3 camere da letto, 2 bagni (6 posti letto) Situato su un tranquillo canale che si affaccia su una splendida riserva naturale di sette acri con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. Piscina privata con spa riscaldata. Bambini sopra i 12 anni benvenuti. Questa è una struttura non fumatori.
La nostra casa è stata recentemente aggiornata con una nuova cucina, banconi in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare un pasto favoloso! La cucina, la camera familiare e la camera da letto principale aprono la grande lanai e l'area della piscina che si affacciano sul canale navigabile. La nostra casa è ideale per intrattenere o rilassarsi nella brezza della Florida! La casa è dotata di una grande griglia esterna con posti a sedere coperti per l'intero gruppo. La camera familiare ha un nuovo divano letto in pelle che può ospitare 2. Nuova TV a schermo piatto da 48 'con TV via cavo e FIOS wireless Porta il tuo laptop, IPAD ... e rilassati dove vuoi tu. Aggiunti di recente una TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici all'esterno e un'amaca adorabile.
La camera da letto principale ha un materasso King, Serta Firm e una TV a schermo piatto con arredi Tommy Bahama. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono su un'incantevole veranda arredata che si affaccia sulla magnifica piscina, spa con una splendida vista sull'acqua. Il bagno padronale aggiornato è dotato di cabina doccia e zona cambio separata.
La seconda camera da letto si trova al piano superiore ed è dotata di un nuovo letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e tutti i nuovi mobili della camera da letto. Ha una grande vetrata che ha una splendida vista sul corso d'acqua, sulle mangrovie e sulla piscina.
La terza camera da letto, che abbiamo chiamato lo studio dell'ananas, è stata recentemente aggiornata con un nuovo letto matrimoniale. C'è un bagno aggiornato proprio accanto alle due camere da letto al piano superiore.
I piani al piano inferiore sono in terrazzo e quelli al piano superiore hanno pavimenti in legno duro.
Aggiunti di recente un nuovo climatizzatore centrale top di gamma e tetto in metallo.

We had the most fabulous time in LBK and were lucky to spend a month in this special home - we didn't want to leave! Claire and Eric were the perfect hosts: quick to respond to questions, left us as well a stocked kitchen as we have at home, tasteful and comfortable furnishings, a book filled with information including their favorite restaurants and things to do. This home did not feel like a rental. It's filled with art and special touches everywhere. The outside space, where we spent most of our time, is PERFECTION. It's very private and comfortably furnished. All the different lighting really adds to the ambiance. We loved every minute! Thank you Claire and Eric - we hope to come back ;-)

In short, the house and location were amazing! The pool and outside covered area were our favorite spots to hang out. Although the house sits just off the main road, it felt as though we were in our own private resort.
The beach access was an easy 10 minute walk from the house. This was our children's first visit to the Gulf of Mexico and it was awesome to see how they reacted to the white sand and clear ocean water. During our stay, the waves were very calm and allowed for great exploring oppurtunities for shells and sand dollars.
Overall, this was one of our best vacations and we would love the opportunity to return (hopefully very soon!)

We absolutely loved staying in this house. This home has everything a family needs to enjoy the ocean and activities in Longboat Key. The owners were so nice and helpful! Pool was a great place to enjoy after a long day on the beach. The special hit was a professional ice maker that kept up with the hot weather and 5 adults. Great house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and would love to stay again. Owner Claire was very helpful in answering all of our questions. She put together a wonderful book with all of their favorite restaurants and activities in the area. This house was a short 2 block stroll to the beach. If you don’t like walking there is a church parking lot used right across the street from the beach path. . We loaded up beach chairs, and umbrellas in the wagon provided and it was easy. We needed a couple more chairs for our group of 6 and umbrellas so rented them from a local person who dropped them off which was super easy! The beach is never crowded here and feels so private. Lots of beautiful shells and the sunsets are spectacular - we never missed one! After sunset, we came back to the house and enjoyed more time in the outdoor space and the hot tub. We ate several meals on the outdoor covered patio and utilized the grill. Everything was such great quality. We also tried fishing in the canal behind the house with the poles provided and bait from the local convenience store. Saw lots of fish jumping and swimming around and I actually caught one before I left. We’ve been back to Longboat Key four times now and love the area so much! The people seem so friendly and it’s not a crowded beach experience. This visit we found a new local coffee shop about five blocks away called Sip which is definitely worth checking out. Our favorite restaurant for lunch was the Lazy Lobster in the outdoor seating area, the food and atmosphere were amazing - and of course we made a few stops at Tyler‘s ice cream shop next-door. Fabulous vacation!

Beautiful home with a quiet backyard oasis. Nothing missing except maybe a couple of beach chairs for the short walk to an amazing gulf shore beach.

This house felt like a real house instead of a rental. You can tell it is well cared for by the home owners as I’m sure they use it regularly. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We brought a boat and used it more than our vehicle. The beach was a short 5-10 minute walk. All our favorite things to do in close proximity.

Wonderful home with a lot of nice thoughtful touches including a good cookware selection. Outstanding large patio facing a canal with lot of bird life. The beds were comfortable and nice plush towels for the bath.

We absolutely loved our vacation! The property is gorgeous and extremely well maintained. Backyard pool and canal were a highlight along with the quick and easy walk to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need for your trip including beach chairs and fishing poles. Lots of great restaurants close by as well as a grocery store so no need to leave LBK unless you want to. We hope to return!

Amazing location for relaxation. No crowds. Pool was heavenly. Beach was only a short walk and VERY peaceful. At times we were the only people there. House was very clean and exactly as described.

We had a wonderful stay. Both the owner and manager were quick to respond to any questions, the outside living space was fabulous, the kitchen well equipped for cooking all our meals, and sleeping accommodations were great for 4 adults. Location at northern end of island was great - with easy access to beaches and all LBK has to offer. Hope to be back again!

Amazing house with an even more amazing backyard patio. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub. We were able to fish in the canal and enjoy all the wildlife. The beach was 5 minute walk. The sand and water were pristine and the beach was not crowded at all.
There were plenty of beach accessories to use so no need to bring anything with you.
Vicki was great! She helped with any questions we had and is right next door. She is also key to the flawless experience.

We had a wonderful experience in every way. The house was charming and in a great location. We couldn’t have had a better place for our winter getaway. Any need that arose was promptly attended to by the property manager so that we were able to relax and enjoy the lovely yard and pool. We will be back again.

I absolutely loved this home and location. 5 minute drive to Anna Maria Island and walking distance to the nearby beach. The outdoor living space was spectacular with lush landscape, pool, spa, covered large patio and fishing . The home was exactly as described and the property manager was very helpful and kind. The check in process was also easy. I hope to come back again and stay in this beautiful home.

The owner was very nice and answered questions quickly. There’s a very attentive neighbor next door that would pop in.The pool was very nice. A very nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Could use some updating on furniture, bedding, pool chairs, etc. Lots of decorative stuff inside and leftover food, lotions etc...

Location is perfect- biking distance to local restaurants and Parks. Beach access is a 5 min walk. However the house is so lovely - with large covered patio deck, hot tub and pool that we rarely left during the day. Perfect spot for reading, napping playing with kids in the pool. Great family time for everyone to “unplug”. Can’t wait to come again!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The property manager lived next door and was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor deck. It was the perfect place to enjoy the evening. I would definitely rent the house again and recommend it.

A dream vacation from beginning to end! We enjoyed every minute at this beautiful home. Our days included long walks on the beach, biking, kayaking and relaxing at the pool/spa. The sunsets were spectacular. Golf was awesome. We grilled often (the kitchen is well stocked with anything you could want to cook) and enjoyed some great dinners out at local restaurants as well. Claire was a wonderful host and Vickie answered any questions we had. Counting the days until we can return. Blessings & Cheers! Wendy

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was well appointed and the pool & heated jacuzzi was just what we needed to break the cycle of winter. The landscaping is very professional and private. The property manager Vicki was extremely attentive and helpful.

Big Wow Factor! Impeccable landscaping! Pool, jacuzzi and outdoor living area was so good we didn't want to leave the property. Everything you could want or need is here for a fabulous Longboat Key Vacation. Property Manager Vicki was always there in case we needed something but we needed nothing.Claire, your property is beautiful! Seriously considering buying similar in the area and will definitely return. We had a very hard time leaving!Rob DiMartino
