Questo grande studio si affaccia su un bellissimo cortile con fontana all'ingresso e sulla parte anteriore della proprietà, in una grande oasi succulenta lussureggiante! All'interno c'è un letto queen size fatto a mano, divano e sedia con poggiapiedi, scrivania con sedia e lampada, grande cabina armadio, pavimento in sughero, TV a schermo piatto con cavo, bagno recentemente rinnovato con piano in pietra caesar, lettino pieghevole , frigorifero e armadi. Goditi Santa Barbara da questa posizione centrale! È inoltre possibile godere di eccellenti sentieri escursionistici dietro la proprietà nella riserva di San Marcos Foothill!

The Palace fit our vacation needs perfectly. It is very comfortable, has beautiful views and the location is great. Christina and Michael were very welcoming and knowledgable about Santa Barbara. We will come back.

This is an magnificent property and comfortable studio to spend a few restful nights in. The setting is quiet and well located to enjoy Santa Barbara. Christine and Michael were very attentive and welcoming and we plan to return. Carol and Fred

We loved the Palace - beautiful and comfortable space in the gorgeous backdrop of the Foothills. It felt just enough ‘away’ to be peaceful but a quick 10 min to downtown. Our hosts were also very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at this studio! It is very spacious and extremely cozy. Check in process was very easy. We arrived later in the day, unloaded our bags and had a look around, the pics in the listing do not do it justice. We had plans for the evening and could not wait to get back. Someone was at the main house during our stay but they did not bother us at all and had the garage door not been opened we wouldn't have even noticed they were there. During our stay it was very quiet and peaceful. The place was clean, plenty of blankets, towels, and it had the basic necessities to cook a meal (we didn't cook during our stay). We did use the fridge and it worked perfectly fine. There was only two of us but there is lots of room for maybe a total of 3-4 people..... We would love to return and stay here again.

We loved our time in Santa Barbara! This studio was in a great location because one felt far removed from any busy streets or busy nightlife, but we could drive within minutes to great restaurants, the botanic garden and even the ocean. Plenty of room for a couple—really enjoyed the extra space near the bathroom to store our luggage and clothes. Although we dined out each evening, the kitchen was stocked so that it would be easy to prepare dinners etc. The neighborhood was very pretty with lots of beautiful landscaping. We would definitely visit again.

Clean and well stocked stay for a weekend trip my boo and I had for the Memorial Day weekend! Location was beautiful and close enough to many sites within Santa Barbara.
Check in process was super easy. Would absolutely recommend this place to others in the future or even stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location is great because it is close to downtown Santa Barbara and Goleta, where our college daughter lives. Yet, being up in the hills with a gorgeous succulent garden and fountain makes it feel secluded, private. (We were the only people there in the house as far as I could tell.) The unit had everything we needed kitchen-wise and it had enough furnishings (a chaise and a couch) so our family of four could have family movie night. (We brought our Roku stick from home.) The bed is a Murphy bed, so it’s adequate in terms of comfort. We would stay here again.

Great location - wine tour picked us up at the property (sometimes you have to meet at a central location), easy to get to everything in and around Santa Barbara, close to great hiking. Beautiful neighborhood.
Great communication with hosts - gave us privacy but also quick to respond to our requests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on.
Would definitely stay here again!

Northern Santa Barbara blissfulness
A calm peaceful place to unwind and decompress. Unbelievable succulent garden, and gentle fountain water sounds added to the relaxing atmosphere. It was perfectly located for my art workshop in Goleta and Isla Vista. 5 star all around

The hosts were awesome, very responsive and respected our privacy. We spent nights at the Palace and enjoyed a couple do candlelight dinners in the courtyard. The studio had everything we needed during the visit and was comfortable/spacious.

Great location, nice and quiet neighborhood. The studio is much bigger than the pictures. Very well stocked with everything you might need.

The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful. My only suggestion would be is to have a couple of chairs and a small table for wine in the evening or coffee in the morning.
We enjoyed our stay there and would gladly stay there again.

Great neighborhood
Nice spot, just don't miss the driveway. I missed the turn and went up the road to turn around and had a neighbor in a jeep block the road and harrass us about where we were going. My wife was scared by this encounter, but once we ended up getting there everything was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay
We had a very pleasant stay. This is a charming, quiet, clean studio located in a very nice neighborhood. We did not put up the Murphy bed, there was enough room for us with it down. It is a short walk to to a trailhead into the San Marcos Foothills Preserve. The fountain and the gardens are very nice. There is off street parking. The hosts were very nice.

Wonderful peaceful getaway
Beautiful property and very comfortable rental. Great to get away to for a few days. Michael and Christina are friendly, excellent hosts, thoughtful in all that is needed in the space for a guest to stay. It was more equipped for cooking than I realized from the listing. The bed was comfortable. The desk was useful for doing a little work while I was there. I'd love to stay again.

Santa Barbara getaway
We take a yearly trip to the central coast and always stop off at Santa Barbara for a few days. The “Palace” is located in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodations are clean and very comfortable. We will continue to stay here every year.

Cute Studio by the foothills
We really enjoyed our weekend at the Palace. It was located in a cute neighbourhood away from the main part of town which was great especially during covid times. The studio was clean and comfortable and ideal for a weekend getaway.
