and the condo was the most well stocked I've stayed in. We had everything we needed! Location is an easy walk to the bus and shops. Definitely will stay here again. Very roomy, we had more than enough room for 7 people.

This place was even better than the pictures! There was plenty of room and the location was so perfect. We skied all week and the shuttle was very easy to take. The kids loved running out to the sledding hill all by themselves. Overall a great place to stay and a great experience!

Three generations shared in the fun!
This condo was fantastic for our group of three generations. The kids had so much fun sleeping in the "bunk room" while each set of adults had marvelous bedroom accommodations of their own. The fact that there were three bathrooms was also helpful as each family had their own space. The proximity to the playground in the park nearby was an added bonus to the little ones who like to be up and about early. It was an easy walk to get there. The owner was responsive in trying to get some input from the City on construction that was annoying. All in all, this was a great place to stay. The cleanliness, proximity to WP activities, and great layout made it a great place to enjoy some summer family togetherness. I would go back and I would recommend the accommodations to others.

Weekend Getaway
This was our second stay and we are as impressed as we were our first stay! The condo is immaculate, the view extraordinary & location is prime! It is truly a home away from home which allows for a truly relaxed and fun filled time!!

Everything was great with the extra bonus being able to stand on the balcony and overlook the July 4th concert and fireworks in Rendezvous Park across the street.

Great place, great location and spacious
We had 2 large families stay in this condo and we all had plants of room! It’s kept clean, has nice beds, and is conveniently located directly across from the park.
My only mild irritation is the electronic door lock. It’s a little temperamental. We also were short one parking pass for the 2 vehicles but ended up being ok.
Overall I would gladly stay here again!

Perfect condo for a relaxing getaway!
This condo was as perfect as it could get. Walking distance to everything in downtown Winter Park. Facility had heated pool and hot tub. The condo is in great condition, which is nice because a fair amount of VRBO's are dated, but not this one! No issues what so ever.

Wonderful retreat and state of art!!!
Tracey's condo was amazing! Not only did it have high quality cooking oils and spices (NOT expired!), it had TVs in every room where we could watch YouTube, Netflix....and best of all, ESPN! Our UT Longhorns won the game against UGA!!!! Hook 'em! What a wonderful way to end the ski day! Sports in bed!
The mattresses were memory foam which were also a bonus for stiff and achy bodies after skiing. There are plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms as well. Another highlight was the wrap around balcony overlooking Hideaway Park- we got to enjoy fireworks INSIDE for NYE when it was 0 degrees!
The condo was very comfortable and clean! The shuttle stops were convenient- we found the stop across by McDonalds the best when going TO WP, and the stop at Hideaway Northbound (in front of park) best when going FROM WP back to condo (Black line). The special access code to front door is a rather long numeric code- so make sure to store the info on your phone! I would highly recommend staying at Tracey's condo again! Thanks, Tracey!

Absolutely Marvelous!!
This condo is beyond what we imagined! The comfort and all the available amenities made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home! It was my fiance's first Winter Park experience and he was awestruck! We'll definitely be back!
Bonus, it is located directly across from the park and one block from main street.

Great location
I stayed here with a big group of friends and it was fantastic! Clean with nice amenities and a great location. Right across the street from the bus stop that takes you right to the base of the mountain, would stay there again for another ski trip for sure.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was awesome. Across the street from the sledding hill, short walk to town and the bus to the slopes. The clubhouse with the pool and hot tub was great and a lot of fun with the kids. We would stay here again for sure.
