Questa unità si trova nel resort multiproprietà Worldmark ed è gestita da Wyndham, il gruppo di hotel numero 3 negli Stati Uniti (dopo Hilton e Marriott). Wyndham va oltre gli standard del settore per farci piacere, proprietari di Worldmark, in modo da estendere il loro contratto di gestione ogni anno. Questo resort a Kihei ha 200 unità che sono state appena ristrutturate pochi mesi fa e il team di pulizia e manutenzione le mantiene in perfetta forma. Sono stato fortunato ad accumulare molti punti ferie Worldmark ma non ho tempo di usarli tutti. Come miei ospiti avrai tutti i diritti e i privilegi dei proprietari regolari. Se qualcosa si rompe o si esauriscono le necessità di cucina e bagno, è sufficiente chiamare la reception e si prenderanno cura di tutto immediatamente. Il resort si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a una grande spiaggia, Kamaole 1, molto tranquilla e adatta ai bambini. Il resort offre anche una bella piscina all'aperto, una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina per bambini, aree barbecue e centri fitness e ricreativi. Non è consentito fumare all'interno dell'unità, non sono ammessi animali, deve avere almeno 21 anni per prenotare. Al momento del check-in, il resort chiederà una sospensione per danni alla carta di credito o debito, completamente rimborsabile.

The beach is right across the street, ABC store is right next-door, walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shops, and more. Best sunsets ever the pool and hot tub are great.

Nice two bedroom unit. Clean, plenty of room. The pool, hot tub, and workout facilities were very nice. We really liked the Kihei location, right across the street from beach, and we were also able to easily walk to 3 nice restaurants for dinners during our stay.

My family had a great stay at this property. Fun pool for the kids, large well-equipped gym and steps from the beach. Also very conveniently located to shopping and plenty of dining options. A great getaway spot and genuine value.

The unit was not real clean which means they don’t give their staff enough time to clean units and don’t pay them enough. The carpet kept our feet black we own a carpet cleaning company and saw a guy carrying a product we use for urine damage but it’s not for cleaning carpets. That explains why they’re not clean and get your feet black. The twin beds were a nightmare. You can feel the coils. There weren’t enough towels and the staff are instructed to be really frugal. They said in the description that they start you with toilet paper and paper towels and you know what that means! The wall plates and door handles and the walls and doors around them are all dirty. For the price we paid I expected a lot nicer

We just got back from another wonderful trip to Maui. We stayed at the resort with 5 adults and we had plenty of space. We were lucky to have an ocean view with a close proximity to the pool. The pool was great and we were a block away from the beach. I will for sure book this property again!

The Woodmark resort is right across a good beach, walking distance from several stores and restaurants, so the location is really great. We enjoyed more than once a beautiful sunset there.
The condo itself is clean and spacious, but done on the inexpensive side. The bed mattresses were good, which was important for us. It has basic necessities, i.e. plates, cups, utensils, a few pots and pans, beach towels, and we got some additional blankets to use when we went to volcano for the sunrise.
However, since it is managed by Wyndham (big hotel company), it is a hotel after all and does not feel like home. Things that are usually present in vacation home: cooking oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper (there was a tiny set of those that would be enough to spice one or two dishes), various odds and ends in the kitchen to make it usable; beach gear like chairs, umbrella, coolers - all this was lacking. I cooked a few times during our stay and had to buy oil, salt, plastic wrap, etc. to make it possible.
Another issue is that you are assigned whatever unit is available at the time of your check-in. We got a unit with lanai overlooking a parking lot and we used it mostly for keeping our snorkeling gear there. It had a table and chairs but the view was not enticing at all.
For the money we paid it was disappointing.

The pool and also the rentals desk were closed due to Covid - this hadn't been communicated. Also we ended up having to leave early due to Covid, and are struggling to find reimbursement for the 3 days we didn't use. If possible, any help would be appreciated - thanks!

Hawaiian perfect
This is the third time we have stayed at this property, there is no better value in Hawaii. It’s across the street from one of the best beaches, close to a huge ABC store that will have everything you might need. The beach rental store is in that same building. It has umbrellas, chairs, boards and snorkeling gear for the cheapest price on the islands. The food trucks that park in front on the hotel are fantastic. Aloha

Kamaole/Kihei Paradise
This was a great property in the Kamaole/Kihei location. Directly across the street from Kamaole I and easy access to II. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping in South Kihei and easily walk-able for dinners and shopping.
Unit was very clean, slept our family of 5 very comfortably. Units are slightly dated, but very well maintained with everything in working order. Excellent amenities at the resort, great pool, lounge chairs, ping pong, workout room. Expedia Activities advisers on site, which we used to book a snorkeling trip to Molokini.
Highly recommend.

Best VRBO stay ever. Lots of amenities and attention to details to make it a perfect stay
Good location in Maui. The unit we stayed was clean and comfortable. The murphy bed was a great idea.... and does not rely on a sofa bed to accommodate a couple of kids. Kitchen well stocked with spice packets, coffee filters for our entire stay. All bedrooms have AC, not just the living room. We didn't experience any high pressure time share pitch (as opposed to previous reviews for this place. The two food trucks + shaved ice van parked against the street next to WorldMark are great deals if you don't want to go out for dinner.

Quite nice but dated
Semi renovated resort with friendly staff and nice pool area. Resort had plenty of parking and was clean and had well kept grounds. BBQs were scraped and wiped clean every morning by maintenance and supplies for the room are available from 8 to 4 at the housekeeping building. Rooms had new carpet (but not particularly clean) and tiling, decent stove and microwave but our fridge was leaking water into the main compartment. We just put a pot to catch the water as we didn't want to change rooms with 3 kids. Bathroom fans were super noisy as well. Beds are super soft but not lumpy, murphy bed had the firmest mattress in the suite. Good price for the size you get and directly across from beach. Some Beach toys can be found in the pool area left by previous guests, including a few pairs of flip flops that really shouldn't be in there.....
3 food trucks are located on the street beside the resort and they don't disappoint. The Thai one is a bit pricey and the other truck, Kinaole Grill has to die for Calamari with some of the best spicy mayo ever. Shaved ice is the third truck you'll find there.

Beautiful resort with great amenities
Property was as described. Resort was responsive to our inquiries. We love to snorkel, and the resort rented the gear for half of what the shops did. Pool and spa were great. The unit was clean and large enough for 6 people. Resort will refresh bath and beach towels as often as you want, and will provide extra soap and detergent as needed. We will definitely stay here again!
The only issue we had while there was the shower in the master was not done correctly and flooded the floor. Maintenance came in the next day and fixed the issue. Everyone there was very nice.

Perfect getaway
Great place! Clean, well maintained, and definitely in the right spot. I am a maui native and wanted to stay closer to the beach while visiting family. I would stay here again.

Great condo and perfect location
This place was better than I had expected. The 2 bed 2 bath condo was clean, had a full kitchen, was recently updated, had ac and slept 6 comfortably. It is real close to stores and restaurants. There was a Shaved ice and a Thai food truck right off the property. There's a Super nice staff. And it was directly across the street from Kamaole 1 beach. I can't wait to get back to the Worldmark. Don't hesitate to book this condo.

Wonderful family vacation!!
We spent 10 days at Worldmark and it's wonderful. The staffs were all helpful, professional, and just wonderful to work. They showed me where to go to eat, which beach to go to with the family, where to shop, etc. The owner was very very sweet. He was able to help us rearrangement our trip because of some family issues. He was always prompt in returning all of my questions. Checking in was so easy. He was a pleasure to work with. We arrived earlier than the check in time but they offered to keep our luggage there and even give us a key to the rest area and we were able to take the kids swimming while we wait. Looking forward to coming back soon and staying here again. Everything was within walking distance for us. The ABC store was less than 2 mins walk away. Walking to the beach was less than 5 mins. it was very very close. When you walk toward the beach, you can either turn left or right and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There are two food trucks that are in front of the condo. Both are very good. We actually ate there a few times during our stay since it's so convenience and very good. We went around Maui and we think that Kihei was best for us since we love to walk around, the beach is right there, their pool is big and nice and clean, the kids loves it, restaurant are everywhere. We were able to drive everywhere and it wasn't that far off. We went to the plantation, swapmeet, Feast of Lele, and the aquarium. All a must do when you get here! I have nothing but good things to say about Worldmark and the owner. Thank you for making our trip stressfree and fun! Can't wait to come back! thanks for everything!
