Goditi la vita nel deserto in questa casa a 2 piani con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni situata nell'Oasi, una comunità chiusa di oltre 55 anni vicino al Menifee Lakes Country Club. Soffitti alti, pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica e ventilatori a soffitto ti mantengono fresco. Camera familiare con camino a gas e centro di intrattenimento incorporato. Nuova pavimentazione Pergo nelle camere da letto. Master suite ha porte scorrevoli verso il patio coperto e camino esterno. Bagno padronale ha cabina doccia con soffione a pioggia. La camera è sul lato opposto della casa per la privacy. Den / ufficio ha un divano letto con (2) letti singoli, se necessario. L'isola all'aperto dispone di barbecue a gas, lavandino e frigorifero con spazio per otto persone per cenare, rendendo la cena all'aperto un gioco da ragazzi. Goditi questo paradiso privato con un bicchiere di vino mentre ti rilassi in piscina o spa ascoltando la cascata di roccia. Per comodità c'è una doccia esterna e un bagno. Esercitati a indossare green privato. Shopping e ristoranti si trovano a meno di 1 miglio di distanza. Le attrazioni di Orange County e San Diego County sono facilmente raggiungibili in entrambe le direzioni.

Debbie the owner is awesome, she has thought of everything, you might need for your stay. Beautiful, perfectly the cleanest VBRO ever....The moment you walk in you fall in Love. The Pool, enjoyed sunrises over the mountains, and you also get to check out the Hot Air Balloons in the morning. Enjoy 😊

Easy living home with great amenities all within your own backyard!. All stores, food choices, shopping and other community options less than (2) miles away. A great long term rental option!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in this 55+ Community called Oasis. The home owner was wonderful to work with. Pictures hardly give it justice. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare all our meals, and is very spacious. A very comfortable setting.
The outdoor space and amenities made this a very special vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, pool during the days... the Mt. and golf course views. Though we are not golfers we found ourselves spending much time competing on the 7 hole putting green. The outdoor kitchen, fireplace and grill were unique bonus that we have never experience in our dozen plus homes we have rented over the past 8 years. We are very excited to be returning next winter.

We have enjoyed staying at this property for the last two winters. The house is very well maintained and well-stocked. It is roomy and comfortable. The back yard is the star of this property. It is truly an oasis with beautiful golf course views, a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fireplace and multiple seating areas. We enjoyed the putting green even though it needs a little repair. The only thing that would have made it better is if the pool wasn’t heated!!! Debbie is very easy to work with, and she is always available if needed. Hopefully, we can stay here again.
