This place was amazing! The location was excellent and they had all the beach stuff we needed to borrow. It was very clean and the hosts were friendly. It was great for our dog as well. The fenced-in backyard was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location a teeny block away from the beach (the blocks are small & the favored modes of transportation for locals is walking with your push-cart of beach “stuff” or via a golf cart!) Beautiful back yard, everything you need in the house and for the beach. Lee is a great host and my family and I will definitely stay here (if available!) the next time we visit.

We had a great visit- enjoyed walking to breakfast, dinner and coffee shops on isle of Palms. Unit was just as described. Would visit again!

We had stayed here back in 2019 and loved it. We planned on returning the following year but then COVID hit. We came last week for a family wedding in Mount Pleasant. I can't say enough about this sweet little cottage: Five houses away from beach access, pretty and quiet neighborhood, beautiful deck and back yard, everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and paddle boards). The rental is comfortable, clean and so pet friendly and Lee is helpful, friendly and yet respects your privacy. We live in one of the most popular and trendy vacation areas in Florida - 30a in Santa Rosa Beach- and this rental in Isle of Palm is our dream getaway!!!

Good location. Very clean well stocked kitchen if you decide to cook. Big fenced area for the dogs to run around. Owners are available in case you need them and are friendly and accommodating.

Very clean, well equipped condo close to the beach. Lee the owner lives upstairs and is very friendly. Our dogs loved the fenced backyard. The condo has everything you will need, paper products, cleaning supplies and beach equipment. Would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay at Lee's place in IOP. The property is super close to the beach. This is a great dog friendly property. The place is super clean. The well maintained fenced yard was great for our black lab. Lee is a great host. He gave great dining suggestions. Don't worry about the owner on property. Lee is so nice. We were there 4 days before encountering him in the yard. The place is so close to the beach on the Breach Inlet side of the island. You can walk to the Beach House for drinks at sunset. We will be back for sure. Thanks for a great week Lee!

Beautiful gem of a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with huge walk-out back yard. Very, very clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are a little on the small side, so people with mobility issues might want to take that into account. However, for us the place was just perfect, and we hope to return someday!

Exceptional experience. Close to everything. A great beach house vibe. Owner/Host is very kind and nice. Everything was ready at the property. Great fenced back yard (we took our dogs) and the kitchen and amenities were fully equipped. Just a block and a half from the best part of the beach on Isle of Palms! We will be back!

We came with two dogs and had access to a large fenced in yard! The property is a short walk to the beach and located in a lovely neighborhood! The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of kitchen cooking tools! Thank you Lee for being a wonderful host!

Lee’s home was better than expected! Location was just a few houses away from the most beautiful beach on IOP! (So close that at night you could hear the waves crashing.) Walkable to Breach Inlet where we’d watch a beautiful sunset and dolphins frolicking each night. House was clean and cozy with tile floors throughout. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and roomy to work in. There were plenty of fluffy bath towels, and beds and pillows were comfy with nice linens and pretty bedding. Appreciated having lots of windows as well as ceiling fans in every room which allowed for great airflow, but AC did work great if that’s your preference! Yard was way better than expected. Large, fenced in, with plenty of seating and dining areas as well as a nice grill and a dart board. Our dog loved it here. Note - Even though this is a dog-friendly home, don’t let that deter you if you don’t have a dog. You would never know this was a dog friendly home. No sign of pets having been there, pet hair, smell, etc. Wasn’t sure how I’d feel about having the owner on property. Turns out I loved having Lee right upstairs! He’s a super cool guy who totally keeps to himself allowing you to have complete privacy, yet he was extremely attentive and responsive for any questions. We would highly recommend this adorable cottage-by-the-sea!

We had the most wonderful time at Lee’s property and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more! The location is priceless! Only a couple blocks from the most beautiful beach. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the beach. We also loved walking to the Boat house restaurant multiple times for evening drinks and meals. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lee and Mary and by the time we left felt as if we gained some new friends.

We had a great stay. Location was even better than we thought and only a few houses down from the beach entrance. Lee was a great host and very helpful!

This property is a perfect spot! This end of the island is much quieter and less crowded. The walk to the beach was 3 minutes. For those who love to cook, this kitchen has it ALL! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lee is extremely friendly and a wonderful host. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. We hope to be back again next year! Thanks Lee!!!

Property owner Lee was easy to contact and the accommodations were great! We stayed a week and were able to be comfortable while enjoying close proximity to the beach and to Charleston. We had plenty of dishes, kitchen supplies and linens. The laundry room made it easy to bring just what was necessary. We made good use of the clean, fenced back yard. We grilled out a couple of times and played darts when we were chilling with our dog. Our GSD loved both the yard and the beach. Lee’s dog, Judd, was so calm and quiet. The water temp averaged 81 while we were there. It took maybe three minutes to walk to the beach. Everyone was very friendly. The tile floors were great for sweeping out the sand. We can’t wait to return!

3rd time staying here and once again, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! Isle of Palms is amazing and this rental is just right for our family! Great location, just a short walk to the ocean! Our trip to IOP over the Memorial Day weekend was one of our favorites so far, and it is largely due to our stay in this lovely house. As others have noted, the location near Breach Inlet is perfect since the beaches at this end of the island and onto Sullivan’s are some of the best anywhere- so large, clean, with plenty of space even at the most crowded seasons. We rented a low-speed vehicle and spent much of our time driving around the neighborhoods and trying different beach access points, and Lee generously let us plug it in where he normally keeps his own golf cart plugged in. The house was spacious for the three of us, and everything was provided, down to plenty of Charmin toilet paper and lots of towels (I’ve stayed in rentals that would only provide one roll of TP!). All kinds of beach gear, boogie boards, chairs, a beach cart, and the outside shower was a huge plus, we never even had to use the indoor shower for our seven year old and he loved that! Loved the tiled floors to keep everything feeling clean, and the AC worked great. All around, it was a perfect trip and we will definitely be returning.

Second time we've stayed here and it's perfect for us. Clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Close to the beach. Backyard is perfect for the dogs. Lee is a wonderful host.
