We loved our stay here; the ocean is visible from every room! We drove to both Pensacola and Gulf Shores and loved the central location this stay offered. The heated pool is a great option for days the weather isn't great, and its being outside near the beach is lovely.

We loved our week here at Perdido Key and this lovely rental. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely reccommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. We have stayed in numerous condos and this is the first one that actually had a pantry for us to put our groceries in which was nice. The location is ideal with a couple of restaurants across the street. Bubba, the owner was great to deal with and also has a 3 bedroom unit there. (Unit 716)

Everything was great but they could use a different cleaning company. Mold has taken over and only just wiped down no deep cleaning. Needs new pillow cases and new shower heads. One tub didnt drain well. We still had an amazing time.

I would imagine there is a company cleaning this property and the owner isn't around to check on them. The blinds were so dirty in the bathroom it looked like bugs were nesting in them. The towels looked dirty, no dish cloths were supplied and dishes on the cabinets still had food on them and the cups were stacked still wet. The one luggage stand provided was broken. The washing machine had a towel that had mildewed so badly that when I opened the door I gagged. Over all, one of the most disappointing Vrbo properties we've experienced.

6th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was great. Convenient beach location with lots of great restaurants nearby.

This condo was great! The view from the master bedroom is beautiful, they have plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the condo for comfort and even left some laundry detergent pods for us to use which was great! The indoor pool at the condo was warm and awesome for our winter visit. We really enjoyed our stay! I will say the condo was a bit dirty, there was a lot of mold growing on the blinds in our shower. The owner mentioned they are coming soon for a deep clean though. They were very responsive and friendly!

Great location and clean. Loved the amenities that the Perdido Sun offered. Condo was nice and roomy. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony.

Everything was very spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. The views are amazing, but the nice thing about the angle of the building is, you don't get direct sun at any point in the day. And the balcony is covered enough that you can be outside even if raining. The shops and restaurants across the street are wonderful, and the beach views speak for themselves.

This property is right on the beach with great views from all rooms. Elevator and pool access are easy. No matter what the weather brings, there is lots to see and do. Great restaurant and entertainment venues are within 1 to 5 miles. .We were especially glad for the heated indoor pool and hot tub as the days were a bit chilly. Our stay was very enjoysble. We are already planning to return.

This is our second stay and it was perfect once again! So nice to have an indoor pool for the chilly days during our stay. Great sized condo very updated and great beach access! Highly recommend! Great owner experience too!

the perdido sun is a smaller set of condos. however, the size enables a shorter walk to the beach and a more intimate feel. it is one of the few that has an indoor pool

We have vacationed in Perdido Key & stayed at Perdido Sun for the past 5 years. This unit was our favorite so far. Everything was just as described & pictured. The owner was very easy to work with & was quick to respond if there was a question. We very much appreciated the ease of the process & had a great vacation.

Perdido Beach
Property was exactly as described. Contacted the owner about a couple of things & he was very quick to answer our questions. The property was very clean, pools were nice & it was right across the street from the Jellyfish & Paul's pizza.

My husband and I love staying in Perdido to visit our daughter who is in the Navy at NAS Pensacola. We have stayed at other condos but this location was perfect!!!! And affordable!!!! Our daughter loved getting to stay with us too! Plus it’s close to NAS using the West gate once you have your pass. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Bubba was so easy to work with! Our daughter should be leaving Pensacola soon, but if we ever need to return would stay at this condo!!!!!

This was the best condo rental we have ever booked! The owner was very friendly and responsive and the condo was awesome!! Beautiful location, very spacious and very clean as well. Close to great restaurants (across the street) and 5 miles or so away from anything else you need. We even had a visit from the Blue Angels while dining on the balcony! Great for Navy Families!

Felt like a piece of paradise
This was our first time using VRBO and our first time to the area. I was nervous I might walk into a shack and that the pictures were just a decoy to get a rental. But this place is the real deal! The view each morning was picture perfect, even on a cloudy day. The rental process was seamless and the owners information was detailed and thorough. The property was perfect, super clean, and in a great location with the beach out the door and good restaurants nearby too. We can’t wait to come back this way in the future. When we do, I’ll be reaching out to check rental rates and availability, as this place was fabulous!

Communications with host was excellent. Check-in/out was super simple. Condo was exactly as advertised and very clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals at home. Location can't be beat as you are on the beach. Wifi was strong. Overall, excellent accommodations and we will definitely try to rent again if we come back.

This is one of my favorite condo units that we have stayed in. We have been coming to the OB area for 20 years, and this was top 5! Very clean, accessible, and a perfect location. Bubba was so very nice and attentive.
