A great house in a fabulous location! The best one in Turtle View, large private outdoor space, with a fab plunge pool. It lived up to my hopes, the photos are v accurate. The houses are set in wonderful gardens and you feel extremely safe. Maureen was readily available for any questions or concerns we had.
Some of the patio furniture needs replacing as it is a little worn but that is easily sorted.
I will definitely be recommending the property to friends and returning myself.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the property over the Christmas period. It was exactly as shown in the pictures - maybe even better in person! The outside area / table was perfect. We ate breakfast out there every day. The beach was then walking distance with sun beds you could purchase, a local beach bar and the Lone Star and another restaurant in walking distance. We also made use of the local busses which came every few minutes just outside the property.
We couldn't recommend it more. It was very reasonably priced and we are very much hoping to stay there again later this year.

We had a great stay in Barbados. The private backyard with plunge pool was awesome and the larger shared pool was right outside our front door and we pretty well had it to ourselves. The property was far enough back from the main road that it was nice and quiet but close enough for a quick walk to go to the beach or jump on the bus (definitely recommend the bus for the fun experience and affordable way to get around!).
We definitely needed to hop into town quickly after we arrived to stock up on basics (toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, salt, cooking oil, etc) so future guests should definitely expect to do some early shopping.
This was our first time to Barbados and we found the people to be amazingly friendly and helpful.

Cannot recommend this property highly enough.
Perfectly situated just 5 minute stroll from an idyllic beach. 5 minute drive from the nicest town on the island.
Beautiful villa in a secure complex. Everything you would ever need including well needed air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Communication was superb and we cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
Thanks for making our paradise holiday one to remember.

Ideally peaceful in Barbados
10 Turtle View was the perfect place for our stay while in Barbados. All aspects of the property were inviting from the thoughtful airy white ocean inspired decor to the private splash pool and the well maintained landscaping around the villa. We used the splash pool everyday and the community pool often as well. The villa itself was lovely, clean and spacious with high ceilings equipped with ceiling fans, plus AC and all the amenities we needed (full kitchen, wifi, TV). The location is ideal, situated on the West Coast, just a few minutes walk to very beautiful and calm beaches and a few restaurants. It was a short drive to really nice shopping and local restaurants in Holetown as well. We loved our stay here.

No 10 is a lovely large property in a fantastic location. We felt very comfortable there and although there were a couple of things we had to speak with Maureen about, her brother came over straight away and sorted things out. Although you are next to the communal pool you are not overlooked at all and the plunge pool again is private - some of the villas in the complex have their plunge pools directly off the communal gardens which are more open to view. No 10 is much better. Overall a great place to stay. One comment I would make is that the third bedroom is quite small - it has twin beds but only a small childs wardrobe, so for 2 adults I think that room would be a struggle. 4 adults in the property with two primary age children would be fine. We also very much appreciated the ability to check out later than normal as no-one was coming in when we left - that made a huge difference. Thank you Gemma. Would happily recommend a stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Great location, roomy and perfect for our family of five. The plunge pool was a great asset...when it is 30 degrees this was just the ticket for cooling down.
Overall this was a great find. We have told our friends so it might be a bit more popular!

Really enjoyed our stay at this villa . Location very good , only 10 minutes on the local bus to Holetown . (It is a walkable distance,also)10 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach , bars & restaurant, Lonestar (great food !).
Only thing I would say is , air con would be good in the lounge / dinning room.( Has 2 sets of folding doors)Upstairs , all bedrooms have it 😊 The patio area is great as it has a ceiling fan , lovely & cool ! We all really enjoyed our stay (4 adults).

We hired a car and Holetown is only 3 minutes away but the local bus stops are just on the main road if you’re not driving. Don’t forget to visit Ju Ju’s bar on the beach great bar snacks and a great place to take in a sunset and cocktail.

Great stay at Turtle View Barbados
We enjoyed our stay at Turtleview it was a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, and the bus route, Holetown was just a short 5 minute bus ride. 11 Fabulous Days
Lovely accommodations, just like the pictures -- landscaping even more lush. Private & safe. It was super being able to simply cross street & snorkel on the best beach. Drove all over the island, did Harrison's Cave, Oistin's Friday Fry & enjoyed gorgeous mall in Holetown & luxury movie theater there. Security deposit was returned promptly the morning of our departure. Have traveleld the Caribbean & Hawaii numerous times & would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Would do it again in a heartbeat!
We enjoyed our weeklong stay at 10 Turtle View; more than relaxing it was a wonderful visit. The home is beautifully decorated, well maintained and very clean. The area is a safe and secure small gated community and a very close walk to a beautiful beach. The plunge pool and the community pool were perfect for a quick dip or lounging. No crowds here! Within walking distance down the beach to the Fairmount Hotel for a wonderful lunch, dinner or drink or more casual JuJus or the Lone Star restaurant were enjoyed. We had no difficulty obtaining our security deposit in full from Mr. Templeton. Thank you a great time!

Deposit
Be informed that the owner of this rental is not honest and does not keep his word.My wife and i stayed there in July/August.We live in the states and sent $4500 for the month plus $300 deposit.He insisted we send the money by bank transfer which cost us about $100.The owner said he would repay us for the cost of the transfer when he return our deposit.Well it has been over 4 months and i have sent countless e mails to Mr.Templeton and he flat refuses to return my deposit.I did not want to write a negitive review but i have begged Mr. Templeton for months now to return our deposit to no avail so i though i would let everyone now what kind of man you are dealing with.
This review has nothing to do with the way we were treated at the Apt.The service was great and the caretaker was wonderful and very helpfull in every way.Just be aware of the fact that you could have a hard time getting your deposit back.

Fabulous 3 Bedroom Town House in a Great Location - property #290685
We stayed here in April 2010.
Well appointed house in the St.James district of Barbados, nice decor and very well maintained with lovely gardens and swimming pool(s); situated 100 yds from a really nice beach.
V.good location and close to good restaurants & amenities etc., is also a short walk from the bus stop if guests want to use the reliable bus service.
Good on-site property management service and the owner was very helpful.
I'd recommend this property and would stay at this house again.
