è un mini appartamentino, super accessoriato, non manca nulla. ci è sembrato di essere in una casa piccolissima tipica di Tokyo. la mattina è molto luminosa e silenziosa

il servizio: tutto gestito da remoto, abbiamo fatto check in in autonomia. è stato un continuo di messaggi con la lista delle cose da NON fare (es. non disturbare dopo le 22, prima di lasciare la stanza lavare tutte le stoviglie, mandare un messaggio quando si fa il check out altrimenti ti accreditano ulteriori costi, attenzione a come buttare l’immondizia). basterebbe lasciare istruzioni chiare dentro casa

- Top location, 15 minutes walking distance to Shinjuku Station. - If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, you could rather leave your stuff in the open area inside the house or bring your stuff to the office, which isn't far away from the house. The staff is friendly. - The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with locals. - There are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the area. - Uncomplicated self-check-in. Entrance and apartment doors are controlled with PINs. - The apartment is tiny, like the general apartments here in Tokyo Center, but it's equipped with all the necessary things you might need during your stay.

- The only thing that might bother me would be the fact that there's only one sink. You have to brush your teeth and wash your face and hands in the kitchen. But it's not a big deal; it's just a little bit uncomfortable without a mirror. - No elevator is available, and the stairs to the upper floor are narrow. So, if you get the apartment upstairs and travel with a large suitcase, Be aware that you will do some weight training.

Pulito, essenziale, confortevole. Anche la zona merita: tranquilla a due passi dal Chaos di Shinjuku

Great location. Amenities, coffee and tea in the room. All appliances were modern. I liked the self check-in process. Also super quiet, we slept like babies Would visit again!

Quite small but it's just right for a couple No bathroom sink, we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink :D but that's ok. Small bed for tall people

Had absolutely everything we needed for our 4 night stay, from kitchen to bathroom, the space was fully equipped, cosy and quaint. An easy 20min walk from two JR stations, made getting around very easy.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making communicating stress-free. The apartment itself had everything you need and was made to feel comfortable instead of purely functional. A quiet spot only a few minutes walk from the necessary shops as well as a delightful bakery and cafes.

While it wasn’t a problem during my stay due to early starts, you could hear showers, kettles, ect through the apartment walls that were not always kept to the quiet hours. However I feel this is something you would find in most hotels and is not necessarily a fault of the owners.
