La nostra unità del 1807 si trova al 18 ° piano del Sundestin Beach Resort che offre molte qualità uniche che sono Destin, FL. Questo grattacielo di 18 piani è uno dei più visitati di Destin. Il complesso del Sundestin Beach Resort è estremamente invitante, rilassante e molto divertente. SUNDESTIN is a very nice property located directly on the Gulf. The 18th floor condo was very nicely appointed with all the comforts necessary for our 6 week stay, the views from the balcony are “pinch me beautiful “. The Southern exposure gave us gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. On cooler days you could sun bath on the balcony because it was protected from any breeze and the sun made it feel warm even if temps were in the 50’s.
Jason is fantastic to work with and responds quickly when we had any questions. Definitely a wonderful getaway for anyone!

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous...we loved waking up to it everyday! Checking in at the desk couldn't have been easier. Plus all the amenities like the bar/restaurant, hot tub, gift shop, pools etc. And the fact that we were right on the beach! Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed! Would love to stay here again!

Everything was on point as listed. Spacious, clean room, beautiful view, sound of the ocean all night, central to everything. Staff was terrific. Will definitely be back!

Favorite thing is the VIEW from 18 floor incredible! Also nice getting a Bushwacher yummy drink from bar downstairs! Forgot my hairdryer got 1 loaned from desk! Bed was comfy! Check out easy! Great communication with Jason! 5 stars!

The view was great. Top floor we could see sharks, dolphins, and sting rays from our balcony. The 2 half baths was great for getting ready in the morning.

I just want to say that this condo made our stay perfect and memorable. The 18th floor worked out great for us because you could enjoy morning coffee on the spacious balcony while watching the porpoises and the rays play in the surf views from this room are spectacular. very clean very comfortable condominium. That felt just like home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know. Thank you for the experience.

Overall, a very nice property. Very clean! Furniture and bed were comfortable. As mentioned in the listing, extra toilet paper, salt/pepper/spices are not included, so make sure those are added to your packing list. Wifi worked great. We work remotely, so that was important to us. Laundry facilities were close by the room. Cost $5 per load(wash & dry). There is a change machine available in the lobby. Views from the balcony are great and a quick walk to the beach. We saw sharks in the mornings...very cool!! We enjoyed our time at the resort and this unit specifically fit our needs for a 3 night stay.

This condo has been updated with all the modern furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Everyone working in the building is very friendly and helpful.

Condo has been remolded very nice. Great space. Beautiful view from balcony of the ocean. Great location. Check in process went smoothly. We had a small problem with something but the host was quick to respond and get it taken care of in a timely manner. We will definitely want to stay again if we decide to come to Destin again.

We arrived to find the condo exactly as pictured and described. The view is perfect! We were able to see dolphins, stingrays and a few sharks from the balcony in the early mornings. We were there for my daughter’s destination wedding and needed stress relief and we had the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. We would stay there again and highly recommend this property to anyone! Plus, Jason responded very quickly about various questions I had. He is great to work with through the entire process.

The property was average. The carpets in the main room were old and gross probably truly needs replaced. Also the thermostat kept kicking down to 60 degrees in the middle of the night so watch out for that. Other than that, the property was good. Very convenient to all locations in Destin and especially to the beach. We could leave our room and be down at the beach 5 minutes tops. Pool and hot tub situation at the resort is not the best. Small and not well cleaned. Restaurant inside the building also smelled like puke all week and multiple guests were complaining.

Have no complaints, the room was great, bed comfortable, very clean and the view was the best part. Celebrated our 29th Anniversary and it was everything we could have hoped for.

Property was nice however the children splash pad was not working and very outdated. This was a big reason we chose this property so that was very disappointing. It’s an older facility however it was clean.

The property was excellent and the staff was amazing. The beaches were of course beautiful! Traffic was very busy getting into and out of resort. The surrounding restaurants closed early forcing that mad rush to dinner. Our favorite seafood spot was The Shack and our favorite upscale restaurant was Ruth’s Chris Steak House. It was a great week!

The property was very clean and beautiful. We loved the top floor over looking the beach. Couldn’t check in until 4 but was hoping to get in a little earlier. The sofa bed was not comfortable. We will remember to bring more toilet paper and paper towels next time. We highly recommend this condo.

very nice view of beach
Nice place, furniture from Walmart close outs, had to ration
(paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, kitchen towels),until we could diver to store and use up half of a vacation day. Very nice place with great views, but for a big price to stay there very penny pinching on such common items. Please add $20.00 to over price and provide common items.

Extremely pleased... property owner answered questions quickly...place is very nice...views from the 18th floor were amazing...we watched dolphins swimming just feet off the beach everyday...great location and so much to do within minutes of location...the beaches were amazing and clean... can't come up with any negatives...next time we come to Destin we will absolutely stay here again

The Sundestin was a great place to stay with balconies that allow for incredible ocean views. Our VRBO host gave us all the info we needed for making ourselves at home, making for a wonderful vacation.
