Questo cottage di 1.100 piedi è la perfetta distanza a piedi da tutto ciò che Midtown ha da offrire. Brooks Museum, Overton Park, Overton Square .... Più di 20 ristoranti, bar, cinema, Ballet Memphis, 2 gruppi teatrali e musica dal vivo.

Sono un appaltatore e designer locale che ha preso questo cottage del 1910 e lo ha sventrato alle borchie e lo ha reso un luogo di spettacolo 2016 con attenzione ai dettagli. È tutto nuovo. La cucina ha la cucina a gas ed è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto memorabile. L'angolo pranzo accogliente in cucina ha quattro posti a sedere. 2 con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con cabina doccia e l'altra con letto matrimoniale e bagno in sala. Entrambi con lenzuola e lenzuola di lusso. 3 HDTV con cavo, Apple TV, Netflix e WiFi forniti ai miei ospiti. Il cortile è recintato e offre un patio con comodi posti a sedere. Il mio obiettivo nella scelta delle finiture e degli arredi era quello di fornire una qualità superiore a quella di un hotel a 5 stelle, per sapere se ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo !! Se ho perso qualcosa fammelo sapere e sarà fornito.

È tutto tuo da usare (un armadio è bloccato per l'archiviazione dei proprietari). Un parcheggio carraio auto. Parcheggio in strada direttamente di fronte a casa disponibile per parcheggio aggiuntivo. Il blocco dell'entrata senza chiave sulla porta d'ingresso rende l'accesso molto più semplice.

Vivo a un miglio da casa e sono disponibile immediatamente per risolvere eventuali problemi che possono sorgere.

Il quartiere è di gran lunga la più grande attrazione per tutti gli ospiti che hanno scelto il mio cottage per il loro soggiorno. Posizione, posizione, davvero posso prendere un taxi dall'aeroporto al mio cottage e raggiungere a piedi attività, ristoranti e bar per riempire un lungo weekend e non guidare mai. Per avventurarsi fuori dal quartiere, Uber non è altro che un giro di $ 10 a Downtown, Bass Pro, Beale Street e Graceland. Se si guida, ampio parcheggio fornito.

We were absolutely pleased with our accommodations and the flexibility of our host. We had a previous rental that did not meet our expectations and when I reached out to Ben, he immediately accommodated us with short notice! His properties are absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Everything about Ben’s home was perfect. Very clean and cozy. About 15 minutes away from Graceland by car. Graceland is definitely worth going to but make early reservations and get VIP tickets. We spent nearly 6 hours there.
The street the house is on is quiet and pretty safe. There’s a local bar restaurant named Huey’s that has excellent food and service. If you decide to go to the popular Beale street be extremely careful and go during the day. That area unfortunately is extremely dangerous. Other than Beale street, we had such a wonderful time. So many good places to eat.

The throw mats in the bathrooms could hv been washed! There could have been more curb appeal in front and backyard of the cottage.
Overall the cottage really felt like home!!! Ben was very helpful! He always responded to my messages ASAP! I really would stay there again if I am ever in Memphis again….

This is a fabulous place for a couple to stay who want 2 bathrooms adjacent to the master bedroom. The bed is quite comfortable. The location is quiet and feels safe and Overton Square is right around the corner. TAMBOLI’s Pizza & Pasta is worth getting in the car and making a 3 minute drive. We will definitely be coming back.

It was so easy to check in and nice and clean! The couch and both beds were so comfortable! We loved it there! Really close to the Zoo and we loved that!

We enjoyed our stay. Area seemed safe enough. Home is pretty nice, but we did not find the queen bed comfortable. Everything else met our needs.

We suggest replacing the carpet in master bedroom and master bath or tossing them out. Other then that the house was clean.

The place is nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen and bath. Don't leave food out or the ants will come immediately! Short drive for groceries and eateries. Wish both bathrooms had onsuites. Both bathrooms are off one bedroom. Nice laundry facilities.

Although the neighborhood seemed very safe, the property has ample locks (it is Memphis afterall). The host (Ben) was very responsive. There were tons of amenities starting with the best TV programming I've ever seen (YouTube TV, netflix, Roku, etc). Washer and drier worked great, fully stocked kitchen, nice master shower, great fridge. The place was well decorated. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but you get the idea. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect place
The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to downtown and the zoo. We could tell the owner put a lot of work into refurbishing the house. It was a perfect place to stay for our long family weekend!

Wonderful property in Midtown!
We had a great time staying in Memphis. The home was central to Midtown with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was clean and quaint, but with enough room for 4 adults to be comfortable and have a great time. Thank you so much.
