What else can we say but this spot was exactly what we hoped it would be! So clean, such a great view and being on the 4th floor allowed us to have more privacy on balcony than the lower floors, yet the pool was directly below and a nice more quiet area. We will for sure come back, it already feels like a second home! Totally recommend 5 stars!

This condo was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed the porch with wonderful views-Sunrises, deer, dolphins, rabbits, lots of birds! The pool was great! Easy access to the beach and Nancy even had beach chairs for us! Parking is also easy! Thank you Nancy for sharing your perfect beach condo with us! We hope to return!

My husband & i came for my 60th birthday & i couldn't have picked a better location or condo. The condo was super clean & had a darling, updated beach theme with a fresh, modern kitchen and bathroom with white cabinets, granite & a glass, barn door, walk-in shower.
We seemed centrally located to everything on the island & enjoyed many of the fabulous restaurants & shopping.
Nancy was always quick to answer any questions & had great recommendations. The management company was also friendly & helpful.
We will definitely be back!

I drove 12 hrs from Pittsburgh. Well worth the trip. Temparature in the 90’s all week. Pool & ocean about the same temp. The decor was nice inside & out. Said hello to lots of people. On beach everyday. Water was a little shallow. O

Our condo was very clean and nicely decorated! The balcony was very nice and safe. The ocean views are phenomenal.

The bed is nice and firm and you don't sink into the middle! That is my biggest peeve when we go on vacation!! The toys for the beach are either on the patio or under the bunk beds! The room is perfectly spacious for Mom and Dad and two kids! Villa #414 has got a great view of the beach and a wonderful breeze, you are not stuck in a sweltering hot box! There is a laundry directly outside the door and for just a few quarters I was able to wash everything up that we wore the whole week!
Full size kitchen appliances keep everything really cold and heat everything up really hot as they should!
The best surprise we had, tons of towels and tons of hangers already in the closet! Great communication and the office is right across the street!

A great condo to spend a week w/a great ocean view! Watched dolphins daily from balcony in tall chairs for clear views! Very clean & inviting, comfy bed, awesome shower & loved the floor w/no carpet..huge plus! We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Though we saw the pictures before booking, it was smaller than we expected. However, it was very clean and in the location we wanted.
We appreciated the nice shower rather than a shower/tub. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with tall Adirondack type chairs so we weren’t looking through the railing. It did get pretty noisy there as the pool was directly below us. Large family groups with kids were enjoying themselves there all day and into the early evening. We would have preferred a quieter balcony. While this condo was as described and fit our needs, we would not rent there again because of the proximity to the pool with the daily noise.

The condo and the whole complex was well taken care of and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Great shower! We used the pull out and it worked well and was comfortable. Owner was quick to reply to all my questions and so easy to work with. All in all, a wonderful week in a great condo at our favorite place. Bonus - Written instructions about how to use the TVs!!

The accommodations were very good. As stated in the listing, the upgraded bathroom and kitchen were great. We enjoyed the view to the water and the quietness of the pool area. The condo was very clean.
We spent our evenings on the lanai in the chairs just enjoying the sound of the ocean.
We were able to use the beach chairs that were in the condo. However, the umbrella was old and broken. This really wasn’t an issue, but it would have been nice to have had some shade on the beach.
We have definitely put this place and HHI on our list to return.

We spent so much time on the porch enjoying the beautiful beach and sounds of the waves. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed when we were cooking in!

This gated location has great proximity to shops, restaurants, etc. The specific unit has a great view of the beach, the pool and is close to the elevator. It was well appointed, clean and as described on the VRBO listing.

Loved our experience staying here. The unit was very pretty! The decorations and finishings were updated. Perfect location, the beach wasn’t too busy and it was bike-able to anywhere we wanted to go. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect central location. Perfect OCEAN view. Perfect Villa! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach with showers and boardwalk. Can enjoy the Hilton Resort cabana next door for lunch, live music and drinks. Private heated POOL was lovely too...and without the crowds! Villa was beautifully updated with everything you could need. Clean and close to the elevator/stairs and laundry. We highly recommend and hope to return often!!!

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the pool and beach. The unit has an amazing outdoor space overlooking the beach and we ate almost every meal out there. The owner was very helpful, as well. We had a great vacation!

This villa was perfect in every way! It was the perfect size for 2 adults. It was clean and beautiful. There was easy access to the beach and pool. The views from the balcony were breathtaking!! We were within walking distance to many of the local attractions. We will for sure be staying here again!!

Condo had a fantastic view of the beach . Property was very clean and was quiet . Private balcony was great especially in the morning while drinking coffee. The gated community was a nice feature . The property has beautiful mature landscaping. Parking was a challenge. The elevator access was very nice . It was a challenge not having a washer and dryer in the condo . We used the near by laundry area across the hall . There was a wait because there are only two washer and dryers on each floor .. The staff at the office where very friendly when we checked in . It’s a beautiful property perfect for a couple .. Great stay

Very nice condo unit with a great view. Great location. Easy check in, check out. The condo had everything we needed. The air conditioner in the bedroom was a little loud when it kicked on but all in all a very fun, restful vacation. Would definitely return and stay here again.

Great to be back on Hilton Head. This property was just perfect for 2 people. Kitchen was nicely appointed. We were surprised to see two lovely Tommy Bahama beach chairs and enjoyed sitting on the beach with them. Beautiful view! We'd love to stay here again.

Perfect island vacation
This condo is on a smaller side, but has all that is needed for a couple.
Place was clean, and kitchen has all the tools to cook three meals a day.
Two beach chairs is a great help for an older couple like us.
The major advantage is location right at the beach with a short walk or bike ride to the main shop and restaurants.
We will try to come back when we have a chance.

Outstanding View of the Ocean!!
Overall, this Vrbo is in a great location. Property is a little older so the pool and facilities could use a little better upkeep. Nancy was very responsive to our needs. Bed was comfortable but it it could use a better box spring as it is squeaky. Overall it is good for two people which was just us but it is not a large place. Would recommend staying here and we would come back here should we visit again.

Quiet and Restful
Perfect location, pool just a few steps away and the beach a few steps beyond. All the shopping and restaurants near by, but you would never know it as the area around the villas was so quiet. It was a one bedroom villa but very roomy, it had those cozy hallway bunk beds for children and a sleeper sofa. Perfect for a couple or small family. Everything was modern, clean and nicely decorated. I was on the balcony every morning enjoying my coffee and the georgeous sunrise's.
