(Nota: le tariffe più precise, si prega di selezionare l'icona "Tariffe" e poi selezionare "visualizza tutte le tariffe, o contatto proprietario) Perfetto condominio 1 camera da letto in una pittoresca, tenuto in maniera impeccabile, complessi Hillcrest, uno dei più ricercati quartieri di San Diego. unità all'ultimo piano (piano 3, ascensore), con un sacco di finestre / luce solare, romantico balcone / ponte, palestra, centrale AC, garage, lavatrice ad alta efficienza / asciugatrice in unità, Internet ad alta velocità, e un due grandi HDTV LCD. Una cosa che è difficile da catturare in immagini è come questa unità si sente come a casa. Tre lati dell'unità sono distaccato, con un solo muro comune ai vicini. Non vi è alcun sentimento 'grotta-like' di molti appartamenti. E la posizione è meraviglioso - un facile accesso (1 miglio) a Balboa Park e lo zoo di San Diego, il centro / lungomare, Città Vecchia e altri siti (una macchina veloce per l'aeroporto SD).
A pochi passi da caffè, negozi di antiquariato, ristoranti, supermercati - questo è davvero uno dei principali luoghi di San Diego. Si può vivere qui comodamente senza auto.

Amazing host & incredibly cozy apartment - perfect for long stays and remote work!I stayed in this apartment for about two months, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The host is truly amazing - kind, responsive, and very caring. From day one, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.The apartment itself is super cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for comfortable everyday living, whether for a short or long stay. I was working remotely, and the setup was ideal: a comfortable desk and fast, reliable internet, which made working from home easy and stress-free.The residential complex is also fantastic and adds so much value to the stay. There is private parking, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a fully equipped gym, which made daily life even more comfortable and enjoyable.The location is unbeatable. Trader Joe’s and Ralphs are just a couple of minutes’ walk away, along with many other shops and great restaurants nearby. There’s even a Miniso within walking distance. And the beautiful Balboa Park is also easily walkable, which was a huge bonus.I truly loved everything about this place - the apartment, the complex, the neighborhood, the comfort, and the communication with the host. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this property, need I say more.For being in the city, it’s relatively quiet and very close to everything. We don’t have a car when we stay here walking most days and taking Uber or Lyft back. Trader Joe’s just next-door and the swimming pool on the property are added bonuses.
