I Sunset non migliorano rispetto al mazzo OCEANFRONT con HOT TUB di questa casa del 1985 immersa in ARCH CAPE.
Le viste a 180 gradi si estendono a nord, tra cui "Tillamook Head" a Seaside e il faro al largo di Cannon Beach e si estendono a sud fino a Mill Creek a Arch Cape.
Divertiti a cucinare in questa cucina ristrutturata con tutti gli elettrodomestici aggiornati e una gamma di gas. Questa casa si trova principalmente su 1 livello con accesso per disabili sulla porta d'ingresso e sul ponte con vista sull'oceano. La vista ravvicinata sull'oceano è spettacolare e abbiamo finestre a figura intera su tutto il lato ovest della casa che si affaccia sull'oceano (soggiorno e sala da pranzo). Durante l'alta marea puoi letteralmente lanciare una roccia dal nostro cortile e colpire l'oceano e durante la bassa marea puoi camminare per chilometri sulla spiaggia. Questa casa è magnificamente strutturata e ha un atrio al centro della casa, fornendo molta luce naturale e una sensazione aperta. Si può dire che è curato con un tocco personale ed è ben fornito. L'accesso alla spiaggia, con un bel sentiero ben curato, è solo una casa giù da noi!

This home was EVERYTHING we had hoped and dreamed it would be! We’ve stayed in many ocean front lodgings up and down the Oregon coast and yet none of the views were as spectacular as these. Sitting in the hot tub was a delight as we watched the sky darken and then the stars began their show. Thanks to the reduction of light pollution in the area, those stars shone bright and beautiful. Everyone reported having had lovely, comfy beds and the layout of the home gave us all ample space, never once feeling we were in each others way. One of our guests is a classically trained chef and he enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was and that the outdoor grill worked perfectly. The wood burning fireplace was a huge hit too… just ask the gal at Safeway how much firewood we ended up purchasing and it was worth every cent, adding so much ambiance to our card games and the Super Bowl. The house is very nice and views were amazing. Great stay overall. It was quite disappointing that the hot tub was unusable for our first evening. The sunset was beautiful and we had wanted to enjoy it from the hot tub. Also never received a credit due to the inability to use the hot tub. Last suggestion would be nicer bath towels. The bath towels are leaning towards thread bare and scratchy.
That being said we did enjoy our stay and would recommend to others.

My sisters, cousins and nieces converged on the Oregon coast to celebrate a 50th birthday. This house was perfect in so many ways. 10+ starts for the view and open living space. Stephanie is a great host and very responsive to all of our questions before and during the stay. The Hot Tub was well maintained and a great way to end the day. Arch Cape is quiet and peaceful and Stephanie has done a great job providing all of the things to facilitate a great escape. I would book this place again for a large group…no question.

Absolutely stunning! Loved the home and the incredible view. Loved the deck, the floor to ceiling windows, the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and cozy living room. My only drawback would be that it is barely wheelchair accessible. The doorways are quite narrow and the showers are not really accessible to someone in a wheelchair which my mom is. Other than that, everything was absolutely spectacular!

The view makes you feel like you’re right on the beach. We had a power outage from wind and freezing temperatures, but had a cozy fire to stay warm and plenty of lanterns. Beds are very comfortable. Well equipped, with high chair, two refrigerators, lots of extra pillows. Worked well for our family.

We loved staying in this house. The street is quiet and residential, with great beach access. The kitchen/dining/living room are setup to maximally enjoy the ocean view with floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. We enjoyed the hot tub on the winter evenings. Great selection of puzzles for the stormy days.

It was lovely. We appreciated all the touches and cleanliness of the house and the comfortable furniture. The view can’t be beat. The previous guests made a mess of the hot tub but unfortunately that’s common for vacation rentals. People just don’t respect what it takes to maintain a hot tub unless they have one themselves. We didn’t use it but rarely find vacation rental hot tubs in a condition I would use. It’s a nice one though. All the beds were comfy. The owner was very kind and communicative. We will rent this one again sometime. The road in the neighborhood has lots of potholes so be careful with a low clearance car.

We've been renting beach houses on the Oregon Coast for nearly two decades. This home is our favorite of them all! The house is gorgeous, the view is jaw dropping, and the beach access is so close and so easy. The house is so cozy and full of great energy. We were all sad to leave. Stephanie has thoughtfully prepared this home for her guests. The kitchen is also beautiful and functional. I could go on and on. Thanks, Stephanie, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had such a fun trip to Arch Cape. We took my mom and Grandma who are both in wheelchairs. The ramp for the front made it easy. The views were amazing from anywhere in the kitchen or living room so they were able to enjoy the beautiful ocean! We are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for the amazing memories!!

Location is terrific: right on the beach, views of gorgeous sunsets, quiet, and friendly neighbors. The house has good-sized bedrooms, living room, kitchen and eating area. Our only issue was that the house could use a deep cleaning in every room--drawers, surfaces, utensils, appliances, furniture--especially in the kitchen. As a suggestion, the house could use a better cleaning staff to ensure everything looks fresh and welcoming.

This was a wonderful weekend for our family. The house was just as described and fit our needs perfectly. I loved that there were extras (I'm assuming from previous renters) in the fridge and the pantry. Response time of the host was very quick. Access to the beach was an easy walk down a trail one house to the south. The deck and the hot tub were great places to sit and drink coffee and relax.
I definitely recommend this house and will stay there again if we return to Arch Cape.

Amazing house right on the beach in Arch Cape. Spectacular view of the ocean and just steps to the beach. Room for the whole family and everything you need to enjoy your stay at what I think is the best location in Arch Cape!

There was a problem with hot tub and the landlords were relentless in their pursuit of a repairman. This house has the best hot tub view of ocean of all the houses we have stayed at. So we were very sad it wasn’t heating. Due to the diligence of the landlords a repairman appeared and fixed the problem. This is a lovely property with lovely landlords

The beach house was great. Views were outstanding. Overall the house was very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The trail to beach was easy and short. The deck and hot tub were a plus, but we tried to barbecue but it did not work.

Everything was up to par. They had just put in a new BBQ grill and Gas range/stove. And new hot tub. Too bad the hot tub was faulty and we didn’t get to enjoy it. Not a deal breaker but that was one of the reasons we stayed there. Over all great stay. Hot showers instead of hot tub soaking. Hope it works next time.

We were so surprised to see all of the things they had available. 2 pack and plays for babies. We actually brought our own. Fans for each room. Portable heaters. Sand toys, chairs, kites, a sun shield. Everything you need to cook with. We met Sara the caretaker. She is amazing. We did arrive about 5 minutes early. She was on her way out. She let us know that the house is booked all summer. That's why there is no early check in. It's worth the wait. The house looked incredible. The views are phenomenal. Definitely a place to book.

Overall we loved our stay in Arch Cape.
Pros- The house and view were great. Amazing beach and the location between Cannon Beach and Manzanita can’t be beat!
Cons- The hot tub while clean is definitely showing its age, only a few jets worked and it was missing all the pillows/cushions. The grill was essentially non functional and quite rusted. Neither of these are deal breakers for our family.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our time here! We visited with our family (including adults, children, and baby)! The house had everything we needed and more than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives and basics like spices and coffee grinder, filters, all as noted in the listing. We brought our own but it was great to see there was even a high chair and pack n play for the baby! We loved spending time together in the open living room, kitchen, dining area with the beautiful views and comfy chairs. Our kids loved exploring the puzzles and games. We made so many lovely family memories here and hope we can come back again.

This is a wonderful home with incredible views and some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a VRBO rental. The TV's can be a bit confusing at first, but we loved that we could log into our streaming networks from the rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make and serve meals you just need to bring the food and containers or ziplock bags to wrap up any leftovers. The hot tub was amazing with the waterfall and light features so fun. Thank you, Stephanie, for sharing your beautiful home with us we enjoyed every moment.

House is exactly as described. Clean, in good repair, tastefully furnished, kitchen well equipped. Owner was a delight to work with. The views are outstanding and it is easy to get to the beach. Quiet and nice neighborhood too. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

What a great location, clean home, comfortable furnishings and pretty much all that we needed in the kitchen. We were able to unwind, walk the beach and visit the nearby towns.
