Very clean. Brent was easy to contact for check-in and check-out. For our group of 4 adults, this worked perfectly as we were visiting family in the area. The VRBO was mainly used for sleeping and the beds were comfortable.

Our family of 5 adults stayed for a little over a week here. Overall, the property is exactly how the pictures show. It is literally a 3 minute drive to groceries, shopping. Downtown Billings is about 10 minutes away by car. We were greeted by the owner, who was very good with communicating with us. The home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We always felt safe and comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen tools so that we could cook every night. We really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This is a home away from home. The checking is very helpful by telling you places to eat and things to do. If you are needing a place to stay in Billings this is well worth the money!

The location was perfect for our needs and the condo was amazing. It had everything that we needed. I would recommend staying here to everyone I know I will definitely be staying here the next time we come to town.

I have been coming to Billings for the NILE for over 10 years and decided to try VRBO instead of a hotel. Brent and Denise’s condo was fantastic! It was 5 minutes from the Metra Park and accommodated 4 of us comfortably. Brent met us with keys to check us in and was incredibly friendly! The condo was clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished! Lots of places to dine in the area and Brent even recommended a couple places to eat that we found to be fantastic! We will definitely stay here again next year!

Property was perfect for me and my two sisters to attend a family reunion. Kitchen and bath are well stocked. Owners were super easy to work with, even drove me to the airport.

We had a wonderful time in Billings. Our family was there for vacation and Brent was great to work with. He was very friendly and accommodating to our check-in time and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. During our stay we went to the local Pictograph State Park which was only a short drive from the apartment, we drove an hour to Red Lodge, MT for horseback riding which we would highly recommend, and we visited Pompey's Pillar and Battle of Little Bighorn National Battlefield.

Very nice ground floor, fully furnished apartment. Everything provided, except for food! Grocery stores, convenient stores and restaurants all within a few minutes drive. Great for families who need more privacy than a hotel room, and very affordable.

I traveled far and wide to reach this cute little three bedroom. I was traveling with my father, and two 80 year old patriarchs, one who is anything but easy to accomodate with memory loss, stubbornness, denial of the first, and pride in the second. This was the perfect set up for said grandpa as he refuses to use his wheelchair. Bathroom fully stocked, and big enough for all 4 of us if we so chose. Had to meet owner to get keys, and to return them before we left. Not exactly convenient, but Brent is kind and interesting. Very accomodating, explained everything we needed to know before he left us.

We stayed over Easter weekend to see the grand kids. The place was clean, centrally located and they were very accommodating. Will stay again.

The condo was so comfortable, clean, and modern. Denise was wonderful to work with and a delight in person!

Cute place, perfect for girls weekend in Billings!

I stayed at this location for 3 nights. While staying there my brother accidentally spilled some White Zinfandel wine on the bed sheets. I purchased the insurance for $59 to cover things like this. I informed the owner that it had happened (to be polite) and he told me that he needed $20 to cover the sheets. I told him that I had purchased the insurance and that that should cover it and he said that it took to long to fill out the form and so he wanted to $20 and that I could take the sheets if I wanted to. I did take the sheets since he had charge me $20 and washed them. There was no stain after washing them, they were completely fine. He also informed me that he usually takes a credit card number from guests upon check in but didn't with us since we checked in late at night. I have never had anyone request a credit card while renting with HomeAway and was under the impression that I had purchased the insurance to cover anything that an owner would need to cover. I would also like to point out that there were no windows in any of the bedrooms or the bathroom. There is a small window in the kitchen, but I doubt many people would be able to get out through it. If you were anywhere but the living room and a fire started there would be no way of getting out of the building. There is a small air conditioning unit in the living room and fans throughout the apartment, but it was still pretty warm in there. The kitchen was well stocked and other than our unfortunate problem with the insurance not covering the sheets and being a bit on the warm side we had a comfortable stay. I would not have purchased the nonrefundable insurance had I known that I was going to be charged for things anyway and with the high deposit price I probably would not have chosen to stay at this location.

This was our second stay at this condo. We found it to be as charming and as comfortable as the first time. The property managers were as gracious and kind as they could be. Being a disabled guest I took full advantage of the disabled set-up the condo offered. My stay could not have been more comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to entertain our great grandchildren with ease. The deer outside of our complex offered us a touch of the nearness of the abundant wildlife that surrounds Billings.

The day we arrived in Billings was hot. So it felt good to go into the place that had been cooled for us. Thank you for your hospitality! The owner takes good care of the property, and we enjoyed our time staying there!
