Our stay was wonderful. The view, the firepit, location, number of beds were all great. We spanned many generation and had fun in the water as well as the great living space playing games when the weather was rainy.
We hope to stay here again.

We were so impressed with this property. It is within walking distance of everything in town, but the house is right on the lake, so it feels more remote and quiet. The house itself was immaculate and well-appointed, with everything we could have wanted or needed. The decor is 100% Montana, and done tastefully and beautifully. While there were only two of us, this is the perfect house for large families/family reunions, given the plethora of beds, three really nice full bathrooms, and the huge family room with multiple tables for playing games or eating. We would absolutely rent this beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located home again. Cannot imagine a more perfect place to enjoy Seeley Lake.

The property was clean, well maintained, and straightforward. It was perfect for a large group. Also, the owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this location.

Arrived to a clean, updated, beautiful house on the lake. The deck was so nice room for all. Was so nice to be able to dock our boat right there on our own private dock. Beds were all very comfortable. Large big screen tv in the family room. Walking distance to anywhere in town. I would highly recommend this place. The owner of the property Was quick to respond to any questions I had. Very helpful.

For our family, this property was perfect -- especially great during COVID-19. The young adults were able to stay outside on designated areas for tents. We were able to dock the water sports boat just below the home. The large deck made it great to eat outside and play games in groups. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs very well. We have been vacationing at Seeley Lake every other year for 35 years. As our family has grown, we needed a larger home and were lucky enough to find Nicoll's Nest. We very much hope to return in 2022. A delightful property; well decorated, and felt like home.

Excellent location. Close to town with quick access to most things. Cabin (more like a home) was in great shape. Very clean and well taken care of. The views are terrific, and the home is right on the lake which is really a plus for our family. We have rented many homes on Seeley and this was our favorite. We hope to stay again soon.

Had an amazing two days with friends fishing and enjoying Sealy lake. Can’t wait to come back here

Lovely cabin theme home in the middle of Seeley Lake. We had everything we needed except the dishwasher was broken during our stay. Three beds in the loft are lined up head to toe in a pretty tight space but it worked out fine for our group. This place is hard to find in the winter. We never saw a sign and suspect is was buried in a pile of snow. A sign on the door or covered entryway would be helpful. Plenty of parking spaces.
