$ Milioni di dollari di vista sull'oceano Pacifico dalla nostra casa costruita su misura con la più grande piscina a sfioro nella zona di Uvita e meno di 1/2 miglio mentre il Tucano vola dall'oceano. Privacy sui nostri 13 acri con cascata di 35 piedi e solo 2. 5 miglia a negozi, ristoranti e banca, oltre a una maggiore sicurezza del custode per motivi in un'altra casa. La nostra casa di design Kincaid da 3.600 sf ha vista sull'oceano da ogni stanza, compresa la doccia della suite principale. La casa è circondata da giardini esotici con oltre 500 piante da fiore tropicali e alberi da frutto. Tutti i mobili sono realizzati su misura, diverse sculture in legno, piastrelle italiane su misura.
Questa casa è stata progettata da Kincaid per adattarsi a questo sito più spettacolare che molti dicono (incluso il provider di Internet) che ha le viste sull'oceano più incredibili che si possano trovare in tutto il Costa Rica.
I giardini e la casa sono meticolosamente mantenuti dal nostro giardiniere / addetto alla manutenzione.

It was an amazing trip. The pictures don't do the property justice and Del and Jeison were wonderful hosts. Loved being there, opening the four doors to the pool so the air could flow thru the entire house and just do our thing. The first trip up the mountain was intimidating but after the first time it was a piece of cake, even in dark and rain. Make sure you get a great 4x4 car... I ended up with a Toyota Land Cruiser (my request was a Prado) and it was a super impressive vehicle. We loved all the food we had (we went to Mystic Sushi 3 times!), the excursions we did (whale watching and waterfall tours), and the beaches were incredible... better than expected! Playa Hermosa was our go-to beach and it had amazing 6-14 ft waves the first day and the second day there were easily a few 18 foot waves... ones that as they are coming in you just begin laughing because you know it's going to just wipe you out! Amazing stay, highly recommended! Thanks again!

Beautiful house and property with cool breezes all day and night! We loved this house and our week in Uvita. It's got everything you need, and if you stumble upon anything you don't have the caretaker that lives a few minutes away will have it there in second. We felt very safe, and loved all the birds and wildlife. We even had a sloth hanging in a tree right by the pool. We became experts on driving the road and did so many wonderful things that Del recommended. Our highlight was probably the mangrove kayak tour.

I was looking for a place in the Uvita area to take my two sons 19 & 21 on a little pre-Christmas vacation.. I came across this beautiful home and the views of the playa ballena beach. From the moment we connected with the owner, we felt welcome. Del’s home was absolutely beautiful.! He even helped us arrange pick up from the airport to his town and with all the things that made our trip so easy and wonderful. Caretakers, Alex and Stephanie were warm and welcoming as well. She is a wonderful cook! We had a fabulous meal the first night of our stay prepared by Estephany. The home is perfectly situated close to everything from Beaches to waterfalls, excellent restaurants, supermarkets and other tours. The drive to and from the property is exciting and absolutely beautiful especially for those with a sense of adventure.The house is clean, tranquil, each room has a comfortable bed the views are stunning-it felt like home. Beautiful art all throughout and the swimming pool is perfect.Del arranged a wonderful horseback tour to the Nuyaca Falls for us and a fishing Trip.Alex helped me navigate the local area and the surf spots which were very close to the town.It’s a perfect home for a family stay- my only regret is I wish we could stay another week!We will be back soon!Thank you so very much Del, Alex and Estephany For making this a most memorable trip!!
