We loved the house! It was roomy and well equipped for our grown family. The location was also very convenient to Park City, Deer Valley and Midway - where we unexpectedly enjoyed the Homestead Crater and the Ice Castles. The owners were very response to our communication which always a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We would stay there again if we return to Utah.

This is the perfect place for extended family or multiple families. The 3 floors gave everyone plenty of room to spread out yet it was big enough for all to get together in one place. We stayed for 4 days as a Thanksgiving treat. Cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and had plenty of seating for all 18 of us. (Only 12 of us stayed there as 6 lived in town). It was nice having a high chair and sleds for the kids. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It was a perfect getaway for me and my family. This home was well furnished—the hot tub and billiard table were especially popular with our crew. The hosts were very good to work with and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Perfect location. Spacious and modern property with lots of windows and balconies to enjoy incredible views. An abundance of amenities. Super clean and comfortable furnishings throughout. Utah inspired decor, and as a bonus - a pool table. Walking/biking trail right outside the home that connects to trails along the Jordanelle Lake. This home is a gem for stays near Deer Valley and Park City and exploring the area.

From the moment we booked this property we had great communication with the owners! Upon our arrival, we walked into a perfectly clean and beautiful home that had everything we needed for our stay! When we had questions and left a message through the Vrbo app we always received a very prompt and timely answer! We did not go there to ski, but if you are looking to do that, the house has multiple boot dryers, ski racks and two washers/dryers! The neighborhood is great for walking with gorgeous views! Downtown Park City, grocery stores and shopping was 15 min or less of a drive! I would definitely stay there again!

The location is great, easy access to Park City, Deer Valley, Heber City andJordanelle Resevoir. The house was great for 3 couples providing king sized beds and private baths for all. Great having2 sets of washers and dryers for a 2 week stay. The kitchen had all the appliances and cooking items needed. Only single negative was that some minor maintenance issues should have been adressed prior to arrival. Homeowners we’re very accessible and quick to address issues once contacted. Overall a wonderful house to rent and stay in the greater Park City area.

Beautiful home located close to both Deer Valley and Park City. Property Management was extremely helpful and responsive and we had the most wonderful stay! Kitchen was fully equipped and it was a pleasure to vacation there.

The photos are accurate although this house is even more beautiful in person. This is obviously a personal home and not a high traffic rental managed by property management company - evident with very nice pots and pans, games, cleaning supplies, etc. The hot tub was very clean and nice after a day of hiking and adventuring. Beds comfortable. Communication with host was easy and quick. The area is about 10 minutes outside of PC. We have stayed in PC over the years and liked being out of the congestion. It was SO QUIET and peaceful. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

As a family we all we're very impressed with this home. Everything that was needed for an awesome 1st time trip to Utah was available with this home. We would all choose this home again on any future visits to Utah.

Loved the layout- great for a large group
I loved the location and the layout of the home. It was great for our married kids that have small children and need their own space. We loved all the bathrooms, decks, hang-out areas, and plenty of beds. That being said…we were really disappointed by several things and I would not stay here again because of it. The hot tub is un-useable! The water was disgusting and had not been cleaned for a long time. The beds were not great. They sunk in the middle and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. There was not soap for the showers. The towels were very old thin and rough. The tv remote needed batteries. The kitchen is an unorganized disaster. This place is getting worn out and needs some good TLC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had three families (with kids 5 - 11 years old). The house has 3 bedrooms with king beds in each, so those were perfect for the parents, as well as multiple other rooms/areas for kids, which they loved. The house is minutes from the Jordanelle Express gondola that takes you right up to Deer Valley mountain. As long as you arrive early enough to secure parking, it couldn’t be easier! The gondola also offers complimentary ski valet, so that was a pleasant surprise. The house was clean but the cleaning crew was still there finishing up when we arrived 15 minutes after our check-in time so I think a few tasks were not completed (refilling toilet paper in bathrooms, putting away sheets, towels, etc). However the owners were incredibly helpful, kind, and always responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend this property for a large family and/or group traveling together.

We were delighted with our stay at 1280 Hailstone Drive! The house is spacious and comfortable, and perfect for a group of young and older adults to stay at the same time! We could have a more quiet time in the upstairs family room while our college age kids enjoyed the downstairs family room, complete with pool table and comfortable sectional! The hot tub was of course, a huge cross generational hit after a day on the slopes! The hosts were super responsive and provided everything we needed! We hope to stay here again!

Highly recommend this property!
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the home. The host himself was very accommodating and his home was set the same. All cookware, dishes, linens, and pillows were plentiful and clean. The hot tub and pool table were both utilized. It was just a short ride to either deer valley or park city. We skied park city and didn’t have any issues getting to and from. The neighborhood is nice as well as the scenery. Highly recommend for a getaway from reality.

This is our family’s second time staying at this property! The house is so nice and a perfect size for us. I love how each bedroom has their own bathroom. We love the big round table to eat together and play games in the evening. We grilled one evening and enjoyed the hot tub too! The downstairs is nice too! We like the location, not far from the airport and close to Park City. We will definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Utah.
