Original beach cottage! 3 bed/2 bath - In the Village!
Real Escapes Properties è lieta di offrire questa posizione Simons Island Haven. La casa è a pochi passi da St. Simons Village / Pier. La casa è dotata di tre ampie camere da letto e due bagni completi. Ci sono pavimenti in parquet, due TV a schermo piatto, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un cortile recintato con un grande ponte e un pergolato in legno perfettamente ombreggiato per intrattenere la famiglia e gli amici. Il molo / villaggio è costituito da molte attività e turismo, tra cui la storica St. Simons Island Lighthouse, ristoranti favolosi, ampi shopping, vita notturna eccitante e molto altro ancora! We absolutely loved our stay! Such a cute home with all the amenities we needed. We were close to town so we just walked to shop and eat. The beach was just a couple minutes from the house!

Home is located right down in the village, walking distance to restaurants, pier, lighthouse, shops, and parks. Lots of room and large bedrooms. Our pups loved the backyard. I do wish the owners had nicer linens that fit the beds properly, a few spare towels, and a full set of dinnerware and cookware.

Did not have contact with host.I understood it was an "original" beach cottage but it seemed pretty run down. A gallon of paint would go a long way. Appliances were old coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster is awful.On the positive side space was good, 3 bedrooms with seperation was also good for multi family situations. Outside area need to be cleaned up. No instructions on how to use the grill...had to be plugged in.
