Questo accogliente condominio al 16 ° piano, recentemente rinnovato, è al centro degli svaghi diurni al sole di Miami Beach e della vivace vita notturna. Dormendo comodamente 3, DecoOne offre una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia tempestata di palme e sull'oceano Atlantico blu cristallino a est e le luci di Lincoln Rd e Miami oltre a ovest. Dotato di zone notte e giorno divise, il monolocale è dotato di un letto queen-size e un futon, 1. 5 bagni e una cucina completa con bar per la colazione, utensili, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, ecc. Ha anche una zona pranzo e un balcone invitante, perfetto per un caffè mattutino dalla macchina DecoOne Nespresso o un cocktail con brezza serale prima di uscire la sera. ATTENZIONE L'edificio sta completando un rinnovamento, che dovrebbe essere completato entro la fine di settembre 2019. È possibile tuttavia che si verifichino rumori di tanto in tanto. Sono state apportate modifiche alla tariffa, ma possono anche essere ulteriormente adattate se necessario.

Exactly as described. Beautiful view, wonderful pool & staff. Very very clean & secure building. Condo was well equipped, very comfortable bed. We ate majority of our meals on the balcony. You can't get closer to the beach than Decoplage. Caron responded quickly to our questions, and Patricia as well. If we're in Miami Beach again we'd definitely stay here. Memorable vacation.

The place is great, big enough for us (3 people), very well equiped, with excellent location (within the building and the city) and a balcony to enjoy both the ocean and city views.

Had a great time! Condo, is in a perfect location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants! I only had to drive twice in the 31 days I was here! Owners, management and staff, were great! Always available and helpful! I will be returning!

We had a fantastic time staying at Carol's place. It was everything described and more! Super comfortable, excellent location, quiet and safe building and just a few steps away from the beach. That balcony with the ocean view, sunsets and sunrises were an everyday must for us! Patricia and Carol were great to us making our stay possible and as comfortable as it was! We will come back soon for sure.! We are missing the place already. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay right on the beach. The property & many amenities were fabulous; especially the pool, gym & valet that were all included. Staff was very friendly & it was affordable. Many thanks to Caron, Patricia & Decoplage for going the distance and making it happen for us during Carona. 🙂

We highly recommend this property. We stayed there with our baby girl. The apartment is close to the beach and the shops on Lincoln Road. The building has nice amenities including a pool and a gym. Everything was very clean and kids-friendly. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has a great view of the beach. We will definitely come again.

It was a wonderful place to stay. If I wanted to be around people, it only required a two second walk outside. If I wanted to quiet time, the place was peaceful and stylish

We had a great stay here. Photos of the apartement and whole property are accurate. It is very clean and very cosy. This condo was as discribed, heated pool was wonderful and also the gym is very nice and clean, walking distance to Collins Avenue, bars, restaurants etc. Staff there is very kind and courteous. Many thanks for our great time in Miami Beach to our very kind and helpful host Caron and also to person the person at location, Patricia. We can’t wait to come back 😊

This place is truly amazing. As soon as you arrive at the building, you really understand how well located the appartment is. Being right at the beach, yet at the same time at the head of the main shopping and eating street allowed us to make very spontaneous decisions.
We were also impressed by the thorough security in the lobby, which by the way looks very chic. Overall the building seems well equipped with laundry rooms on each floor, valet parking, fitness center and of course the pool area with ocean view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Uncomplicated and friendly communication with the host.
The appartment itself feels very open and spaceous, the view is amazing. Lovely furniture, comfortable bed, nice and modern kitchen and bath. Very well equipped.
We can definitely recommend!
