Ubicato in Snowmass Village, questo delizioso condominio a 676 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimopausa. Unità all'ultimo piano molto privata e tranquilla con alto soffitto con travi in legno e senza pareti condivise. Recentemente ristrutturato con nuovi elettrodomestici, pavimenti in legno, atmosfera occidentale molto rustica con camino a gas. L'unità ha due balconi con vista sul pendio e sulle montagne. Un letto matrimoniale nel master, regina e singolo nella camera degli ospiti e può ospitare sei nel soppalco con un letto e due futon. Ci sono tre televisori a schermo piatto, uno nella stanza principale, uno nella camera principale e uno nella camera degli ospiti. Il negozio di alimentari principale, la farmacia, il negozio di liquori e la pizzeria locale sono a un isolato di distanza su per la collina. Piscina, vasca idromassaggio e lavatrice / asciugatrice sono in comune. Una meravigliosa baita di montagna si trova vicino a ristoranti, negozi e all'hotel a cinque stelle Viceroy.

Really enjoyed our stay - very nice, clean condo. Great kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds. Safe storage of skis outside.
Great access to the Assay Hill lift - quick walk or ski across the bridge (the building is the nearest to the bridge). You also have a grocery store / pizza restaurant / bar just up the hill from the property (2-3 min walk). You can also walk over to the Viceroy pretty easily (over the bridge and 2 min up the hill) for dinner / cocktails, also ski rental.
Above all Greg is a fantastic host who reached out immediately upon us booking and was always available as needed.

Really nice space and convenient to the lift. Great communication. Only challenge is parking, there aren’t passes so we wrote notes and parked at Clark’s up the hill. I’d look into this property again.

Greg the property owner was awesome and reached out to us immediately after booking and immediately took care of any questions or recommendations. The place does have lots of steps but convenient to slopes, buses and grocery store. I would definitely recommend.

Great location if you're trying to hit the slopes. Nice decor and it was accommodating to our group. It would've been helpful if instructions for checking out, directions to the lift, and directions to the hot tub were provided.

Place was tidy and clean. ski-in/out was out the back at bottom of stairs, some but not too much poling either way (need to ski over "skiers" bridge to resort). Simple checkin to get door code. Needed to get some info, Greg communicated very quickly. Thanks!

First time skiing out west and we were able to get on our skis and get to the lift very easily. Great location and close to restaurants and grocery food store as well as a Lyft to the mountain Snowmass. Great experience and awesome communication with property owner.

We were two couples in our late 50s. Our only complaint was that there were lots of stairs to get up to the unit from the parking lot. Otherwise, very nice unit for two couples. Host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again

We had a great time - the communication from Greg was amazing. He contacted me very early with super detailed instructions + was accommodating for an early check in. The location was perfect as well!

PERFECT COZY CONDO AND LOCATION!
First time to Snowmass and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Close to everything. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and best of all to the lifts. Teenagers could hit the slopes as soon as they opened and us adults could take our time to the lifts. DEFINITELY will stay there again!!! Summer trip next time! Did not disappoint!

Great location near the green runs and getting to ski school was easy. Great host.

There are lots of steps from the parking area so glad we had my son with to help carry. Great location for skiers and for the grocery store.. Very quiet area and a good pizza restaurant close by. Unit was very well kept but be aware that the loft is no good for adults. Did wish the main room had blinds since my daughter ended up sleeping there.. The kitchen was well stocked.. Had every pot we needed. Only thing missing was dishwasher detergent.. Had to buy some. We had a great week.

Great condo & location
Great condo for a family. Well equipped kitchen, nice fireplace with fan to warm up your boots, ski access is a flight of stairs away, host was incredibly quick to respond to all inquiries.
We’re already looking forward to our trip next year and will try to stay here.

Clean, comfortable, and super convenient
Great condo with lots of beds to accommodate our large group! Greg was a wonderful, welcoming host with very clear communication. Newer furnishings, tv and appliances than in the photos too - very nice! Super amazing value for Snowmass/Aspen too. Would be happy to stay here again.
