** Ogni anno la piscina rimarrà chiusa per una settimana, a partire dal secondo lunedì di settembre.
Esci da questo fronte oceano, unità al piano terra e sei a pochi passi dalla sabbia. Non ci sono scale o ascensori tra te e la spiaggia. Il condominio è una camera da letto, un bagno e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. La camera da letto recentemente ristrutturata comprende un nuovo letto matrimoniale con lenzuola di lusso e una nuova TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD. La cucina ristrutturata è completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, frullatore, caffettiera, tostapane e un grande fornello di riso. Il nuovo tavolo e le sedie sono comodi e rilassanti mentre ti godi il tuo pasto.
Il soggiorno ha nuovi mobili e comprende un divano letto queen size, un lettore CD e una TV con lettore DVD e VHS e una biblioteca di film. La connessione Internet wireless gratuita è disponibile. Sono stati forniti due futon pieghevoli in alternativa al divano letto per bambini piccoli. Il ventilatore a soffitto del soggiorno consente una leggera brezza quando le finestre si aprono sull'oceano.
Il lanai offre nuovi arredi tra cui una poltrona e sala da pranzo all'aperto per 4 persone con vista libera sull'oceano, stabilizzatori e tramonti Maui. Una lavatrice / asciugatrice di dimensioni standard è inclusa in questo condominio per gestire tutte le esigenze di lavanderia. TAT n. 036-079-4112-01

Everything was clean and the condo hade everything we needed. The view was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was central to so many of our activities in Maui. The proximity to the beach was great. We really loved the little sandwich shop/bar on property. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay.

We were lucky to stay in unit 132! It was clean comfortable and a great location. We felt right at home. The unit was well equipped with anything we needed. The ground floor was awesome. The lanai seemed much larger as it was open to the grass. It also gave us more of a social experience with other guests. We have stayed at Sugar Beach for 7 other times in different suites. So most were great but we really enjoyed unit 132. A hop step to the beach, the BBq and the pool. Perfect. We were able to watch the whales right off the lanai! Bring your binocs for a great view. The location of Sugar beach gives you easy access to highways that take you all over the island. We enjoy the board walk at the Kaealia Ponds minutes away. Great birding. So many wonderful memories. Thanks The condo association was also a great help to us with friendly and fast service.

We were a bit disappointed with the unit as it did not have a safe or ceiling fan in the bedroom as did other units we have rented, Oceanfront, before. Also the queen size bed was a downgrade form kings in the past. When we arrived there was no power in the unit so it took awhile for me to find the circuit breaker in the dark to switch it back on. I couldn`t ubderstand why the person who caused it to break didn`t do that when it happened - cleaners perhaps.
