This place is gorgeous Just like the pictures I was in communication with Jennifer all the time She want to make sure that everything was OK .it is 24 hour security and the people in the building is very nice this is gonna be my new spot in juan dolió my kids feel like home and I really like that they got everything that you need apartment If you want to relax have fun with your family this is the right place to go

Our family vacation to DR was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay in Juan Dolio. The views were breathtaking and the place felt like home. Jennifer was great! The staff was very helpful and I loved the fact that they had 24 hour security. Thank you so much Jennifer for making our vacation a great one! Can't wait to go back!

We lived in the DR many years ago and came back for an extended visit. We were so lucky to find and stay for the full month of February in Jennifer's condo. It was all that we hoped it would be!! Spacious, quiet, and right on the beach. We spent our days beachcombing, cooking food in the nice kitchen and eating on the beautiful patio, or eating in fantastic restaurants close by. Took lots of side trips to Bayahibe, Boca Chica, Santo Domingo, and Santiago. The condo location is perfect for getting around the DR. Our best memories will be the kindness of the staff and other owners at the condo, the security and service, beautiful sunsets, buying fresh fruits and vegetables everyday, and overall, just relaxing and getting away from the craziness of life. Jennifer was great to deal with and we will never forget all that she did to make this trip memorable for my husband and I. Don't hesitate to stay here. It's the BEST and we hope we can come back soon!

My family of 5 and my mother-in-law had a great 8 nights at Jennifer's place. First, the view from the balcony is great to wake up to every morning and relax to in the evening. We enjoyed the private beach area for night time strolls and snorkeling (best spot is off to the right near the bent coconut tree and off the end of the concrete jetty). The condo is filled with families with kids and all were super friendly. The staff were very helpful though most did not speak much English. New Years eve there was an informal party and they shot fireworks right off the pool area - great way to kickoff the new year! The condo is very roomy and clean. It is not luxury, but full of family comfort. With any area of high humidity, some things show rust, but the unit is in fine shape. We cooked quite a few meals and for breakfast (as we often find outside the US), free range eggs has the bright orange color yoke and taste so much better. Jennifer was super responsive via WhatsAp even though she was on her own vacation elsewhere. She was full of great suggestions and were quick to answer any questions. I would suggest a car to get the most from your stay - there isn't too much within walking distance. Juan Dolio is equal distance to Santo Doming and La Romana/Cayahibe and convenient to both areas. Zona Colonial is a must - we enjoyed Pat'e Palo (the oldest Tavern in the new world) and the popsicles at Paletas Bajo Cero are the bomb! The Three Eyes park and the Botanical Garden (esp the Japanese Garden) are also worth a visit. The Chu Chu Colonial is a nice relaxing overview and we enjoyed making our own chocolate bars at the Kah Kow chocolate workshop We also enjoyed the rum tour at Ron Barcelo just north of San Pedro de Macoris - very informative and excellent rums. Altos de Chavon at Casa de Campo was decorated for the holidays and when the lights came on in the evening, it was magical. The Caves of Wonder was worth the short 1 hour visit and while they officially say no photos, the guides were tolerant if you snuck a few in without flash with your phone. 8-) We went on the Seavis Nature Complete tour and it was excellent. Really good snorkeling off Isla Catalina and a River cruise up Rio Chavon, and then visit the their Tanama Jungle Ranch. We drove to their office in Cayahibe, but they can also provide transport for additional fee from Juan Dolio. For a relaxing and fun family vacation, I would highly recommend Jennifer's place!
