Amerai la posizione. Questo piccolo complesso è quello in cui tornerai. A partire dal parcheggio coperto per le bianche spiagge incontaminate, il tuo soggiorno sarà rilassante e senza problemi. Il nostro posto è spazioso con oltre 1400 piedi quadrati. La grande tana ha accesso a vetri scorrevoli al patio privato. L'ampio patio con tavolo da picnic ha una vista sulla spiaggia. È un ottimo posto per godersi il ruggito del surf e vedere il golfo di giorno o di notte.

Ci sono 2 divani estraibili per aggiungere la zona notte in modo da avere un sacco di spazio. Abbiamo due camere da letto private con letti confortevoli. Il master ha il proprio accesso alla porta scorrevole sul patio. Il nostro condominio ha pavimenti in piastrelle nei bagni, cucina e den con moquette nelle camere da letto. Abbiamo nuovi elettrodomestici, banconi, tapparelle, stoviglie, pentole e padelle, macchina per il caffè, frullatore e molti utensili per cucinare i pasti. Questo condominio dispone di 2 TV, 1 DVD / videoregistratore. Il complesso Seascape ha il wifi attraverso il complesso. Vieni a visitare e goditi il nostro angolo di paradiso.

Condo needs upgrading. Electrical outlets worn out. 2 lamps didn’t work. TV’s were awful. Location was great. Beds were very comfy. Very quiet. Very clean. Will stay again.

This place was clean and spacious. I loved the king sized bed, the ocean views, and balcony. I look forward to coming back here again.

Fall Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Everyone slept comfortably and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. There’s a lot to do! We wished we would have stayed longer throughout the week. We stayed over Labor Day weekend, checked in Friday and left Tuesday. The weather was perfect. It rained one morning and we used that time for shopping. The host is very responsive to questions and suggestions.

Our trip was overall lovelt in Orange Beach. The condo was a bit dated, but given that we were not in there much, that was not a big deal. The area was quiet and in close proximity to a lot of attractions.

We have to add another outstanding review for Larry's beach home - it was exactly what we needed and wanted for our family's vacation. Communication was great from the day I made the reservation, and picking up the keys was as easy as could be.
The unit was clean and there was plenty of space for us - a family of two parents and four kids between 14-20. The two younger boys used the loft and enjoyed being able to have a space to call their own for the week, since they're often the ones who have to use air mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and we weren't hunting for anything we needed to cook while we were there.
I can't emphasize enough how nice the beach was in front of the unit, with more than enough space for people to not feel cramped at all. I walked down the beach to some of the high rises on either side and there were chairs/umbrellas just packed on top of one another - not at all my idea of a relaxing beach. It was a quick walk away and there are multiple showers to get the sand off before going back to the unit.
If our travels take us to Orange Beach again, I would absolutely reserve Larry's home again. Thank you for a great trip!

Owner was amazing at accommodating our last minute stay and helped us out when we didn’t get the instructions. The place was clean and super cute and my family of 7 had plenty of room. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Every question I had the owner sent a response within minutes, the condo was nice within a minute walk to the beach and there is several things you can do within walking distance. I will book again!

I really enjoyed my time at Larry’s condo. My colleagues and I took a girls trip with teenage daughters. In total, we had (8) people with us. There was room for 8, but if everyone wants a private area, instead of people staying in the living room, I suggest this condo for 6 people or less.
The crew upstairs in the loft suggested that others bring a fan with them, as it got hot upstairs even with the air at 64°.
The location of the condo is PERFECT. Close to everything Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. The walk to the beach takes two minutes.
We did experience a minor leak in the kitchen, as it was downpouring and the rain was coming down sideways. Somehow it found a way in and we had to use buckets to catch water. The condo owner was very responsive and ensured he thought he had fixed the issue - the HOA representative said they would continue to address the issue.
The only other suggestion we had would be to put a key pad on the door so that you can easily access the condo, instead of trying to keep track of the two issued keys. Anyone could easily make a copy of the key if it were lost. We also couldn’t get the two sliding glass doors to latch or lock without the wood bar in the track.

The condo was very clean and there was enough room for my family of 7 without everyone being on top of each other. As seen in a previous comment the parking spaces are a little tight but can accommodate 2 vehicles easily. The pictures online do not do the condo justice as the furniture in the living room and loft have been updated. I had 2 teenage boys in loft one used the bed the other on the futon with no complaints about comfort. The beds in the rooms were very comfortable. The checkin process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a family of 7 stay here. 2 adults 2 teens and 3 big kids. No issues with space. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Clean and has all the necessities to cook if you dont want to go out every meal.

It’s a low-rise surrounded by private, individual properties - a little back of a throwback to when the huge buildings didn’t block up the beach. We liked that. I really like the ease of parking, the huge size of the unit, the short walk to the beach that wasn’t overcrowded. The place was clean and comfortable. Picking keys up was a breeze, even with a late arrival, and Larry was a great host. We were there for a week with two teenaged boys who had a great time and fully enjoyed the condo, the proximity to go-karts, and fishing on the beach. I look forward to staying here again!

The owner has not updated his listing. The furniture doesn’t match the pictures nor what the description says. The parking is so tight that unless you have a small vehicle you won’t be able to fit in the spot. The elevator smelled like oil and squeaked really bad. The condo can be left in good condition and the owner will find a reason to not give your deposit back. There isn’t enough silverware for a family of 6 so you better bring your own.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo from enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the waves to walking to nearby shopping and restaurants. The check in location is in Gulf Shores, which I wasn't expecting/did not understand prior to traveling but not inconvenient. We would definitely return!

Loved the location, on the beach but behind other properties.. but situated so that you still have ocean views. The lock broke when we got there and I called and left a msg but never heard back so we didn’t have a locked door the whole time. We had to get trash bags and toilet paper. Bring your own laundry tabs, shampoo, etc. I would visit this condo again.

Condo was well cleaned. Furniture and bathroom, in particular were showing age. Beds comfortable. Elevator sounds rough. Fairly off putting. Kitchen cupboards and drawers need to be gone through and tidied. Too much "stuff"

Property could use some updating but it was clean and worked for our stay. It was nice to see the beach from our balcony. Loved the fact it is a smaller complex so the beach is not overrun with people.

We really had a great time with our two sons, daughter in laws, and our sweet granddaughter we will definitely have to do another trip soon. It was beautiful at Orange beach, our very first time.

Very easy rental, needs some updates in kitchen, but for price, it is good, would not recommend for small children because of the stairs going to loft, would certainly rent again
