Abbiamo una grande casa bayside con un open space, alla foce della baia dove c'è una vista d'acqua da ogni finestra. Ci sono 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni. Al primo piano si trova un bar completo che può ospitare fino a 10 persone ed è a pochi passi dal canale dove si può pescare o nuotare. Il bar ha anche una grande TV dove è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi e godersi lo spazio esterno tutto il giorno e la notte. Dall'altro lato della casa c'è una piscina privata dove è possibile rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi! Uno dei bagni è su questo piano ed è usato principalmente per la doccia dopo essere usciti dalla spiaggia o uscire dall'acqua.
La seconda storia ha una grande cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutti i comfort di casa. C'è un grande tavolo da pranzo in granito che può ospitare fino a 10 persone. La camera familiare ha un sacco di posti a sedere per tutti, così come un biliardino per l'intrattenimento. Il primo master suite è su questo piano con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato completo, così come le porte francesi che si aprono al ponte anteriore. C'è anche un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale su questo piano con una propria serie di porte francesi che si aprono sul ponte posteriore e sul canale. Un altro bagno completo si trova su questo secondo piano.
Il terzo piano ha un secondo master suite con un letto matrimoniale e un'altra camera da letto con 2 letti queen size in esso. Il quarto bagno è anche al piano.
La casa si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia ea 15 minuti dalle attrazioni di Galveston!

This house was perfect for our family❣️❣️ The house was located on the canal almost to the mouth of the inlet. It had bedrooms for 3 sets of adults and the dining table and open living area was perfect for 10 people. The house had an outdoor kitchen area with seating and TV. We spent a lot of time in this area fishing. Our son brought his wood smoker barbecue and his “Solo” fire pit which made it even more enjoyable. Leanne was always available when we had minor issues…they were resolved immediately. The only thing we noticed is that some areas of the house could use some TLC (the downstairs outdoor kitchen area) and the outdoor furniture on the upstairs patio.

We had a nice relaxing stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Owners are responsive to issues/questions. Would definitely stay here again. It was everything the listing states and then some.

Overall communication and accuracy of the listing was great. Place met our needs. Wish the fire pits could be turned on and spa heated to more than 90 degrees. Only knock of cleanliness was a dealing with a few cockroaches. Would stay again at this place.

The house is great , it's right on the canal. Perfect for fishing and water activities. The bar seating was very cool to sit with family and just hang out.The pool is a nice treat to relax and cool off. The house was very comfortable with plenty of decks to sit and enjoy the evenings.

We have stayed here 4 years in a row I believe. Always super clean! Easy check in and it’s on the canal and close to the beach. We will come again!

Great for families. Ample room. Swimming pool a plus. Fish from the patio. Watch a game from the bar. Large dining table for families. Overall a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The property met all our needs. The owner was quick and responsive. This is our third vacation in a row in Galveston, and no other property has provided so many extras! It is our favorite rental in the entire area. If we decide to return next year, the entire group will want to stay in this property. Thank you for your hospitality!

We got to the house it waseasy to get in and out from first glance it is beautiful. But frie pit did not work, tanning chairs are not there. Trash was under beds and in couch, the ice and water filters needed chamged, so had to keep buying water. Hot tub did not work, lots of little things that need to be fixed. There is a magger leak above the dryer in basement when water upstairs drains. Be careful fising lots of crabs. But all and all was a great getaway but for 5000 little things add up.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfortable rooms. Enough space for 8 people to relax. The mattresses and linens appeared to be new and fresh and everyone got a good night sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked and we found everything we needed to prepare our meals. With 3 rambunkous children the pool was a refreshing activity that helped tire them out. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable canal house close to the beach and neaby Galveston.

The house was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Minutes from the beach but the bay view was great. The pool was great for my grand baby. She loved it. I would stay there again.

We had fun at the beach , playing cards at the house, cooking at the house ,kids fishing and relaxing at the house. The house was big enough for all of us . Kitchen was big enough and we had a blast. Thanks for everything

Our family enjoyed the week at this property in Jamaica Beach! A short drive to the public beach access, and about 20 mins from downtown Galveston! The pool and the outdoor bar area were used daily! Some minor work on the 1st floor patio/deck needs to be done as some of the planks were lose.

We loved this house. Every night, we had a beautiful sunset. The heated pool and hot tub were used daily. We had nightly foosball tournaments. The beds were super comfortable. The hosts respond within minutes. The whole family wants to go back. Really a great experience.

Our group of 9 adults had a great time at the house. We had a small issue with the spa/pool heating due to the winter freeze but this was addressed quickly by Leeanne with excellent communication. House was roomy, loved all of the outdoor decks and sitting areas. Some parts of the house seemed a little worn but this was not an issue for us. Would come back and stay here again!

As a group, we visit different areas of the country annually and rent from VRBO. We were very interested in something around the Galveston area and selected this property based upon descriptions and photos on the VRBO site.
The house is in a very nice area, on the canal, and somewhat private. The problem is condition of the house itself definitely could use some updating (not shown in older VRBO pictures). As an example, the hardwood floors on the main living area are in very bad need of replacement due to boards upheaving enough that one of our group tripped and almost fell. There were several other areas that definitely need repair and/or replaced such as the kitchen cabinet door, broken sliding door lock/handle, no working ice maker, and worn out furniture padding. Nothing major, just needs some TLC.
This is the first time I have given this type of rating but the owners were very responsive to other problems and should really correct these areas to keep their high rating. I reported it to them and was told that they would look into it. If they do, I would rent it again.

The only issue we had, which was no fault to the hosts, was the mosquitos. I know it was the time of year, we stayed the first of September after they had some significant rain the week before, so the mosquitos were AWFUL! Even the locals were complaining about them! the only place we could get some relief, was at the beach, which luckily enough is only 10 minutes away!! The last day and a half it had cleared up and we could swim and fish at the house, and had a great time! Just make sure you pack bug spray and citronella candles, just in case! :) great location and close to so much stuff!

This is an excellent property. 5 minutes drive to Jamaica Beach. They have everything you need for your stay-even more than is listed here. Anything you need to cook is provided, pots pans, appliances, serving trays, even spices! All cleaning supplies that are needed. Only thing we had to get was grill brush and cleaner, as grill needed a good cleaning. They even have life jackets, kayak and outdoor games like jenga and cornhole! The property is very large, slept very well, master bedroom is updated and better than the pictures. Lots of room for us, we could have fit a 3rd family with us. Pool is amazing. You do have to pay extra to heat the hottub. The only thing they do not tell you is that you need to contact them through the app to turn the hot tub on and off. It is not automatically on when you arrive. This should be mentioned in the check in procedures. Also the door is hard to open when checking in, but that would be our only negatives. The owners are very responsive to messages. Lovely neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this property and had everything our family needed to have a fun and safe vacation. We spent the majority of our time either at the pool, fishing off the docks, cooking outside, or at the beach. The house was updated, clean, and had perfect sleeping arrangements for our family.

Clean, large & great for a group.
The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive regarding a few issues that came up. The pool is very small but worked out good for our group of 8 women who weren’t interested in swimming. Also the bar is far away from the pool which was a little disappointing. Other than that it was great with a large living area and kitchen table. The patio furniture upstairs in the pictures is dated- it isn’t in very good shape and needs to be replaced.

I love this house. And will be back
I seriously overpacked! They have everything you need such as towels, full kitchen necessities, and bbq pit. It feels really homey. My kids loved the pool and we loved the fishing. Bring a crab trap bc there are a ton the kids could have fun with. We love the outdoor area with the tv. Were able to watch the Astros, bbq and fish.

Perfect House for our Family Vacation
This is the first year we rented this house, but we have already rented it for next year! This is an overflow home for us as we rented the house beside it, making enough bedrooms and baths for our large family. This house is very clean, cool, easy to move around in and has a wonderful pool and entertaining area. While it is not a beach front home, which we prefer, this house is close to the beach without the traffic and noise. This location is quiet and little traveled making it perfect for our needs. We love having the ability to fish for fun just off entertainment area. We are already excited about next years' vacation to Galveston knowing our housing is already secured and will be ready and clean for us. Check out this house. You will not be dissappointed.

Nice house with ample space indoors and out! The only issue we had was the pool remaining hot during our stay which we had to pay for so we expected it to be working. Other than that everything was good. Leanne is very quick to respond!
