Beds were comfortable . Towels were plentiful ! Pool was fabulous ! Hot tub was amazing ! The inside was decorated exceptionally! The outside space was just incredible … pictures didn’t do it justice . All types of sitting lounging areas … sun shade daytime nighttime … didn’t even rent a boat bc we had such a great time in our oasis here!

We had a very pleasant time and loved the yard and pool area. It was very relaxing and loved sitting in upperdeck reading and lounging by the pool while kiddos swam. Definitely recommend, the house itself is cozy and had what we needed and beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we arrived.

Easily one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of staying at and I've been booking through VRBO for many years and have stayed in several very nice homes. The property felt like a private resort and we barely felt the need to leave. The beach is close and is a nice sand beach with is rare in the keys. The neighborhood is very nice and the grocery store is right down the road. A friend joined us with her small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect. Will definitely return to this property.

The house was well maintained and spotless. Since we were part of a group we mainly just slept at the house. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located. I would rent it again next time we need an extra house.

The house is in great location, close to beach and grocery stores. Outside area with pool, dock, cabana, hot tub and outdoor shower is very nice!

We loved everything about this home! Everything was clean and exactly as mentioned in the listing. We had four teenagers with us and they loved everything about this place. In fact, I think they spent more time outside than in! We also loved the beach area just a short walk down the road. We made some great memories and hope to be back again!

House is in a great location, close to beach and Publix. Pool area was so nice, surrounded by palms and lush foliage. My son and I saw a huge manatee surface right in front of us while looking at the canal. I would definitely stay again.

The home is lovely and sufficiently equipped. The master shower could use some updating. The outside deck and pool area is awesome- quiet and relatively private. There is plenty of seating areas and shade. Not much negative to say - the cushions for the chaise lounges were shabby and torn and hopefully have been replaced, The beach is a short walk.

Much to be desired in terms of overall experience. The pool was dirty when we arrived and cleaned later in the evening. The kitchen is really small, has one baking sheet, and not really a sufficiently stocked kitchen. We had to buy a sponge to clean the dishes. This is not really that big of a deal as we knew we’d have to buy additional cleaning products for the length of our stay. It’s just the little things that all add up to make the experience not as good as we had hoped considering the cost of the rental. The sofa bed was broken. Thankfully we had traveled with two cots. Had we not, we would have had kids on the floor. The TVs didn’t have remotes that worked, the towels were worn and tattered and extremely thin. The beds were comfortable but the frames squeaked every time we turned over or moved and all of the fans clicked on even the lowest setting making it impossible to sleep with them on. The dishwasher wasn’t anchored into the countertop and the bottom drawer completely rolled out of the opened door and onto the floor. The dryer made a terrible noise and could not be run at night and as we were leaving we discovered that the hall toilet leaked out of the outside pipe and onto our friends’ car that was parked and charging underneath. Needless to say, I’d recommend anyone considering this rental check with the host to be sure these things have been addressed before spending the money. The space itself is nice (outside of the tight kitchen), rooms were good and the deck and pool/patio space was lovely. We were also about 4 minutes from the beach.

Tropical Temptation close to shopping, clean beach, groceries, restaurants with bike walking path to all. Channel front with kidney shaped clean pool and mature tropical foliage make this a family friendly sun spot. Decorated with beach theme plus lots of seating inside and out. Keys disease will make us rebook.

The house was exactly as described. Location, amenities, were all Perfect. A little TLC is needed in touching up paint in certain areas. It is a minor thing and in no way affected our time there.

Liked so much we came back. The pool, deck, and pier are amazing. The manatees swimming at sunset will stay with me forever.

Enjoyed the convenience to Sombrero Beach, grocery stores and great restaurants. Loved having the dock to store the boat and made access to fishing very convenient as well. Would definitely plan another vacation here again.

First off, we have been using VRBO for years. This was the best experience with owner/manager to date. They were great. Thank you. The house was clean, cool, etc. Pool was great. Parked a truck, car and boat trailer. Plenty of room. Deep water dockage. Ladder on dock for low tide. Electrical did not work on dock to plug boat in but I travel with extension cords. Bought 50' more and was golden, running from the house. (I did not notify manager of this until now. No need. I figured if this was the only issue we had being 850 miles from home, we had it made) Found it better to go out the Atlantic side of Sister Creek, regardless of the direction you were going. Long idle going through Boot Key Harbor, but neat to see a time or two. A lot of mullet activity in canal at house but no activity of kids "fun fishing". Several days we had manatees. Wifes bucket list, check. We put in an public ramp on 33rd street. Go out, swing wide, no shallow water issues. Just pay attention to Boot Key. Shallow water is wide. Come out of Atlantic side of Sister Creek, fade to the right past last marker, head out to the light house, no issues. Lots of traffic in residential canals coming in and out. Wife and grand kids loved hot tub. I loved the bait freezer. Nice touch. Great place. Nice stay. Maybe one day, an ice machine would be really cool. Stayed 1st week of May, 2021.

Great location...... the pool, property, and dock are amazing. short walk to Sombrero Beach, everything is close, 45 mins to Key West. We will be back!
