We found this to be the perfect spot for our stay. It's conveniently close to downtown, yet offers a private and peaceful atmosphere. The availability of a nearby parking garage was extremely convenient. The owner's attentive maintenance of the property was evident, and their clear communication ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We're already looking forward to returning here in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, everything was perfect. We did not cook, but loved that they supplied things like coffee, filters, olive oil, spices basic things. Only neg thing is there is no view, just the neighbor building. But we were not in the apt much during the day. Thank you!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a quick couple night get away before school started. We VRBO everywhere and this was the perfect spot downtown to walk anywhere and have a great trip! They even provided coffee, toiletries and laundry detergent. Very impressive! Thanks for a great stay for our quick trip!

The 1 bedroom condo is located just south of the downtown area and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and bars. Rare Bird Brewery is a 2 minute walk. Unit was clean and quiet. Parking is located 2 blocks north in a flat lot. Owner communicated regularly via e-mail and text during our stay. All in all a pleasant experience and we would recommend as an option for a stay in Traverse City.

This was a lovely space, very comfortable and close to everything in Traverse City that we wanted to see and do. Parking was okay, a couple of blocks' walk to get to the assigned parking space. Full cable TV was provided and much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

This rental was perfect for a weekend stay in Traverse City. It was clean, nicely decorated and you could not beat the location. The assigned parking spot provided along with the unit was invaluable. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in excellent condition with great extras. Plenty of housewares, games, and baby items were stored in the condo. I stayed with 2 friends for a girl's weekend and we were able to walk right into the downtown shopping area and to multiple restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and quick and she sent us multiple emails with recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend and would return!

This condo has a corporate-run feel to its operation. This place lacks for quietness, cleanliness, and adequate linen supply.
We asked for additional blankets early on our second day. We received No response from the "host" for the rest of our stay, even though they sent emails saying "Please let us know if there is anything you need!" Well Carrie, we did and you ignored us. Felt like these were automatically-generated emails with no human behind them.
A dog in a neighboring condo barked all day long. Its owners were apparently gone for the day. Are pets allowed?
Also a huge amount of dust flew off of the ceiling fan. This place could use a deep cleaning.
Parking is in a lot two blocks down the street. Look elsewhere when staying in TC.

My husband and I were happy that we found this condo so close to everything we enjoy in downtown TC! The parking spot was just a short walk away and very convenient for stopping off for a drink before heading in for the evening. Amenities were everything we needed and it was a great, quiet space. Highly recommend.

Cute condo downtown. Very clean - and we are super fussy - and tastefully decorated. Owner was quick to respond to questions we had which was appreciated. We really liked the ability to easily walk downtown where there are a number of good restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location was great for visiting all of downtown Traverse City! Parking was a little further than we expected but the 2-3 block walk was nice as we didn't have rain for our stay. We would definitely consider this condo again when we return to visit family again.

We recently stayed at Carrie’s place and it was wonderful, very clean, perfect location and everything we needed. Downtown was a short walk away, as were several restaurants and breweries. If you like walking or biking trails, highly recommend the nearby trail by Boardman Lake.
