Unfortunately, I just wrote a detailed review on Vacasa, who was the main property manager, so possibly you can find that review under the same title there.
The house and amenities (for the most part, see below) were great. I'd consider staying there again, except for the 2 main issues below.
The AC was not working- our main requirement for renting a house in the summer!- and they property managers were apparently aware of it, and they did not let us know prior to our arrival. They placed fans in every room and I suppose were hoping we would not notice. Well, we did, and we sweated all night. Vacasa was responsive and helpful, but we still had to deal with an uncomfortable night, and with getting the AC fixed, which should not have been our problem. It took an entire morning and part of the first evening, but could have been done prior to arrival, or we should have been notified and alternatives suggested. Very poor management. We were provided with some recompense however.
Secondly, cleaning services were poorly done. Crumbs everywhere :( Surfaces clearly not wiped down. Other parts of the house looked fine though, so hard to know.
We found this house through VRBO but then it was managed by Vacasa, so unclear who is mainly at fault for the issues above. While our stay ended up fine overall, I am now wary of Vacasa.

This home was a relaxing getaway and everything was just as good as advertised! The house is updated and beautiful. It gives a wonderful cozy feel. The house comes with plenty of amenities and is in a great location in Sunriver. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to go to Sunriver. No issues, everything was fantastic!

Booked this house for a family gathering of 6 adults and two toddlers. It was perfect. The bunkroom worked well for the kids and the all adults had their own space and bathroom. There were a few small issues but we reported them and they did not affect our stay. The hot tub cover was wonky and the downstairs washing machine would not complete a cycle. Housekeeping was a little stingy with some supplies, but we called and asked for more garbage bags, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Items were brought to us that day so all was good. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The air conditioning was key. I would recommend this unit and would book it again (but 4th of July week was VERY expensive.

This home was very clean! We take a sunriver trip 2x’s a year and this was the cleanest house upon arrival we’ve had so far. This home uses Vacasa - the check in and check out process was SO simple. I will book a home that uses Vacasa in the future.!.!.! Great location and had all the promised amenities! We had a fantastic time!

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was just the right size for our two families. (4 adults and 6 kids)
The beds were very comfortable. Each bed had warm comforters. The house was warm and cozy during our stay. The weather was very cold outside, so we didn’t even want to leave the house. But we did go to Mt. Bachelor, to the SHARC pool and we took advantage of the bikes in the garage and bikes to the river.
Our kids enjoyed all the toys and the foosball table. The bonus room was a great place for them to spend their time.
There are tons of dvds. The problem was that most of the remotes in the rooms did not work because there were no batteries in them.
We loved having laundry machine’s upstairs and downstairs. However the downstairs washing machine motor smells bad when it is running, Like it’s burning. Makes the clothing smell like smoke. This needs to be addressed by the owner, it is possibly the belt that needs to be replaced.
We enjoyed the hot tub daily, even in freezing temperatures. However, there were no keys to the hot tub Gate. I Emailed and heard nothing back. We had to access the hot tub through the downstairs master. Which meant wet carpet. And interrupting the room’s occupants.
The propane tanks for the grill were empty and broken. We had to replace it and fill it up in order to make dinner.
The kitchen was well stocked. I would suggest the owner replace the dinner plates. Every single one had chips on it.
Overall I would recommend this house to families with kids. It’s very comfortable and clean.

This is the fourth year we have stayed at this property and our family lives the home. The only thing that didn’t make this a five star is a couple of items that need some attention in the home that have been this way for a couple of years now. The fresh air return is in desperate need of a cleaning. Bordering on unhealthy appearance. The bbq is a little on the smaller side for the amount of people that can stay at this home. Just looks like some housekeeping and maintenance issues that need attention throughout the house. It won’t keep up us from staying there again though. Great time!

Bbq was broken and previous stayer's have wrecked dining table. We have stayed here before, we love the house. Just sucks when people don’t care for the house so it’s still nice for other people.

This house served us very well during an extended family Thanksgiving. From the well-appointed kitchen to the home’s layout it served us very well for our intergenerational gathering with the kids having the upstairs and the grandparents in the downstairs master bedroom. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again during our next trip to Sunriver.

Spacious, well-equipped house. Ping pong table, foos ball table and bikes provided hours of fun for our kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Great to have the SHARC passes as part of the house. Would highly recommend — especially for families with younger kids.

Sunriver
This was a great house size wise for our family. There are a few things that need to be improved. The mattress in the upstairs master bedroom is awful. The rug in front of the sink is stained and dirty. Did not walk barefoot in the kitchen. All the pillows need replacing. For the size of the house and the number of guests it holds, the BBQ is dinky!

This house features an awesome main living area with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The rooms are large and the house features a well equipped kitchen. The house is close to the river and near great biking paths. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Awesome Getaway in a Fantastic House
Loved this house. Plenty of room for our family. All the amenities you could need. Granddaughters loved feeding the birds and watching the wildlife from the deck. Only downside was the Sharc restrictions and we kept missing the occupancy cut off which was frustrating but what are you going to do. We had plenty of fun otherwise. Sunriver is always our annual getaway and we were very happy to find this property.

Perfect Family Getaway
We loved our vacation to White Elm Lane at Sunriver. This was the perfect escape from the global pandemic and it allowed us an opportunity to unplug from the news and reconnect with our family in this wonderful “home away from home”. The home was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything that we needed during our stay. Thank you so much for opening up your doors to us.

Even Better than the Photos!
The house was perfect for our quarantining family - various workspaces, spacious places to relax and surfaces for puzzles and games. The staff was responsive when we needed help. Would highly recommend this spot!

Overall a good place to stay
Overall, the house was clean and comfortable. A couple of things to note: the listing says that it sleeps 10. In one of the rooms there is a set of bunk beds with full size mattresses. From what I gather, in order to sleep 10 you would need to have two people on the bottom bunk and two on the top. That might work for kids, but I can't picture two adults sharing a full size mattress on a top bunk. Either that or maybe there is a pull out couch for sleeping?
The Queen size mattress is a Murphy bed that is in the upstairs bonus/TV/foosball room. Just something to be aware of if some are wanting to stay up late and play foosball or watch a movie while others need to go to sleep.
We had to spend a fair amount of time airing up the tires in the bikes, as almost all of them were low on air. Two of the bikes did not work to ride at all, and one of them worked, but the pedal kept malfunctioning, so you had to pretty much ride with just one pedal. Not a big deal if you don't plan on utilizing all of the bikes, but if you have a big group you may not have enough bikes for everyone.

The home was beautiful and clean. They have everything you need. I give it 4 stars because the air conditioner didn’t work. It was extremely hot for two of the 4 nights there.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful home, very clean, very comfortable. So much for the kids to do. The upstairs game room was amazing, the garage is filled with bikes, sleds, more toys etc. the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and there are 100s of movie choices. We had such a nice stay and didn’t want to leave.

Perfect house for large group!
Our family of eight stayed here for an early Christmas gathering and to enjoy skiing at Mt Bachelor. The house was a wonderful place to hang out together. It’s very well equipped and the house had lots of activities to enjoy—hot tub, tons of movies, games, ping pong, etc. There are two washers and dryers, which we put to good use. There also is a pack and play for a baby that is not included in the listing (even though we asked about it specifically). We were very pleased with our stay there. We had a couple of kitchen suggestions for adding to the equipment there: more stemless wine glasses that can go in the dishwasher, and there’s a big need for mixing bowls. We had some confusion about exactly what was included with the SHARC passes—could we use the fitness equipment or not? The trails throughout the neighborhood are incredible! We would definitely consider this house for another visit!! The Bend area is very beautiful.

Everything you need for a getaway!
This house was stocked with many movies, games, bikes, and more. Beautiful house.
The only complain I had was that the garbage was not picked up before our stay and during... also they did not have any sponges to wash the dishes. Aside from those two things the house was in amazing shape with everything you need to have a wonderful getaway!

Fabulous home for group.
Beautiful home. Clean and well supplied with movies (except lacked The Princess Bride;), toys, bikes etc. We all loved the stay and would go back in a heart beat. Vacasa was wonderful..i phoned them a couple of times snd they were beyond responsive. 2 thumbs up.

Perfect family getaway!
Beautiful home for our family vacation! Well appointed and plenty of room for all. Loved the two master suites and the huge open great room. The kitchen had everything we needed including a full spice rack!! Will definitely return to this amazing Sunriver home!!

A Week to Remember
This home is beautifully laid out to accommodate a family of up to eight. It is well-equipped, its location is excellent and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. We were entertaining guests from Germany and they joined us in their applause for the week in this lovely home.

Great place. We were 3 families with two small children, and there was room for all of us.
Good place, clean and comfortable. This was our first visit to Sunriver and we will be back. We would have liked it better if the home was closer to the Village or the SHARC.

Awesome!
Great house for two families. There were toys to entertain the kids and plenty of other things to entertain the adults like ping pong, foosball and the hot tub. Overall the house was clean. The bikes are in need of repair but most of them are still usable. I would highly recommend this house.
