My family and I just returned from a 7 Day stay at this property. The location was amazing. The pictures do not do the property any justice. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything you may need. As a matter of fact I have stayed at so many VRBO and non came stocked like this… unfortunately I had already went to the store before check in and purchased everything. So I was able to add to the stock pile. I hope the person that comes behind me enjoy the Louisiana Crawfish and Crab Boil that we left intentionally for the amazing crabs from Pikes Market. Thank you Preben and family for allowing my family the opportunity to enjoy your home. God Bless

Weekend of sports and exploring waterfront Seattle so this location was perfect. 20 minute walk to the sports venues and right on the waterfront.
Construction on going wasn’t ideal but that was everywhere it seemed.
Would recommend location for anyone visiting Seattle.

If you appreciate a water view, this is the place. Convenient to Pike Place and Olympic Sculpture Park and easy freeway access to get anywhere else. Condo was well laid-out, equipped and maintained, and the host was very responsive.

This condo has excellent views of the Harbor, and easy access to Pike Place, the Aquarium, the Ferries and tourist driven restaurants.
The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cook & bakeware. Appliances were top notch, and we were delightfully surprised that there was a GAS range, easier to cook with! The rain shower was terrific as was the spacious shower stall itself. The overall decor was pleasant looking and same as in the pictures. Probably not the most comfortable for those 70+, as the sofa is quite low & dinette chairs are acrylic.
We enjoyed our stay at this higher end condo and would definitely recommend it to others!!

This is all about location, no car needed. 15 minutes to numerous wonderful restaurants and Pike Place. Located on water for nice walks. Furnished hire nicely. Owner is very receptive to needs. Would I go back…in a heart beat

Lovely condo, well equipped and comfortable. Gorgeous view and central location. Building is very secure. Even being on the waterfront, it was quiet. Highly recommend. Would stay again if we returned to Seattle.

The only complaint is the air conditioning is not great. The one fan is not good enough to help in the second bedroom. The condo is perfectly located with a great view of the water.

Returning guest. We loved it so much last time, it was the first place we thought of for our return. Great location on the waterfront, within walking distances to many attractions for the All Star Week as well as Link. Everything about our stay was issue free and the owner was great to communicate with (only needed to upon check-out). We strongly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay ne’er the water and attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and was in a great location- just below Pike’s Market. Had a nice view of Puget Sound and was quiet but still very close to all the attractions of downtown Seattle and the wharf and tons of great restaurants and coffee shops near by. It’s a steep walk up to the market area via the stairs, but there’s an elevator up the block which is a nice option. The owner was very friendly when messaging and accommodated us with an early check in, which was very nice!

We enjoyed our time at this perfectly located and luxurious condo. We look for certain amenities when we travel, which include available parking, laundry, and a kitchen. These desires are hard to accommodate in most alternative choices like downtown hotels even at high prices. This waterfront condo had it all and was only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Everyone was impressed with the experience of our stay.

This lovely home had everything we wanted. The clean, comfortable, elegant interior, ideal waterfront location near all the downtown attractions, and protected parking were all as described by the owner. The views of Puget Sound are spectacular from the living room and terrace! Preben is an exceptional host - communicative and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

The apartment is comfortable, with a modern, neutral decor, great view, and every convenience provided. The double parking spot was convenient and safe, with a garage-door access. Extremely convenient to Pike Place Market. The owner responded to every email question we had and even texted us on the day of arrival to remind us of details. The kitchen has all the equipment you would expect in a full-time home. Wonderful unoccluded view of the water with no piers or buildings across the street. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.

This is a great place to stay. The host is very helpful and communication was easy. The condo had spectacular views of the water and is located in the middle of downtown Seattle. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions and Pike's Market right behind the condo building. Definitely a place to come back to when visiting Seattle again!

We stayed here for 5 days and loved every minute of it. Close to all that downtown Seattle has to offer. Their is a lot of construction in the area but it wasn't noisy at all ( and not visible from the condo) We loved sitting in the living room and watching the ferry's and beautiful sunsets. Preben was very responsive to our questions and comments. We look forward to staying there again! Book this place! You will love it!!!

This condo is perfect and in a great location. We walked everywhere from here, no car needed but if you do have one there’s parking underneath included. Loved sitting and watching the ships and ferries from the living room. The fireplace was great and kept the condo warm. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of linens. We didn’t eat meals at the condo because Seattle restaurants are amazing but if we did it was fully stocked. I highly recommend this condo.

couldn't have been a better place to experience so many things Seattle has to offer in the heart of Pike Place Market, view of the bay, super comfortable and clean and if you rent a car even parking available to avoid downtown parking headaches and provide opportunities for day trips out into the great outdoors. (we went whitewater rafting). Also great property management...very responsive and helpful. thanks for a great experience!

Perfect location for walking to everything. The terrace BBQ was a real bonus, amazing view.
Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, master bedroom was extremely comfortable, lots of closet space, nice shower and bathroom, beautiful view.

This is the perfect place in the perfect location. Super clean, everything as described. We didn’t rent a car, so can’t speak for the parking situation. Fun view of the bay - good for cruise and cargo ship watching. Highly recommend, especially if you’re planning to walk to all the must-sees.

We are a traveling family and I must say this was one of the best rentals ever!! Condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, AMAZING location and well stocked. Communication with the owners was friendly and immediate responses were much appreciated. Highly recommend this beautiful property!!
